Abstract

Zur Ausführung dieser Wartungsarbeiten wird die Klinge üblicherweise von ihrer Betriebsposition von der Walze entfernt. Um gleichmäßig qualitativ hochwertige Papierprodukte herstellen zu können, ist es erforderlich, daß die Klinge des Schabers bzw. der Rakel anschließend wieder exakt in die zuvor eingenommene Betriebsposition gebracht wird. Ebenso sollten die Klingen auch in ihrer Betriebsposition verstellt werden können, beispielsweise zur Optimierung der Papierqualität oder bei der Umstellung der Papiermaschine auf eine andere Papiersorte. Es hat sich jedoch als schwierig erwiesen vorbestimmte Anordnungen der Klinge mit einer guten Wiederholgenauigkeit einzustellen. Um die Anordnung der Klinge an der Walze zu verändern weist diese Klingenhalterung zwei Stellantriebe mit Gewindetrieben auf, die mittels einer Kupplung und eines Kegelradgetriebes miteinander verbindbar sind. Mit dieser konstruktiv relativ aufwendigen Klingenhalterung können zwar der Anpreßdruck und der Klingenarbeitswinkel jeweils unabhängig voneinander variiert werden. Nicht zufriedenstellend ist jedoch, daß nach einem Auswechseln oder Schleifen der Klinge, wozu der Klingentragbalken von der Walze weggeschwenkt wird, der Klingenarbeitswinkel bei dem Heranführen der Klinge an die Walze wieder verhältnismäfig umständlich "von Hand" neu eingestellt werden muß. Um Qualitätseinbußen zu vermeiden, muß dies sehr genau geschehen. Somit können einerseits für bestimmte Papiersorten als optimal gefundene Klingenarbeitswinkel jederzeit auf einfache Weise reproduzierbar eingestellt und beibehalten werden. Der Hebel 4 und der Klingentragbalken 2 drehen sich dadurch im Gegenuhrzeigersinn um das zweite Schwenklager 21 entlang des gleichen Weges zurück in ihre ursprüngliche Anordnung, der Betriebsposition. Klingenhalterung zur Anordnung einer Klinge an einer Transporteinrichtung einer Warenbahn, insbesondere an einer Walze oder einem Trockenzylinder einer Papiermaschine, mit folgenden Merkmalen: 1.1 eine in einer Klingen-Einspanneinrichtung gehaltene Klinge ist quer zur Laufrichtung einer Warenbahn positionierbar, wobei die Klingen-Einspanneinrichtung an einem sich quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung erstreckenden Klingentragbalken angeordnet ist; 1.2 ein Tragelement mit einem ersten Schwenklager an einem Gestell und mit einem zweiten Schwenklager ist an dem Klingentragbalken angelenkt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 1.3 das Tragelement (3) im ersten Schwenklager (20) an der Lasche (28) drehbar gelagert ist; 1.4 an dem Tragelement (3) ein schwenkbarer und quer zur Bahnrichtung oszillierbarer Klingentragbalken (2) vorgesehen ist und dieses mit einer Schwenkeinrichtung (24) versehen ist, durch die der Klingentragbalken (2) von einer Betriebsposition in eine einen größeren Abstand zur Walze (1) aufweisenden Wartungsposition geschwenkt werden kann, wobei die Schwenkbewegung durch Veränderung des Abstandes der Anlenkpunkte (22,23) der Schwenkeinrichtung (24) an dem Hebel (4) und dem Tragelement (3) erfolgt; 1.5 die Klingenhalterung mit einer mit dem Gestell (5) und dem Tragelement (3) verbundenen Positioniereinrichtung (14) zur Einstellung eines Klingenarbeitswinkels versehen ist, wobei die Positionierung der Klinge durch Veränderung des Abstandes der beiden Anlenkpunkte (16,17) der Positioniereinrichtung (14) an dem Gestell (5) und dem Tragelement (3) erfolgt. 1.
