Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Festlegung und Halterung zweier Verglasungen (2a, 2b), die a) eine im allgemeinen zylinderförmige zentrale Hülse (6, 7), die im Inneren einen Sitz (7a, 10) aufweist, die für die Aufnahme eines mit einem tragenden Aufbau (3) fest verbundenen Kugellagers (5) ausgelegt ist; b) ein äußeres ringförmiges Element (8) umfaßt, das in einer äquatorialen Ebene des kugelförmigen Sitzes angeordnet ist und dafür ausgelegt ist, auf jeder dieser Seiten die Unterlage einer Verglasung (2a, 2b) aufzunehmen, wobei der kugelförmige Sitz mit dem Innenraum in Verbindung steht, der den tragenden Aufbau (3) über einen Kanal (9) für eine Achse enthält, die senkrecht zur allgemeinen Ebene der Verglasungen ist, wobei dieser Kanal (9) von einer tragenden Stange (4) mit Spiel durchquert wird, die das Kugellager (5) mit dem tragenden Aufbau (3) verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ringförmige äußere Element (8) mit der zentralen Hülse (6, 7) aus einem Stück besteht und die Form einer Scheibe hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmesitz für das Kugellager (5) aus a) einer abgeschnittenen Kugelkappe (7a), die mit dem Kanal (9) koaxial ist und mit ihm in Verbindung steht und deren äußerer Rand sich in der äquatorialen Ebene der ringförmigen Scheibe (8) befindet; b) einer im wesentlichen halbkugelförmigen Wand (10) mit einer Konkavität besteht, die dem Kanal (9) zugewandt und mit diesem koaxial ist, wobei die Durchmesserebene der Wand (10) in der Mittelebene der Scheibe (8) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgeschnittene Kugelkappe (7a) auf der dem tragenden Aufbau (3) entgegengesetzten Seite durch eine mit Gewinde versehene Bohrung mit einer Achse verlängert ist, die mit dem Kanal (9) koaxial und in den zylindrischen Körper (7) der Hülse gebohrt ist, so daß sie in den jenseits der Verglasungen gelegenen Außenraum gegenüber dem tragenden Aufbau (3) einmündet, wobei die Bohrung dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Verschlußvorrichtung (11) aufzunehmen, die von außen eingeschraubt ist und deren quer verlaufende Fläche halbkugelförmig (10) ist, um den Aufnahmesitz für das Kugelgelenk (5) wieder zu schließen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Scheibe (8) auf jeder ihrer Seiten eine erste Auskehlung (14) aufweist, die in Höhe der Verbindung der ringförmigen Scheibe mit dem die zentrale Hülse (7) bildenden zylindrischen Körper angeordnet ist, wobei die Auskehlung ausgelegt geeignet ist, ein Dichtungsmittel aufzunehmen, das dazu geeignet ist, bei der Anbringung der Platte und der Positionierung jeder der Verglasungen auf jeder Seite der ringförmigen Scheibe für den interstitiellen Halt zwischen den beiden Verglasungen in situ eingespritzt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Scheibe (8) auf jeder Seite eine kreisförmige zweite Aufnahmeauskehlung (17) für ein Lager (18) aufweist, dessen eine ebene Fläche in bezug auf die ringförmige Scheibe vorsteht, um eine Auflagefläche für eine Verglasung zu bilden, die auf der Fläche zu liegen kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Scheibe (8) am Umfang jeder ihrer Seiten eine dritte Auskehlung (19) konzentrisch zu den und außerhalb der beiden vorhergehenden aufweist, die für die Aufnahme eines Runddichtrings ausgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede auf jeder Seite der ringförmigen Scheibe (8) vorgesehene erste Auskehlung (14) eine Öffnung nach außen aufweist, die aus wenigstens einer Aussparung (15) im zylindrischen Körper besteht, wobei die Aussparung von der quer verlaufenden Fläche des zylindrischen Körpers aus entlang einer Mantellinie verläuft und die Höhe der ersten Auskehlung erreicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußeinrichtung (11), deren halbkugelförmige Fläche (10) den kugelförmigen Sitz wieder schließt, durch ein Außengewinde im Eingriff mit seiner mit Gewinde versehenen Aufnahmebohrung angebracht und aus einem Stück mit dem zyldindrischen Körper (7) ist und diese Verschlußvorrichtung im Inneren eine mit Gewinde versehenen Durchgang zur Aufnahme einer mit Gewinde versehenen Schraube (12) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, ein kreisförmiges Plättchen (13) zu halten, das auf der Außenfläche der entsprechenden Verglasung (2a) mit Einfügung einer zwischengelegten Unterlegscheibe zur Dämpfung zur Anlage kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Verglasung eine kreisförmige Aussparung aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, das Eingreifen des die Hülse (7) bildenden, zylindrischen Körpers zu gestatten, der so angeordnet ist, daß der Mittelpunkt des kugelförmigen Aufnahmesitzes des Kugellagers (5) sich in der Mittelebene der ringförmigen Scheibe (8) befindet, und der Innenrand jeder zum Mittelpunkt der Hülse gerichteten Aussparung mit einer Abschrägung oder Fase vorgesehen ist, um die Einfügung einer extrudierten flexiblen Dichtung zu gestatten, die ebenfalls die erste Auskehlung ausfüllt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmelager (18) für die Auflage einer Verglasung von einer Unterlegscheibe aus Dämpfungsmaterial, wie Butyl, gebildet wird, wobei diese Unterlegscheibe mit der zweiten Auskehlung (17) mit vorzugsweise viereckigem Querschnitt im Eingriff ist und die Unterlegscheibe nach außen vorsteht, um eine ringförmige Fläche zu bieten, die zur Aufnahme der Unterlage einer Verglasungsfläche geeignet ist.
