- the first axis of rotation is created by a rotatable in one Straight guidance along the upper door frame Pivot that is in a central area of the upper Door edge of this stands up.
- the straight line and the pivot pins guided therein thus form a displaceable first pivot bearing.
- the door is made of two parallel ones horizontally oriented arms carried, which in turn are each connected to the door frame via a pivot bearing, so that both arms lead one through these pivot bearings second axis of rotation are pivotable.
- the arms run at the top and lower end of the rod away from the rod and are with the Door at the free end via a third pivot connection connected, through which a third axis of rotation thus leads. All three axes of rotation are aligned in parallel.
- a door according to CH-A-235964 has a disadvantage that causes them to look despite their long history (1945) could not prevail.
- the suspension on the both arms and on the pivot leads to one fairly instable in operation. Only in the closed The door is in a stable position. Is in the open state them because of the games in the five camps (Pivot and two bearings along the second and third axis of rotation) expresses unstable.
- the construction according to the CH-A- has an additional, rotatable slide in the area of first axis of rotation, which is in a track below the door intervenes. Aside from this additional, not maintenance-free component, in many cases disturbs the Running track on the floor, the cleaning and noise problems brings with it.
- Solid brackets increase this for doors that are already heavy Total weight in addition, which places high demands on the second pivot bearing, the connection of the same with the Door frame and also leads to the door frame itself.
- the high Weight also has a negative impact on assembly work.
- the doors In addition to the static loads, the doors must also much higher dynamic loads or usage loads during accelerated opening and Record locking operations. If when opening the door If a heavy person supports the door handle, they may The load does not lead to an adjustment of the bracket.
- the object of the invention is now a Rotary sliding door to describe the high weight loads can accommodate without the bracket particularly massive and have to be elaborately trained.
- a solution according to the invention is in claim 1 described.
- the major part of the weight of the door is now carried by a load bearing straight guide over the door added.
- the door is over a first one Slewing ring with a guided in the straight guide Sliding part connected.
- the door-side part of the Slewing ring preferably sets in a middle Area of the upper door end.
- The is accordingly preferred straight guidance directly above the closed door arranged, especially in the door frame or in the Door frame recessed.
- the load-bearing straight guide also has the function of weight absorption, by means of the first Slewing ring, known from the prior art, generate displaceable first axis of rotation.
- the weight is taken through arms minimal.
- these are on the side of the Door leaf connected by means of a connecting part, making them form a stiff frame.
- the bracket keeps its Management function and must in particular be part of the take over any torques that may arise.
- keeping the load on the bracket to a minimum will be the straight line, the sliding part and the first Slewing ring designed so that the door only around the otherwise the first axis of rotation is essentially not rotatable is, so that in addition to the load also torques be included.
- the finer design of the bracket results in one another inventive step to preferred solutions, where the third and / or the second axis of rotation closed door is arranged in the area of the door leaf.
- the arms are at least with the door closed partly in recesses at the upper and lower door ends.
- the third Axis of rotation between the door center plane and a door broadside preferably the inside of the door closed door facing the bracket, especially in in the immediate vicinity of this broadside should be chosen to close the fully open door facilitate.
- the second axis of rotation should be on the narrow side of the door immediately following the frame be provided.
- a preferred embodiment of the connecting part which also regardless of the invention with other doors by two parallel arms are used can, is approximately wedge-shaped in cross section, the Hypotenuse surface facing away from the door leaf, and from this runs away to the door frame.
- bracket is the known doors for aesthetic reasons on the Arranged inside the door.
- inventive Version in which the arms are closed when the door is closed these are sunk and the bracket connecting part only protrudes slightly beyond the edge of the door has the Advantage that neither inside nor below and above unsightly and Injury-prone bracket parts over the closed Protrude door.
- the recesses for the arms are preferably only from a broad side of the door, especially from the inside, open here.
- the door leaf is without from the outside Recess formed.
- recesses according to the invention on the inside, the door leaf cannot, as it does in a State of the art is provided with the bracket associated end to be moved between the arms because the outside of the door leaf is not recessed to the poor.
- another inventive step was therefore found to be regardless of the design of the door and arms may be advantageous if the bow side Door side is not moved between the arms.
- Fig. 1 shows a half-open sliding door with a Door leaf 4, door latch 5 and a latch bolt 6.
- Die Door opening 7 is from a door frame or door frames, 8 surround.

