- dans la position escamotée, la membrane n'est pas déformée, et s'étend longitudinalement dans la direction de l'écoulement, sa dimension longitudinale telle que mesurée à proximité du fond du corps étant plus grande que le diamètre de l'orifice amont,
- dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction de l'écoulement, la membrane a une forme en U dont les extrémités des branches sont fixées sur le corps, la membrane comportant un bord amont en U qui est fixé contre une paroi du corps comportant l'orifice amont, ce dernier étant situé à l'intérieur du U, le bord aval de la membrane étant libre,
- dans la position escamotée non déformée la membrane comporte un bord aval en U situé dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction de l'écoulement et situé à proximité de l'orifice aval, l'orifice aval étant situé en vis-à-vis de l'intérieur du U,
- les moyens de déformation comportent une tige montée rotative sur le corps autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à la direction de l'écoulement et situé au-dessous de la membrane à proximité de l'orifice amont, la tige étant située, lorsqu'elle est dans sa position de repos en-dessous de la membrane et ne déformant pas la membrane, en s'étendant dans un plan à peut près médian de la membrane vers l'orifice aval, les moyens de déformation comportant des moyens d'actionnement de la tige situés à l'extérieur du corps,
- les moyens d'actionnement sont fixés sur l'axe de rotation de la tige et comportent une manette et des moyens de rappel rappelant cette dernière vers la position active de la membrane.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'un dispositif formant siphon selon la présente invention, les moyens de retenue étant en position active,
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective analogue à la figure 1, certains éléments ayant été supprimés pour une raison de clarté, les moyens de retenue étant dans la position escamotée,
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe longitudinale du dispositif formant siphon de la figure 1,
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus du dispositif formant siphon de la figure 1, la partie supérieure de celui-ci ayant été supprimée,
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe longitudinale analogue à la figure 3, les moyens de retenue étant dans la position escamotée,
- la figure 6 est une vue latérale du dispositif formant siphon selon la présente invention, représentant les moyens d'actionnement des moyens de déplacement des moyens de retenue,
- la figure 7 est une vue schématique en coupe d'une cuvette de toilettes équipée d'une dispositif formant siphon selon la présente invention,
- la figure 8 est une vue en perspective partiellement éclatée de la cuvette représentée sur la figure 7.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif formant siphon ayant un corps creux comportant un orifice amont (12) situé dans la partie inférieure du corps et communiquant avec un tronçon amont d'une canalisation d'évacuation de fluide, des moyens de retenue (-20) définissant un bord de débordement et coopérant avec une partie du tronçon amont pour retenir une quantité de fluide formant bouchon fluide (70) en fin d'évacuation, et un orifice aval (16) situé dans la partie inférieure du corps et communiquant avec un tronçon aval de la canalisation d'évacuation, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue (20) sont déplaçables entre une position active et une position escamotée, le dispositif comportant des moyens de déplacement (24, 26, 28, 30) commandé des moyens de retenue entre les deux positions.
- Dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans la position escamotée des moyens de retenue, l'écoulement du fluide est à peu près rectiligne entre l'orifice amont (12) et l'orifice aval (16).
- Dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue sont constitués d'une membrane (20) déformable élastiquement et les moyens de déplacement sont des moyens de déformation de la membrane.
- Dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que dans la position escamotée, la membrane (20) n'est pas déformée, et s'étend longitudinalement dans la direction de l'écoulement, sa dimension longitudinale telle que mesurée à proximité du fond du corps étant plus grande que le diamètre de l'orifice amont (12).
- Dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction de l'écoulement, la membrane (20) a une forme en U dont les extrémités des branches sont fixées sur le corps, la membrane (20) comportant un bord (21) amont en U qui est fixé contre une paroi (4) du corps comportant l'orifice amont, ce dernier étant situé à l'intérieur du U, le bord aval (22) de la membrane étant libre.
- Dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la position escamotée non déformée la membrane (20) comporte un bord aval (22) en U situé dans un plan perpendiculaire à la direction de l'écoulement et situé à proximité de l'orifice aval (16), l'orifice aval étant situé en vis-à-vis de l'intérieur du U.
- Dispositif formant siphon selon les revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déformation comportent une tige (24) montée rotative sur le corps autour d'un axe (26) perpendiculaire à la direction de l'écoulement et située au-dessous de la membrane (20) à proximité de l'orifice amont (12), la tige (24) étant située, lorsqu'elle est dans sa position de repos en-dessous de la membrane et ne déformant pas la membrane en s'étendant dans un plan à peu près médian de la membrane vers l'orifice aval (16), les moyens de déformation comportant des moyens d'actionnement (28, 30) de la tige situés à l'extérieur du corps.
- Dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'actionnement (28, 30) sont fixés sur l'axe (26) de rotation de la tige (24) et comportent une manette (28) et des moyens de rappel (30) rappelant cette dernière vers la position active de la membrane.
- Cuvette de toilettes raccordée à dispositif formant siphon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant des moyens manuels de commande de déversement d'une quantité prédéterminée d'eau propre d'évacuation et de nettoyage, caractérisée en ce que les moyens manuels de commande sont reliés aux moyens d'actionnement des moyens de déplacement des moyens de retenue du dispositif formant siphon vers leur position escamotée, l'actionnement des moyens manuels de commande et des moyens d'actionnement du siphon étant à peu près simultané.
- Cuvette de toilettes raccordée à un dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'actionnement sont rappelés vers la position active des moyens de retenue avant la fin du déversement de ladite quantité prédéterminée d'eau propre.
- Cuvette de toilettes raccordée à un dispositif formant siphon selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite quantité prédéterminée d'eau est commandée par l'intermédiaire d'une vanne temporisée insérée dans une canalisation d'arrivée d'eau propre sous pression débouchant à l'intérieur de la cuvette.
