Claims (29)
- Zweifach-Abzweigdose (1) für ein Flachbandkabel (2), welches eine kabelebene aufspennt,mit zwei Abzweigbuchsen (3,4) für jeweils einen Stecker einer abzuzweigenden Leitung undmit mindestens einemim Abzweigdosengehäuse einsitzenden undmit einer einen Pol der Abzweigbuchse (3,4) bildenden metallischen Kontakthülse (7; 71-75) zusammenwirkendendaß die beiden Abzweigbuchsen (3,4) in Steckrichtung (8) mit ihren Einstecköffnungen (9,10) voneinander abgewandt aneinandergereiht sind unter Bildung einer Teilungsfuge (11) unddaß ein im Querschnitt U-förmiger Klammerbügel (12) in Montagestellung mit zwei in Steckrichtung (8) gegenüberliegenden, die U-Schenkel bildenden Klammerarmen (13) die beiden Buchsengehäuseteile (14,15) in schraubstockartig dichter Anlage zueinander hält.
- Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klammerbügel (12) mit in Richtung der durch das Flachbandkabel (2) aufgespannten Kabelebene vorstehenden Klammerarmen (13) auf die Buchsengehäuseteile (14,15) aufsetzbar ist. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Klammerarme (13) des Klammerbügels (12) in jeweils einen Buchsengehäuseteil (14,15) eingreifen. - Abzweigdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klammerbügel (12) in Montagestellung am Buchsengehäuse (14,15) verrastet, insbesondere lösbar verrastet ist. - Abzweigdose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klammerbügel (12) einstückiger Bestandteil einer von einer Betätigungsseite (17) des Kontaktelementes her auf die Buchsengehäuseteile (14,15) aufsetzbaren und die Betätigungsseite (17) isolierenden Abdeckkappe (16) ist mit quer zur Steckrichtung (8) verlaufenden Kappenseitenwänden als Klammerarme (13), wobei das Kontaktelement von der Betätigungsseite (17) bei entferntem Klammerbügel (12) zur Betätigung zugänglich ist. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Abdeckkappe (16) zwei weitere, in Steckrichtung (8) parallel verlaufende Kappenseitenwände (18) aufweist unddaß diese Kappenseitenwände (18) zur Verrastung der Abdeckkappe (16) in Montagestellung nach Art von Federhaken (19) mit Ausnehmungen der Buchsengehäuseteile (14,15) zusammenwirken. - Abzweigdose nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktelement eine von der Betätigungsseite (17) her rechtwinklig zur Kabelebene einschraubbare Spitzschraube (5; 51-55) ist. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Kappeninnenseite einzapfenartiger, insbesondere zylindrischer undin Montagestellung den Schraubenkopf (25) der festgeschraubten Spitzschraube (5; 51-55) flankierenden - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Buchsengehäuse (14,15) ein zur Betätigungsseite (17) hin offener und den Schraubenkopf (25) der Spitzschraube (5; 51-55) aufnehmender Führungstrichter (26) angeformt ist. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 9,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen hohlzylindrischen Führungstrichter (26). - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Aufbauhöhe des Führungstrichters (26) derart, daß dessen der Betätigungsseite (17) zugewandter Trichterrand (27) die Kappeninnenseite der Abdeckkappe (16) in Montagestellung abstützt. - Abzweigdose nach einem der Ansprüche 8 - 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flankiervorsprung (24) etwa formschlüssig in den Führungstrichter (26) eingreift. - Abzweigdose nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Buchsengehäuseteil (14,15) einen in Steckrichtung (8) verlaufenden Federhaken (28) aufweist,dessen den eigentlichen Federhaken bildendes Rastende (29) zur lösbaren Verrastung mit einem Steckergehäuse in Steckrichtung (8) dem zweiten Buchsengehäuseteil (15,14) abgewandt ist unddessen dem Rastende (29) gegenüberliegendes Befestigungsende im zweiten Buchsengehäuseteil (15,14) unverlierbar widergelagert ist. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federhaken (28) U-förmig ist mit parallel zur Kabelebene verlaufender U-Ebene, wobeidas U-Querjoch das Rastende (29) bildet unddie Freienden der U-Schenkel das Befestigungsende bilden. - Abzweigdose nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakthülse (7; 71-75) als gleicher Pol für beide Abzweigbuchsen (3,4) in Steckrichtung (8) beide Buchsengehäuseteile (14,15) durchsetzt. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakthülse (7; 71-75) in Montagestellung spiegelsymmetrisch ist bezüglich einer entlang der Teilungsfuge (11) verlaufenden Symmetrieachse. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 15 oder 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakthülse (7; 71-75) rotationssymmetrisch ist bezüglich ihrer in Steckrichtung (8) verlaufenden Mittellängsachse (30). - Abzweigdose mit einer mehrpoligen Abzweigbuchse, nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakthülsen (7; 71-75) in einer einzigen Ebene einliegen. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakthülsenebene und die Kabelebene parallel verlaufen. - Abzweigdose nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Kontakthülse (7; 71-75) mindestens ein Gewinde (23) für jeweils eine Spitzschraube (5; 51-55) angeordnet ist. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein vorzugsweise einstückig an der Kontakthülse (7) angeformter, von der Kontakthülse (7) radial abstehender Kontaktlappen (31) das oder die Gewinde (23) enthält. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 20 oder 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Steckrichtung (8) rechtwinklig zur Kabellängsrichtung (32) des Flachbandkabels (2) verläuft unddaß der Abstand zwischen zwei unmittelbar benachbarten Gewinden (23) derselben Kontakthülse (7; 71-75) und der Abstand zweier unmittelbar benachbarter Kabeladern (6; 61-65) etwa gleich groß sind. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Gewinde (23) mindestens so groß ist wie die Anzahl der Kabeladern (6; 61-65). - Abzweigdose für ein Flachbandkabel (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer in Montagestellung an einer Gehäuseunterseite (35) des Abzweigdosengehäuses lösbar befestigten, den Kabelmantel (21) des Flachbandkabels (2) quer zur Kabellängsrichtung (32) umfassenden Bodenschale (33),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenschale (33) quer zur Kabellängsrichtung (32) von einer Gehäuseseitenwand (34) her in ihre Montagestellung einschiebbar ist. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseunterseite (35) im Querschnitt L-förmig istmit einem in Querrichtung (36) verlaufenden Gehäuseboden (37) als erstem L-Schenkel undmit einer über den Gehäuseboden (37) hinausstehenden, den Verschiebeweg der Bodenschale (33) begrenzenden Randleiste (38) als zweitem L-Schenkel. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 24 oder 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenschale (33) eine etwa in Kabellängsrichtung (32) verlaufende Kodierungsleiste (39) enthält. - Abzweigdose nach einem der Ansprüche 24 - 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenschale (33) den Kabelmantel (21) formschlüssig umfaßt. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenschale (33) im Querschnitt U-förmig ist mit in Querrichtung (36) verlaufendem U-Querjoch. - Abzweigdose nach Anspruch 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenschale (33)in Querrichtung (36) in ihre Montagestellung einschiebbar ist undin Montagestellung mit ihren Schenkelfreienden (41,43) in komplementär ausgebildete Ausnehmungen (42) des Abzweigdosengehäuses, insbesondere der Gehäuseunterseite (35) eingreift, z.B. mit dem Abzweigdosengehäuse verrastet.
