Description

The invention relates to a security rosette of a locking cylinder which is assembled with a door leaf, which comprises a cylinder end protruding from the door leaf in a rotationally locking manner and with whose end face is at least approximately aligned, and which is fastened perpendicularly to the door leaf, with the locking cylinder being in an outer wall of the door leaf Comprehensive mounting bush is installed pull-out, which is assembled with a door collar ring collar of the rosette and is covered by the latter to the outside, the rosette with the mounting bush in the longitudinal direction of the lock cylinder is adjustable engagement.

From German patent specification 1,553,534, a security rosette for locking cylinders is known which encompasses the cylinder end protruding from the door leaf in a rotationally locking manner and is at least approximately flush with its end face, and which is fastened perpendicular to the door leaf. The known security rosette is inserted into a recess in the door leaf and has a threaded pin arranged in the insertion area, which engages in the housing of the locking cylinder, so that the rosette cannot move relative to the locking cylinder. The consequence of this is that the rosette together with the locking cylinder must be installed as a structural unit in the door leaf or in a lock of the door leaf. In addition, the door leaf area of the locking cylinder is covered by a sign, which also covers the play between the door leaf and the rosette. On the door leaf side, the rosette is spaced from the locking cylinder by free space and has a disc in the free space which tightly encompasses the locking cylinder and, on the other hand, supports the rosette radially, so that it receives a more stable mounting. This known security escutcheon is consequently structurally complex and can only be installed together with this because of its attachment to the locking cylinder. The spatially unchangeable assignment of the rosette to the locking cylinder ensures that the front of the rosette is flush with the front of the locking cylinder.

From the Austrian patent specification 365 273 a security escutcheon with the features mentioned at the outset is known, the fastening bushing of which has a radial flange formed from sheet metal, which is inserted into the recess intended for use of the lock case or housing in the wooden door leaf. With its cylindrical part, the fastening bush protrudes through the door leaf wall between the aforementioned recess and the outside of the door leaf and a long plate arranged thereon and projects so far that the rosette can be screwed onto its external thread until it rests on the long plate. A demolition tool can be driven between the rosette and the long shield, so that the security imparted by the known rosette is correspondingly limited. In addition, the assembly of the known rosette with the door leaf is comparatively complex because of the installation of the flange of the fastening bush in the recess of the lock case and requires a recess that is wider than the thickness of the lock case, and which therefore means a weakening of the door leaf .

Die aus der Büchse, derFrom EP-A-0 442 047 a security fitting is known as a long plate, which has a plate that can be adjusted perpendicularly to a door leaf, into which a bush can be screwed, which has a spacer sleeve on the inside, which surrounds a profile locking cylinder and the rotatable holder of one Protective cylinder core serves. The box, the

Spacer sleeve and the cylinder core protective disk unit is adjustable in the plate of the long plate vertically to the door leaf by means of an external thread. An assembly with a door leaf takes place only by screwing the long plate to the door leaf.

In contrast, the invention has for its object to provide a security rosette with the features mentioned so that it is safer and simpler in relation to the known embodiments, but it must be ensured that the front of the rosette is flush with the front of the lock cylinder.

This object is achieved in that the collar of the rosette engages in the outer wall of the door leaf, and that the collar of the rosette is arranged in an outer peripheral recess of the fastening bushing.

It is important for the invention that there is no fixed connection between the rosette and the locking cylinder. A fastening bushing is installed to fasten the rosette, which is securely connected to the door leaf. This installation takes place directly, i.e. without the aid of another component, for example a long shield. In order to ensure that the rosette or its front side is flush with the front side of the locking cylinder, the engagement between the rosette and the fastening bushing must be adjustable, so that tolerances of the arrangements can be compensated for, as can be the case, for example, with different door leaf dimensions also by inserting the fastening bushing into the door leaf at different depths, e.g. because of a recess for the mounting bush that is set too low. As a result of the combination of the rosette with a fastening bushing fixed in the door leaf, the desired safety requirements can be taken into account to any extent, be it by complex design of the seat of the fastening bushing in the door leaf and / or by complex connection of the rosette with the fastening bushing or with the door leaf. The engagement of the ring collar of the rosette in the circumferential recess of the fastening bush means that the rosette is pot-shaped or pot-bush-shaped and engages with its corresponding pot rim in the outer wall of the door leaf, so that a gap between the rosette and the fastening bush is not accessible from the outside. This increases the security conveyed by the rosette considerably.

A usually completely sufficient anchoring of the fastening bush in the door leaf is achieved in that the fastening bush has a corrugation on its outer circumference with which it is pressed into a bore in the door leaf. The press fit of the mounting bush in the door leaf is permanent and permanent, so that a rosette that is securely connected to the mounting bush cannot be removed.

A secure connection of the rosette with the mounting bush is achieved in that the mounting bush is assembled on its outer circumference with a ring collar on the door leaf side in a force-locking and / or form-fitting manner. As a result, the rosette is cup-shaped in cross-section and can overlap the fastening bush on the outside, the required connecting elements or connecting force-transmitting surfaces being able to be formed in the overlapping area.

