Bevor die Trocknungsluftzufuhr durch das Betätigen des Betätigungsarmes 8 eingeleitet wird, wird die Auflagefläche 10 beim Ende des Abgaberohres 7 ebenflächig auf den (auf einer durchlässigen Unterlage) Stoffbereich plaziert, so dass keine Trocknungsluft zwischen dem Stoff und dem Abgaberohr 7 seitlich ausweichen kann und damit der gesamte Luftstrahl durch den Stoff hindurchdringen muss, wodurch der Abtrocknungsprozess erheblich verkürzt wird, insbesondere durch ein Mitreissen der Flüssigkeitsteile aus dem Stoff. Aufgrund der abgeschrägten Auflagefläche 10 ist auch der durch die Trocknungsluft beaufschlagte Flächenbereich beträchtlich grösser als wenn das Abgaberohr 7 mit genau radial abgeschnittener Endfläche senkrecht auf den betreffenden Stoffbereich aufgesetzt würde.The following should be noted here. Claims (5)

  1. Spot removing gun, with a housing (1) and a handle (2) projecting therefrom, with a conduit part (4, 5) ending at a nozzle head (3) for the supply and discharge of a cleaning liquid projecting from said housing (1), and with a push button (6) supported in the handle (2) for actuating a on/off-switch for the operation of a pumping device of the cleaning liquid, with a discharge tube (7) for drying air connected to the housing (1), characterized by an actuating lever (8) for the actuating of a control valve (9) for the feeding of drying air pivotally mounted at the housing (1), which conduit part (4, 5) for the cleaning liquid includes a first section (4) extending at least approximately parallel to the discharge tube (7) for drying air, which first section (4) is followed by a second section (5) extending obliquely to the discharge tube (7) for drying air and ending at the nozzle head (3), which discharge tube (7) for drying air is shaped at the free discharge end ending cut obliquely relative to its longitudinal axis in order to comprise a resting surface (10) formed by its tube wall end surface extending obliquely relative to its longitudinal axis (11) for a resting onto a fabric area to be dried, which resting surface (10) encloses with the longitudinal axis (12) of the second portion (5) of the conduit part (4, 5) for the cleaning liquid a at least approximately rectangular angle, and which push button (6) and which actuating lever (8) are placed in such a manner that the push button (6) can be operated by the index finger and the actuating lever (8) by the thumb of an operator with holds the handle with one hand.

Spot removing gun according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the resting surface (10) of the discharge tube (7) for drying air is located relative to the exit end of the nozzle head (3) at such a place, that when the discharge tube (7) is placed on a fabric section to be cleaned and dried with a complete planar contact between resting surface and fabric section, the exit end of the nozzle head (3) is at a distance from said fabric section.
  4. Spot removing gun according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the discharge tube (7) for drying air is mounted via a angle bracket (16) to the housing (1).
  5. Spot removing gun according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (2) is of a pistol grip like design.
