Figur 1 zeigt den prinzipiellen Aufbau einer
erfindungsgemäßen Anlage zum Spritzen von
Trockenbaustoffen. Die Beaufschlagung des Baustellensilos 7
durch den Kompressor 3 erfolgt über einen Wasserabscheider
18 in der Druckleitung 17, um jegliche unerwünschte
Feuchtigkeit vom Bereitstellungsgemisch im Baustellensilo 7
fernzuhalten. Durch den daraus resultierenden Überdruck im
Baustellensilo 7 wird die Ausbringung des
Bereitstellungsgemischs über den Auslaßtrichter 8 in die
Austragsvorrichtung 6 erleichtert. Der Druckluftstrom, der
vom Kompressor 3 herkommend über die Druckluftleitung 20 in
die Austragsvorrichtung 6 gelangt, nimmt das vom
Baustellensilo 7 kommende Bereitstellungsgemisch von
Trockenbaustoffen mit und gelangt, nun als Dünnstrom, durch
die Dünnstromleitung 2 über die Befeuchtungsvorrichtung 11
in die Spritzdüse 1. Ein dritter vom Kompressor 3 kommender
Druckluftstrom fließt durch die Druckluftleitung 19 in die
der Befeuchtungsvorrichtung 11 vorgeschaltete
Mischvorrichtung 12, wo er das Anmachwasser verwirbelt und
mit hoher Geschwindigkeit fein verteilt in die
Befeuchtungsvorrichtung 11 der Dünnstromleitung 2 mitnimmt.
Der Zufluß des Anmachwassers aus dem Wasseranschluß 4 in
die Mischvorrichtung 12 wird über ein Regelgerät 13, das in
der Wasserzuleitung 5 sitzt, geregelt, und zwar in
Abhängigkeit eines Signals vom Feuchtesensor 15, der in der
Spritzdüse 1 sitzt und über die Steuerleitung 14 mit dem
Regelgerät 13 verbunden ist. Gegebenenfalls zusätzlich zum
Anmachwasser in den Dünnstrom einzubringende Zusatzmittel
werden über die Dosierleitung 16 in die Wasserzuleitung 5

Austragsvorrichtung 6 am Auslaßtrichter 8 eines
Baustellensilos 7 angebracht. Dabei wird deutlich, daß das
System der erfindungsgemäßen Anlage geschlossen ist und
beim Zustandekommen des Dünnstroms keine Staubentwicklung
zu befürchten ist. Die Befeuchtungsvorrichtung 11 in der
Dünnstromleitung 2 und die Mischvorrichtung 12 sind im
dargestellten Beispiel in beiden Fällen Mischrohre. Das
Anmachwasser gelangt also vom Wasseranschluß 4 über die
Wasserzuleitung 5 in die als Mischrohr ausgebildete
Mischvorrichtung 12, wird dort im Druckluftstrom verwirbelt
und feinverteilt beschleunigt, um dann in der ebenfalls als
Mischrohr ausgebildeten Befeuchtungsvorrichtung 11 in die
Dünnstromleitung 2 zu gelangen. Die Befeuchtungsvorrichtung
11 ist etwa 5 Meter von der Spritzdüse 1 entfernt, wodurch
das Spritzgut auf dem Weg zur Spritzdüse 1 nochmals
Gelegenheit hat, gleichmäßig durchzufeuchten, bevor es
durch die Spritzdüse 1 auf die Auftragsfläche 21 gespritzt
wird. Die zugesetze Menge von Anmachwasser wird auch in
diesem Beispiel durch ein Regelgerät 13 geregelt, welches
über die Steuerleitung 14 mit einem Feuchtesensor 15, der
in der Spritzdüse 1 sitzt, verbunden ist. Es kann auch eine

Claims (7)
- System for spraying dry building materials, in particular for applying sprayed concrete and spray motor by a dry spraying method, having a spray nozzle (1), a overpressure-proof thin stream line (2), a compressor (3), a water connection (4), and a water supply line (5) to introduce water and, as necessary, additives into the thin stream line (2), characterised in that the compressor (3) supplies a delivery device (6) for the metered supply of the supplied mixture to the thin stream line (2), said delivery device being directly attached to the delivery funnel (8) of a silo (7), a pressurised silo (6-7 bar), a site silo, an interchangeable silo or directly to the outlet opening (10) of a tanker (9), whilst at the time it supplies a moistening device (11), located in the thin stream line (2) and connected to the water supply line (5), with compressed air, and that the moistening device is located several metres upstream of the spray nozzle (1) in the thin stream line (2).