Abstract
Description
1.The invention relates to a door according to the
Conventional doors are turned around when opening and closing an axis of rotation pivoted along one side of the door. Of the Door handle moves on a segment of a circle and is in the open condition far from the door opening. Disabled people with walking aids, especially people in Wheelchair, can not use the door handle when moving hold and even within a small radius of hers Take location. When entering a room, the Doors are about to be pushed open. If the impact is too weak unlock the disabled person a bit and again belching. If the push is too strong, the door can be damaged and / or it springs back. Also the closing the door is because of its large pivoting movement Difficult to walk. Especially when leaving one Room is the door handle of the door that is open to the inside for the handicapped person who is through the door opening moved, no longer tangible. Because especially with passages, which are often used by wheelchairs, big ones Door widths are chosen, the gripping distances are very large. Large door swivel areas are often due too small space impractical.
From the patent CH-A-235964 a door is known, which in the Opening and closing a rotary movement around a first yourself executes the axis of rotation shifting in the door opening. The first axis of rotation is created by a rotatable in one Straight guidance along the upper door frame Pivot that is in a central area of the upper Door edge of this stands up. The straight line and the pivot pins guided therein thus form a displaceable first pivot bearing. The door is made of two parallel ones horizontally oriented arms carried, which in turn are each connected to the door frame via a pivot bearing, so that both arms lead one through these pivot bearings second axis of rotation are pivotable. The arms run at the top and lower end of the rod away from the rod and are with the Door at the free end via a third pivot connection connected, through which a third axis of rotation thus leads. All three axes of rotation are aligned in parallel.
Since the doors according to CH-A-235964 on the side of the Closing the strap too little was made for high Closing claims created a door where the Latch bolt is arranged on the side of the arms. Such Doors are often referred to as rotary sliding doors.
A door according to CH-A-235964 has a disadvantage that causes them to look despite their long history (1945) could not prevail. The suspension on the both arms and on the pivot leads to one fairly instable in operation. Only in the closed The door is in a stable position. Is in the open state them because of the games in the five camps (Pivot and two bearings along the second and third axis of rotation) expresses unstable. For this shortcoming to remedy, the construction according to the CH-A- has an additional, rotatable slide in the area of first axis of rotation, which is in a track below the door intervenes. Aside from this additional, not maintenance-free component, in many cases disturbs the Running track on the floor, the cleaning and noise problems brings with it.
Other known doors according to CH-A-593411 carry the substantial part of the weight of the door with the upper arm a U-shaped bracket made from a vertical bar and two parallel arms, comparable to the arms according to CH-A-235964, the rod around the second axis rotates. However, the bracket reaches laterally Level offset by the door surface. From this arise Torques from the lower arm along with the remaining weight forces absorbed and over the rod must be compensated. If the training is not strong enough Ironing the maximum when the door is half open Torques for twisting the arms from the parallel Alignment and thus to an inclined position of the door. Of the whole bracket and especially the upper one that carries the weight Arm has to be trained extremely strongly, which for one thing is associated with high costs and secondly because of the next to the door, a massive temple by architects is rated negatively. Of course they are too Requirements for the third slewing ring high, so that expensive ball bearings must be used there.
The problems with weight and torque absorption cause load lifting rollers or Load bearing balls - comparable to the lower one Guide rail according to CH-A-235964 - under the door must be arranged. The door weight and so on related problems also depend on their thickness, or their material, from. There are doors due to sound and / or Fire protection measures have a high weight and thus far have not been designed as rotary sliding doors can.
Solid brackets increase this for doors that are already heavy Total weight in addition, which places high demands on the second pivot bearing, the connection of the same with the Door frame and also leads to the door frame itself. The high Weight also has a negative impact on assembly work.
In addition to the static loads, the doors must also much higher dynamic loads or usage loads during accelerated opening and Record locking operations. If when opening the door If a heavy person supports the door handle, they may The load does not lead to an adjustment of the bracket.
Further publications on the background of the state of the Techniques are: EP-A1-370437, US-3479684 and US-4286411. Although all of these writings are comparable Have swivel mechanism, they fail to completely eliminate the disadvantages mentioned. To at to achieve a desired swing movement for these doors, is also one of two horizontal arms and one vertical connecting part of existing bracket provided, which is pivotable about the second pivot axis with the frame connected is. The vertical connecting part takes place the second axis of rotation. The corresponding second Pivots are between the connecting part and the Door frames arranged. Another disadvantage of this Arrangements is that the door is not without a connecting part can be mounted, which is especially the case with larger ones Assembly weights are a disadvantage.
