- la figure 1 représente une vue en coupe d'un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
- la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe d'un second mode de réalisation de l'invention; et
- les figures 3A et 3b montrent deux variantes du mode de réalisation de la figure 1.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour l'immobilisation et le support de deux vitrages (2a,2b) comprenant : a) une douille centrale (6,7) de forme générale cylindrique comportant intérieurement un logement (7a, 10) apte à recevoir une rotule sphérique (5) solidaire d'une structure porteuse (3) ; b) un élément annulaire extérieur (8) disposé dans une plan équatorial dudit logement sphérique, et apte à recevoir sur chacune de ces faces l'appui d'un vitrage (2a,2b), le logement sphérique communiquant avec l'espace intérieur contenant la structure porteuse (3) par un canal (9) d'axe perpendiculaire au plan général des vitrages, ce canal (9) étant traversé avec jeu par une tige porteuse (4) reliant la rotule (5) à ladite structure porteuse (3),
caractérisé en ce que ledit élément extérieur annulaire (8) est venu de matière avec la douille centrale (6,7), et est en forme de disque. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dit logement récepteur de la rotule (5) est constitué : a) d'une calotte sphérique tronquée (7a) coaxiale et communiquant avec ledit canal (9) et dont le bord extérieur est dans le plan équatorial du disque annulaire (8); b) d'une paroi sensiblement hémisphérique (10) à concavité tournée vers le canal (9), et coaxiale à celui-ci, le plan diamétral de la paroi (10) étant dans le plan médian dudit disque (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la calotte sphérique tronquée (7a) est prolongée, du côté opposé à la structure porteuse (3), par un alésage fileté d'axe coaxial audit canal (9) et pratiqué dans le corps cylindrique (7) de la douille, de manière à déboucher sur l'espace extérieur situé au delà des vitrages à l'opposé de la structure porteuse (3), ledit alésage étant apte à recevoir un obturateur (11) engagé à vis depuis l'extérieur et dont la face transversale est de forme hémisphérique (10), de manière à refermer le logement récepteur de ladite rotule (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le disque annulaire (8) comporte sur chacune de ses faces une première gorge (14) disposée au niveau du raccordement du disque annulaire sur le corps cylindrique formant la douille (7) centrale, ladite gorge étant apte à recevoir un produit d'étanchéité apte à être injecté in situ lors de la mise en place du panneau et du positionnement de chacun des vitrages sur chacune des faces du disque annulaire d'appui interstitiel entre les deux vitrages.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le disque annulaire (8) comporte sur chaque face une seconde gorge circulaire (17) réceptrice d'un coussinet (18) dont une face plane déborde par rapport à la face du disque annulaire pour constituer une surface d'appui d'un vitrage venant reposer sur ladite face.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le disque annulaire (8) comporte sur la périphérie de chacune de ses faces une troisième gorge circulaire (19) concentrique et extérieure aux deux précédentes, apte à recevoir un joint torique d'étanchéité (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque première gorge (14) prévue sur chaque face du disque annulaire (8) comporte un débouché sur l'extérieur, constitué par au moins une encoche (15) dans ledit corps cylindrique, encoche courant selon une génératrice depuis la face transversale dudit corps cylindrique et rejoignant le niveau de ladite première gorge.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'obturation (11), dont une face hémisphérique (10) vient refermer le logement sphérique, est monté par un filetage extérieur engagé dans son alésage récepteur fileté et venu du corps cylindrique (7), et cet obturateur comporte intérieurement un passage fileté pour recevoir une vis filetée (12) apte à maintenir une plaquette circulaire (13) venant en appui sur la face extérieure du vitrage correspondant (2a) avec interposition d'une rondelle intercalaire d'amortissement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque vitrage comporte un évidement circulaire apte à permettre l'engagement du corps cylindrique constituant la douille (7) positionné de façon que le centre du logement sphérique récepteur de la rotule (5) soit positionné dans le plan médian du disque annulaire (8), et le bord intérieur de chaque évidement orienté vers le centre de la douille est prévu avec un biseau ou chanfrein pour permettre l'interposition d'un joint souple extrudé remplissant également ladite première gorge.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet (18) récepteur de l'appui d'un vitrage est formé d'une rondelle de matériau d'amortissement, tel que le butyle, cette rondelle étant engagée dans ladite seconde gorge (17) de préférence de profil carré en section transversale et la rondelle débordant vers l'extérieur pour offrir une face annulaire apte à recevoir l'appui d'une face du vitrage.
