Claims (4)
- Bügelmaschine mit einer Differenzdruckregeleinrichtung (1-5, 11,17) sowie einer Ober- (10) und einer Unterformplatte (16), die an ihren einander zugekehrten Seiten jeweils eine Bügelfläche aufweisen, und bei der mindestens eine der Formplatten über einen Hydraulik- oder Pneumatikzylinder (8) vertikal verfahrbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Differenzdruckregeleinrichtung genau einen Drucksensor (5) aufweist;der Zylinder (8) eine Unter- (13) und eine Oberkammer (12) aufweist;beim vertikalen Verfahren der Formplatte (10, 16) die Oberkammer (12) mit maximalem Anlagendruck beaufschlagbar ist; und daßder Druck in der Unterkammer (13) mittels des Drucksensors (5) erfaßbar und durch die Differenzdruckregeleinrichtung regelbar ist.
- Bügelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur die obere Formplatte (10) vertikal verfahrbar ist.
- Bügelmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sich bei Beaufschlagung der Oberkammer (12) mit maximalem Anlagendruck in der Unterkammer (13) einstellende und durch den Drucksensor (5) erfaßte Druckwert in einen zur Differenzdruckregeleinrichtung gehörenden Rechner (17) eingebbar ist.
- Bügelmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verfahrbare Formplatte (10) mit einem Linearsensor oder einem Linearpotentiometer (18) gekoppelt ist, dessen Ausgangssignal den Rechner (17) beaufschlagt.