The object of the invention is now a Rotary sliding door to describe the high weight loads can accommodate without the bracket particularly massive and have to be elaborately trained.
At the same time, however, comparable to the door according to CH-A-235964, a relatively integrated structure may be possible by When the door is closed, all axes of rotation in essentially lie in one plane. On lower Guide rails or the like should be dispensed with and a high stability even in the open state.
Eine erfindungsgemässe Lösung ist in Anspruch 1
beschrieben.
aufgenommen. Die Tür ist dabei über eine erste
Drehverbindung mit einem in der Geradführung geführten
Verschiebeteil verbunden.
A solution according to the invention is in
By keeping the main part of the weight of the Straight line is carried, the weight is taken through arms minimal. According to the invention, these are on the side of the Door leaf connected by means of a connecting part, making them form a stiff frame. The bracket keeps its Management function and must in particular be part of the take over any torques that may arise. To the In particular, keeping the load on the bracket to a minimum will be the straight line, the sliding part and the first Slewing ring designed so that the door only around the otherwise the first axis of rotation is essentially not rotatable is, so that in addition to the load also torques be included.
Due to the load absorption according to the invention by the Straight guidance and the bow-like connection of the arms and the resulting smaller stability requirement the arms themselves result in preferred embodiments, which, if necessary, also alone, i.e. without the load-bearing one Straight guidance, are inventive and have advantages.
For example, the finer design of the bracket results in one another inventive step to preferred solutions, where the third and / or the second axis of rotation closed door is arranged in the area of the door leaf. The arms are at least with the door closed partly in recesses at the upper and lower door ends. By not turning the third axis of rotation outside the door comes to rest, it is achieved that the hinge-side door side when opening the door essentially does not have one Normal plane for opening the door through the bow side Swings out door edge. This enables the assembly of a Such a door also in a door opening directly to one connects to the side wall. Doors according to the state of the Technology cannot be used in this situation because they swing out over the side of the door opening.
Experiments have shown that the third Axis of rotation between the door center plane and a door broadside, preferably the inside of the door closed door facing the bracket, especially in in the immediate vicinity of this broadside should be chosen to close the fully open door facilitate. The second axis of rotation should be on the narrow side of the door immediately following the frame be provided.
If necessary, it is also the one that connects the arms Connection part at least partially when the door is closed arranged in a recess in the door leaf, preferably but it is flat and is little above that Door leaf in front.
A preferred embodiment of the connecting part, which also regardless of the invention with other doors by two parallel arms are used can, is approximately wedge-shaped in cross section, the Hypotenuse surface facing away from the door leaf, and from this runs away to the door frame.
With comparable doors from the state of the art both the second and the third axis of rotation in front of or provided behind the door. Usually the bracket is the known doors for aesthetic reasons on the Arranged inside the door. The one next to the door and hindered beyond this protruding arranged bracket Cleaning work on the door and on the door frame in the area of the bracket and there is a substantial one Risk of injury because body parts between the bracket and Frame or wall parts can be clamped. You can also such projecting parts also the passage of Wheelchairs, beds or the like hinder. The inventive Version in which the arms are closed when the door is closed these are sunk and the bracket connecting part only protrudes slightly beyond the edge of the door, has the Advantage that neither inside nor below and above unsightly and Injury-prone bracket parts over the closed Protrude door.
The recesses for the arms are preferably only from a broad side of the door, especially from the inside, open here. The door leaf is without from the outside Recess formed. With recesses according to the invention on the inside, the door leaf cannot, as it does in a State of the art is provided with the bracket associated end to be moved between the arms because the outside of the door leaf is not recessed to the poor. In another inventive step was therefore found to be regardless of the design of the door and arms may be advantageous if the bow side Door side is not moved between the arms. If the connecting part the arms on the inside of the door connects with each other, and the side of the door on the hanger side Swinging open the door on the outside of the door, see above pivots the opposite side of the door with the door handle on the inside of the door. This swing behavior is in Comparison of the pivoting behavior of the rotary sliding doors state of the art similar to that of standard doors usual opening of the doors inside the room. The Known swing doors move when opening bow side door side between the arms through inwards and the opposite side of the door with the door handle Outside. Since this movement is for people holding the door do not know is unexpected, try this the door first push inward. Of course they can known rotary sliding doors can also be used differently, so that the swivel process is closer to what you are used to but then the bracket can be mounted on the outside of the door got to.
Another advantage arises when in straight guidance an elastic stop buffer is arranged, the one The open door does not hit the door frame.
