Abstract

本发明公开了一种屋顶绿化隔热砖及其制作方法,该隔热砖为用砂加气混凝土材料浇注而成的正方体,由上、下面均为平面的上砖体和设置在该上砖体下平面上的横、竖间隔整齐排列的方柱型支架及设置在方柱型支架间的上砖体上的排水孔和排水道组成,总厚度为8cm。本发明的优点是:容重轻、强度高,导热系数小,隔热效果好,无毒不燃烧,耐火防火,收缩率小,不产生温差裂缝,设有排水孔、排水通道,不积水,空气通畅,有利根系生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔热材料,具体是屋顶绿化隔热砖及其制作方法。
背景技术
屋顶隔热是降低顶层住户温度的重要手段,传统的屋顶隔热是加盖水泥砖、石棉瓦,这种方法不仅隔热效果不好,而且笨重、不耐用,目前兴起城市屋顶绿化,在屋顶绿化的结构中,大家都在寻找容重轻、强度高、隔热好的隔热材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种屋顶绿化隔热砖及其制备方法。这种隔热砖不仅隔热效果好,而且容重轻,强度高。
本发明屋顶绿化隔热砖为用砂加气混凝土材料浇注而成的正方体,由上、下面均为平面的上砖体和设置在该上砖体下平面上的横、竖间隔整齐排列的方柱型支架及设置在方柱型支架间的上砖体上的排水孔和排水道组成,总厚度为5-12cm。
一种屋顶绿化隔热砖的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)用砂加气混凝土材料浇注成长、宽均为3的倍数的正方体,然后
(2)在正方体边缘处锯留出宽1.5cm、厚2-9cm,再在其表面锯切成3×3×3cm的方柱型支架,方柱型支架前后左右各相隔3cm,方柱型支架之间的空道为隔热砖的排水道;
(3)在排水道上面的平面上设置4-36个Φ0.4-0.9cm的排水孔,排水孔与排水道连通;
(4)经发气膨胀、静停切割、蒸压养护而成。
使用时,方柱型支架朝下铺在防水层的上面。
所述砂加气混凝土、发气膨胀、静停切割、蒸压养护为现有技术。
本发明的优点是:容重轻、强度高,导热系数小,隔热效果好,无毒不燃烧,耐火防火,收缩率小,不产生温差裂缝,设有排水孔、排水通道,不积水,空气通畅,有利根系生长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种屋顶绿化隔热砖,由上、下面均为平面的上砖体1和设置在该上砖体1下平面上的横、竖间隔整齐排列的方柱型支架2及设置在方柱型支架2间的上砖体1的排水孔3和排水道4组成,排水孔3与排水道4连通,总厚度为8cm。其制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)采用砂加气混凝土材料按中华人民共和国《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》GB11968-1997国家标准制作成长、宽均为30×30的正方体,厚8cm;
(2)在上述正方体的边缘处锯留出宽1.5cm、厚5cm,再在其表面锯切成3×3×3cm的方柱型支架,方柱型支架前后左右各间隔3cm,方柱型支架之间的空道作隔热砖的排水道;
(3)在排水道上面设置4个Φ0.8cm的排水孔,排水孔与排水道连通;
(4)采用现有技术经发气膨胀、静停切割、蒸压养护而成。
使用时,方柱型支架朝下铺在屋顶绿化防水层的上面,构成屋顶绿化的隔热层,方柱型支架作为隔热层的支架,方柱型支架之间的空道作隔热层的排水道。
实施例2
在排水道上面设置9个Φ0.6cm的排水孔,其余同实施例1。
实施例3
在排水道上面设置16个Φ0.4cm的排水孔,其余同实施例1。

1.屋顶绿化隔热砖,其特征是:该隔热砖为用砂加气混凝土材料浇注而成的正方体,由上、下面均为平面的上砖体和设置在该上砖体下平面上的横、竖间隔整齐排列的方柱型支架及设置在方柱型支架间的上砖体上的排水孔和排水道组成,总厚度为5-12cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋顶绿化隔热砖,其特征是:所述的方柱型支架为3×3×3cm。
3.屋顶绿化隔热砖的制作方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)用砂加气混凝土材料浇注成长、宽均为3的倍数的正方体,然后