In order to achieve a particularly simple adjustability of the rosette relative to the locking cylinder, it is designed so that the fastening bushing is provided on its outer circumference with an adjusting thread onto which the ring collar of the rosette is screwed with an internal thread. The ring collar of the rosette can be rotated on the setting thread in order to thereby adjust the position of the front surface of the rosette relative to the door leaf or relative to the end face of the locking cylinder. During the setting process, the locking cylinder is not built into the door leaf, it is installed after the setting.

Another possibility of connecting the rosette to the fastening bush is if the fastening bush is locked and / or glued to the ring collar of the rosette on its outer circumference. In this case, the position of the rosette relative to the mounting bush must be precisely defined before assembly or before gluing, so that after assembly the front surface of the rosette is flush with the front of the locking cylinder; because such connections can usually not be solved without problems.

In order to secure the rosette beyond its fixing to the fastening bushing, the rosette is designed such that the fastening bushing is penetrated by fixing screws which are supported on the inner wall of the door leaf and are screwed into the rosette. With the fixing screws, the rosette is pulled towards the door leaf and is supported on the fastening bush, so that the seat of the fastening bush in the door leaf is additionally secured as a result.

It is advantageous to design the rosette in such a way that the locking cylinder has a profile cylinder housing with a web end face which is stepped with respect to the end face of its cylinder core, and that the rosette has a wall section which covers this web end face and is flush with the rosette outer surface. The wall section of the outer surface of the rosette covering the web end face of the profile cylinder housing prevents, on the one hand, the undesired pulling of the locking cylinder or the drilling of the locking cylinder in the web area for the purpose of destroying the locking pins, in particular if the rosette has hardened. However, the wall section of the outer surface of the rosette covering the web end also clearly shows that the rosette is a safety component and thus increases the deterrent effect. Ultimately, said wall section also serves as a slide-in stop when installing the locking cylinder, which also determines the exact position of the locking cylinder in the door leaf and thereby also ensures that the front surface of the rosette is flush with the front side of the locking cylinder.

A simplified design of the rosette is characterized in that the collar of the rosette telescopes with the outer circumference of the fastening bush. So that the rosette cannot simply be pulled off the fastening bushing, it is held with the fixing screws that reach through the fastening bushing. The wall section of the rosette which covers the web end face of the cylinder core ensures that the front surface of the rosette is flush with the end face of the cylinder core by abutment on the web end face. A fixing of the rosette by the fixing screws can, however, also be achieved in that the fixing screws are fixed in a different way on the door leaf or on its security elements after they have moved the telescopic rosette into the desired position in which the front of the rosette with the Face of the cylinder core is aligned. Such an embodiment is possible in particular if the rosette does not have a wall section covering the end face of the cylinder core, because the profile cylinder housing has no gradation in the region of the web end face.

It is expedient to design the safety rosette in such a way that the outer diameter of the ring collar and the press-fit surface of the fastening bush are the same size. As a result, a stepped hole in the door leaf is avoided. Both the fastening bushing and the rosette with their maximum outer diameters fit into the cylindrical hole in the door leaf, which is easy to manufacture.

The vertical longitudinal section shown in FIG. 1 shows a door leaf 12 with a lock case 28, shown only schematically, between an outer wall 15 and an inner wall 22 of the door leaf 12. Its construction is arbitrary. The door leaf receives a locking cylinder 11, which is shown as a profile cylinder with a profile cylinder housing 24. This housing 24 has an upper housing part 29, which is designed in a conventional manner with a circular cross section, and a web 30 extending downward thereon so that the door lock is actuated in the usual way with a cylinder core which can be rotated in the housing part 29 by key actuation. The lock cylinder 11 is mounted in the usual way near the vertical opening edge of the door leaf, so that it with one of the front side in one Threaded bore 32 of the web 30 screwed forend screw can be attached.

The door leaf 12 is provided in its outer wall 15 with a cylindrical bore 18, which is arranged coaxially with the recess of the door leaf 12 provided for the locking cylinder 11 and has a larger diameter, so that a fastening bushing 16 can be installed, which essentially or is ring-shaped. The outer circumference of the fastening bush 16 has a corrugation 17 which engages in the material of the outer wall 15 of the door leaf 12. This intervention is achieved by pressing the fastening bushing 16 into the bore 18. In the pressed state, the fastening bush is pushed to the bottom of the cylindrical bore 18. Its outer surface 33 is flush with the outer surface 34 of the door leaf 12. The inner recess 35 of the fastening bush 16 is adapted to the shape of the locking cylinder according to FIG. As a result, the housing can be installed in the door panel 12 without being obstructed by the socket 16.

