Claims (14)
- Farbübertragungswalze mit einem austauschbaren, auf einer Trägerwalze (M), insbesondere aus Metall, aufziehbaren oder auf Trägerzapfen aufsteckbaren, dehnbaren faserverstärkten Kunststoffschichtmaterial-Bezug (K), der mit einer Metallkeramikschicht (MK) beschichtet ist, die mit Farbübertragungsnäpfchen (FN) versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Kunststoffschichtmaterial-Bezug (K) aus einem dehnbaren Unterbezug (UB) und einem Oberbezug (OB) besteht und zwischen diesen Bezügen (OB, UB) eine Schaumstoffschicht (SS) eingeschlossen ist,daß der Unterbezug (UB) aus einem elastischen Kunstharzschichtstoff besteht, in den mehrere Kunstfaservliesschichten (KV) und mindestens eine Mikrofasergewebeschicht (MF), die aus einem Kunststoff mit einem Erweichungspunkt von über 120° C besteht, eingebettet sind unddaß der Oberbezug (OB) aus einem elastischen Kunstharzschichtstoff besteht, in den mehrere Kunstfaservliesschichten (KV) eingelagert sind. - Farbübertragungswalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mikrofasergewebe 15 mal 15 flachbandartige Fäden pro Quadratzentimeter aufweist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mikrofasergewebe (MF) mit zirkular und achsparalleler Faserrichtung in dem Unterbezug (UB) eingelagert ist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Unterbezug (UB) 2 bis 7 mm stark ist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaumstoffschicht (SS) aus einem elastischen geschlossenporigen Polyurethan-, Polypropylen- oder Polyamidschaumstoff einer Dichte von 0,3 bis 0,7 g/cm3 vor dem Einsetzen besteht.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaumstoffschicht (SS) eine Stärke von 2 bis 7 mm aufweist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberbezug (OB) eine Stärke von 2 bis 7 mm aufweist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberbezug (OB) auf der Schaumstoffschicht (SS) und diese auf dem Unterbezug (UB) durch eine Schrumpfung des Oberbezuges (OB) jeweils aufeinander kraftschlüssig gehalten sind.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberbezug (OB) an den Stirnseiten radial hochstehende Ringränder (RR1) aufweist, die die Metallkeramikschicht (MK) stirnseitig abschließen und/oder der Oberbezug (OB) und/oder der Unterbezug (UB) stirnseitig radiale Ringränder (RR2) aufweisen, die die Schaumstoffschicht (SS) stirnseitig abschließen.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberbezug (OB) vor seiner äußeren Beschichtung geschliffen und plasmapoliert ist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallkeramikschicht (MK) unmittelbar oder mit einer metallischen Träger- oder Zwischenschicht (MS) auf den Oberbezug (OB) aufgebracht ist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallkeramikschicht (MK), die aus Chromoxid besteht, und/oder die metallische Zwischenschicht (MS) aus Aluminium, Zinn, Nickel oder Kupfer aufgalvanisiert oder durch Hochdruck- Plasmaspritzbeschichtung aufgebracht ist/sind.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallkeramikschicht (MK) aus Nickel-Siliziumcarbid besteht und galvanisch, in einer Metallmatrix gehalten, aufgebracht ist.
- Farbübertragungswalze nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbübertragungsnäpfchen (FN) durch eine Laserung eingebracht sind.
