Abstract

Constitué par une pièce modulé (1), pourvue d'une face lisse (2) et d'une face opposée alvéolaire (4), Sur les deux cotés adjacents de la face lisse, il y a des nervures (5), autant que dans la face alvéolaire il y a des nervures (6), qui permet l'assemblages des modules (1) placés dans le meme plan, pour former des superficies de dallage.

Description

  • La présente invention se réfère à un module perfectionné pour la formation de dallages.
  • L'objet de cette invention est un module destiné à la formation de dallages, constitué par une pièce moulée obtenue à partir d'un matériau élastomère ou similaire, configurée par une plaque carrée d'épaisseur uniforme, dont une face est lisse et l'autre face est pourvue de nervures qui se croisent orthogonalement pour former des cellules carrées.
  • Sur les bords de la plaque sont prévus des moyens, obtenus dans l'opération-même de moulage, qui permettent l'association de multiples modules pour former des surfaces de dallage directement applicables sur le sol ou à travers un matériau adhésif.
  • Les modules objet de la présente invention permettent la formation de surfaces de dimensions variables pouvant servir au dallage de planchers et de sols, de façon rapide et par simple connexion juxtaposée des modules, lesquels resteront adhérés au sol en raison de la structure alvéolaire particulière de leur face inférieure.
  • Afin de faciliter l'explication, nous avons joint à cette description des planches de dessin sur lesquelles a été représenté un cas de réalisation donné à titre d'exemple.
  • Sur les dessins:
    • La figure 1 est une vue en plan de la face envers du module.
    • Les figures 2 et 3 correspondent chacune à des détails en coupe vus en II-II et III-III.
    • La figure 4 est une vue en plan d'une portion de surface de dallage formée par trois modules.
    • La figure 5 est un détail de l'assemblage de modules, vue au niveau de la section IV-IV.
  • Si nous nous reportons aux figures, on y voit un module destiné à la formation de dallages, constitué par une pièce de matériau moulé, désignée en général par -1-, pourvue d'une face lisse -2- et d'une face opposée comprenant des nervures -3- qui se croisent perpendiculairement en formant des cellules ou alvéoles carrées -4- qui favorisent l'adhérence du module au sol ou au plancher qu'il s'agit de recouvrir.
  • La face lisse -2- présente, sur deux côtés adjacents, une nervure -5-, de section en "U", tandis que la face opposée, alvéolaire, présente, également sur deux côtés adjacents, opposés aux précédents, des nervures -6-, elles aussi de section en "U". Cette disposition permet l'emboîtement des nervures -5- et -6-, afin de former des assemblages entre modules -1-, tels qu'on les voit sur les figures 4 et 5, pour obtenir les surfaces de dallage.
  • Les opérations de montage et de démontage de ces dallages sont facilitées du fait de l'élasticité des modules qui les composent.

Claims (1)

  1. Module perfectionné pour la formation de dallages, comprenant une plaque carrée d'épaisseur uniforme, dotée d'une face apparente ou endroit, et d'une face opposée, ou envers, destinée à entrer en contact avec le sol, qui se caractérise essentiellement par le fait d'être constitué d'un corps d'une seule pièce de matériau moulé en caoutchouc ou matériau élastomère approprié, dont la face apparente est lisse, alors que la face opposée présente une multitude de nervures en relief qui se croisent orthogonalement en formant des alvéoles carrées en vue de favoriser l'adhérence du module sur la surface de contact, et comprenant, sur ses côtés, des nervures de section en "U" qui, sur deux côtés adjacents, présentent leur ouverture dans le même sens, tandis que sur les deux autres côtés adjacents, l'ouverture est tournée dans le sens contraire, pour assurer, entre deux nervures de chaque type, un assemblage à rainure et languette qui permet l'union juxtaposée de divers modules placés dans le même plan pour former des superficies de dallage de dimensions variables.