On its outer circumference, the fastening bushing 16 has a circumferential recess 26, that is to say a reduction in diameter, which leads to an annular space in which an annular collar 19 of a rosette 10 can be arranged. The rosette 10 consists essentially of a disk of hardened steel, the outer circumference of which has the mentioned collar 19 in one piece, so that the rosette 10 is pot-shaped or in the form of a sleeve. According to Figure 1, the collar 19 of the rosette 10 is provided with an internal thread 21 which is screwed to an external thread 20 of the mounting bush 16. The threads are designed as fine threads, for example M54x1, so that turning the rosette 10 leads to a comparatively small adjustment perpendicular to the door leaf 12 or in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the cylinder housing 24, for example 1 mm with one revolution. This adjustment of the rosette 10 is necessary to ensure that its outer surface 10 'is flush with the end face 14 of the cylinder core. Since the position of the end face 14 of the cylinder core by the position of the profile cylinder housing 24 is determined in the lock case 28, the rosette 10 must be positioned in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the cylinder housing 24 in the sense described above.

The profile cylinder housing 24 is designed in a special manner such that its web 30 is stepped on the outside of the door leaf so that the web end face 25 springs back in relation to the end face 14 of the cylinder core. In coordination with this, the rosette 10 is provided with a wall section 10 ″ which is approximately as thick as the recess of the web end face 25 deep. In fact, its thickness is somewhat less, namely in accordance with the height of a thread of the adjusting thread 20, so that the wall section 10 ″ can be arranged somewhat closer to the door leaf 12. This is necessary with a corresponding length dimensioning of the profile cylinder housing 24 so that the rosette 10 can be brought into its only permissible rotational position in which it encloses the outer circumference of the cylinder housing 24 or its cylinder end 13 with its rosette recess 36 in a rotationally locking manner.

The locking cylinder 11 protrudes slightly on the inside of the door leaf beyond the inner wall 22 of the door leaf 12 and is enclosed there by an inner rosette 37 which is fastened, for example, to the inner wall 22 by screwing. The lock cylinder 11 is installed in such a way that, after the necessary recesses have been made in the door leaf 12, the fastening bushing 16 is first pressed into the bore 18 in the door leaf 12. Thereafter, the rosette 10 is screwed onto the mounting bush 16 so that the rosette recess 36 has a vertical position allowing the installation of the lock cylinder 11. The locking cylinder 11 is then inserted and it is determined whether the end face 14 of the cylinder core is in alignment with the outer surface 10 ′ of the rosette 10 in the installed position of the cylinder housing 24. If this is not the case, the rosette 10 must be screwed on after removing the locking cylinder 11 until the desired position is reached. The locking cylinder 11 cannot be brought into the installation position of its housing 24, because this is prevented by the rosette 10 screwed too far onto the fastening bush 16, namely by the wall section 10 '', the rosette 10 must be screwed out so far that the installation of the lock cylinder 11 is possible.

The rosette 10 can thus be displaced relative to the fastening bush 16 fastened in the door leaf 12, so that its outer surface 10 ′ is aligned with the end face 14 of the cylinder core of the locking cylinder 11. It is understood that the rosette 10 must be fixed. This can be done by locking and / or gluing the collar 19 to the fastening bush 16 in a manner not shown. In both cases, however, the possibility of removing the rosette 10 is difficult. It is therefore advantageous if the rosette 10 is fastened to the door leaf in a different way than by non-positive and / or positive assembly with the fastening bushing 16. FIG. 4 shows such a different possibility. The inner rosette 37 provided here is not attached to the door leaf 12, as in FIG. 1, but with fixing screws 23 on the outer rosette 10, which has 23 threaded recesses 38 for the engagement of these fixing screws. The fixing screws 23 thus pass through holes 39 of the door leaf and the lock case 28 and the inner recess 35 of the fastening bushing 16. The fixing screws 23 arranged parallel to the locking cylinder 11 move the rosette 10 on the fastening bushing 16 as far as possible in the direction of the door leaf 12, namely until the Wall section 10 ″ of the rosette 10 bears against the web end face of the locking cylinder 11. Then the rosettes 10, 37 are clamped to one another and the rosette outer surface 10 'is aligned with the end face 14 of the cylinder core, the outer surface of the wall section 10' 'according to FIG. 1 also being aligned. The circumferential recess 26 is so deep in the direction of the fixing screws 23 that the collar 19 of the rosette 10 can also plunge sufficiently far when the rosette 10 is arranged close to the outer surface 34 of the door leaf 12.

Die Ausführungsform der Fig.3 ist sicherheitstechnisch am besten, da die Rosette 10 außerdem noch durch Gewindeeingriff mit der Befestigungsbuchse 16 verbunden ist, die selbst im Türblatt 12 durch Einpressen verankert wurde.3 shows an embodiment of the security escutcheon 10, in which it is screwed to the fastening bushing 16 and in addition there are fixing screws 23 which the Connect the outer rosette 10 through the door leaf 12 to the inner rosette 37. Here, as in the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the fixing screws 23 bring about an improved safety connection between the rosette 10 and the inner rosette 37. The embodiment in FIG. 3 is the best in terms of safety technology, since the rosette 10 is also still threadedly engaged with the fastening bushing 16 is connected, which itself was anchored in the door leaf 12 by pressing.
