Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Behandlung von katalytischem Crackbenzin durch selektive Hydrierung, welches einen Gehalt an Diolefinen von weniger als 5%, einen Gehalt an Cyclopentadien von weniger als 1% und einen Gehalt an Mercaptan zwischen 1 und 300 ppm hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Benzinfraktion C5-210°C unter einem Druck von 4-25 Bar bei einer Temperatur von 80-200°C bei einer LHSV (stündlichen Raumgeschwindigkeit der Flüssigkeit) von 1-10 h-1 in Gegenwart einer Wasserstoffmenge im schwachen Überschuß, bis zu 1,6 im Verhältnis zur Stöchiometrie (1,0), die nötig ist, um die Diolefine zu hydrieren, mit einem Katalysator kontaktiert wird, der 0,1 bis 1 Gew.-% Palladium, abgeschieden auf einem Träger umfaßt, der wenigstens 50% Aluminiumoxid enthält, derart, daß der Gehalt des Benzins an Mercaptanen reduziert wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Katalysator 0,2-0,5 Gew.-% Palladium enthält.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger wenigstens 90% Aluminiumoxid enthält.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger reines Aluminiumoxid ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Katalysator im wesentlichen Palladium umfaßt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur zwischen 130 und 200°C beträgt.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur zwischen 150 und 170°C liegt.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck zwischen 10 und 20 Bar liegt.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck zwischen 12 und 16 Bar liegt.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die LHSV zwischen 4 und 10 h-1 beträgt.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endpunkt des Schnitts bei 180°C liegt.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endpunkt des Schnitts bei 160°C liegt.
  13. Verwendung einer Installation für ein Verfahren zur Behandlung eines katalytischen Crackbenzins durch dessen selektive Hydrierung, eine katalytische Crackeinheit umfassend, gefolgt von einer Fraktionierungseinheit zum Trennen eines C3-210°C Schnittes, mit einer Debutanisiervorrichtung, dann einer Trenneinheit, die gewählt ist aus einer Depentanisiervorrichtung und einer Dehexanisiervorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einheit zur selektiven Hydrierung zwischen der Debutanisierungsvorrichtung und der Trenneinheit angeordnet ist.
  14. Verwendung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einheit zur selektiven Hydrierung gebildet wird durch einen Reaktor, der zwei katalytische Zonen umfaßt, wobei die erste von der flüssigen Charge und einer Wasserstoffmenge kleiner als die Stoechiometrie durchsetzt wird, und die zweite die aus der ersten Zone stammende flüssige Charge sowie den Rest des Wasserstoffs aufnimmt, der durch eine seitliche Rohrleitung injiziert wurde.
