Description
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de voies ferrées, notamment pour véhicules urbains du genre tramways, constitué par une forme ou dalle (1) en béton disposée dans un fond de forme (26), caractérisé en ce que le dessus de la forme ou dalle délimite un espace (7) et des tranchées ou engravures (2, 3) pour des armatures (4) et pour le support de vis de réglage (15) de la cote altimétrique de traverses (8) présentant des trous (10) pour le centrage de selles (12) supportant des rails (13) en formant des gabarits perdus pour lesdits rails fixés aux selles (12) par des tirefonds (23) vissés dans des gaines ou douilles (24) s'étendant en dessous des selles (12) et qui sont noyées dans du béton coulé au moins dans lesdites tranchées ou engravures (2, 3), des moyens étant supplémentairement prévus pour assurer un écartement pré-établi choisi des voies.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les vis (15) de réglage altimétrique des traverses reposent sur le fond des tranchées ou engravures (2, 3).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les vis de réglage altimétrique (15) sont vissées dans des taraudages ou écrous soudés (9) disposés avec précision dans le fond des traverses (8).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les traverses (8) présentent en section la forme de la lettre U, leur fond étant tourné vers le haut et l'intérieur desdites traverses étant rempli de béton.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les vis de réglage altimétrique supportent des cales de réglage constituées par des plaquettes polygonales présentant un trou excentré de manière que lesdites plaquettes forment des butées pour maintenir les rails d'une même voie à l'écartement pré-établi choisi.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par des vérins de réglage montés de façon amovible sur la forme ou dalle en béton (1).
- Procédé pour la mise en oeuvre du dispositif de voies ferrées de l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise un fond de forme, en ce qu'on coule au moyen d'un coffrage glissant (33) porté par un véhicule (34) la forme ou dalle (1) en béton, en ce qu'on met en place, dans des tranchées longitudinales ou engravures (2, 3) formées, des armatures (4), en ce qu'on lie entre elles lesdites armatures, en ce qu'on met en place des traverses (8), en ce qu'on pose sur lesdites traverses des selles (12), en ce qu'on met en place les rails (13) sur les selles, en ce qu'on dispose des tirefonds dans des lames prenant appui sur les rails, en ce qu'on visse lesdits tirefonds dans des gaines (24), en ce qu'on dispose des vis de réglage altimétrique dans les traverses, en ce qu'on fait supporter auxdites vis de réglage altimétrique des cales d'écartement (16, 16a), en ce qu'on pousse les rails au moyen de vérins contre lesdites cales et en ce qu'on coule un béton de remplissage pour noyer lesdites armatures et lesdites gaines ou douilles avant de retirer les vérins de réglage (19) et les vis de réglage altimétrique (15).
- Procédé suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose des panneaux d'armature (27) sur des pions (28) avant la coulée du béton dans le coffrage glissant (33).
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on met en place des cales de retenue (29) ancrées au sol par des broches entre le fond de forme et l'armature pour empêcher tout déplacement de ladite armature lors de la coulée du béton dans le coffrage glissant.
