Abstract

The top of the vaccine- or drip feed bottle is sealed with a plastic plug (5). An outer cover (4) is held on the seal by an integral metal ring (3) with a central gap (9) for the needle. Verschlüsse der genannten Art haben den Nachteil, daß eine mit gleitfähiger (z.B. mit PTFE beschichteter) Oberfläche versehene Dichtung keinen ausreichenden Halt im Verschluß findet. Beim Durchstoßen mit einem Dorn eines Überleitungs(entnahme)-Gerätes verformt sie sich, rutscht aus ihrem Sitz heraus und fällt in den Flaschenhals. Der Verschluß weist ein Halteteil (3) für eine Dichtung (5), z.B. einen Stopfen oder eine Scheibe auf. Das Halteteil (3) ist mit einer Ausnehmung (8) versehen, in die die Spreizsegmente (9) der Originalitätskappe 4 durchgreifen und beim Verschließen des Verschlusses sich um die Ausnehmung (8) legen. Zwischen Halteteil (3) und Dichtung (5) ist eine Lochkappe (1) mit eingezogenem Lochrand (2) angeordnet. Die Dichtung (5) ist mit einem umlaufenden Wulst (7) versehen, den die Lochkappe (1) mit ihrem eingezogenen Lochrand (2) umfaßt. Dadurch wird die Dichtung (5) in ihrer Lage fixiert und kann bei entsprechender Druckbelastung während des Durchstossens nicht mehr in den Flaschenhals (6) ausweichen. Die Dichtung (5) kann zusätzlich oder alternativ auch durch in Richtung Dichtung gebogene Segmente des Halteteils (3) fixiert werden. Die Teile des Verschlusses können alle aus dem gleichen Material (Metall oder Kunststoff) hergestellt sein, was für anstehende Entsorgungsprobleme von Vorteil ist.The closure has a holding part (3) for a seal (5), for example a stopper or a washer.
