Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de renforcement d'un matériau de type plaque (1) pour un élément structurel spatial, par exemple, un chemin de câbles, lequel renforcement s'effectue en comprimant localement le matériau pour former des nervures (10), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins sur un côté de la nervure (10), l'épaisseur du matériau (1) est localement plus faible, ce qui allonge le matériau .
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la réduction d'épaisseur est obtenue en plaçant une bande aplatie (14) en parallèle à la nervure (10).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (10) est placée sur une longueur plus courte que les dimensions extérieures de la plaque et la bande aplatie (14) est du même ordre de grandeur que la longueur de la nervure (10).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (10) sont disposées parallèlement les unes aux autres dans une surface partielle du matériau de type plaque, les surfaces partielles adjacentes (5) étant préalablement ou ultérieurement soumises à une déformation à froid supplémentaire comme une flexion.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications susmentionnées, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de type plaque est comprimé pour former un motif prédéteriné de trous (6, 7).
  6. Appareil pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé décrit dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, lequel appareil est pourvu d'une ou de plusieurs paires de cylindres (3, 4) selon lequel au moins un desdits cylindres (3) comporte une nervure surélevée (11) pour placer une nervure (10) dans le matériau (1), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une paire de cylindres (3,4) est pourvue d'un élément d'aplatissement (13) sous forme d'une nervure pour réduire localement l'épaisseur du matériau de type plaque.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'aplatissement (13) est prévu sur un cylindre (3) de la paire, qui est également pourvu de la nervure surélevée (11) qui coopère avec une partie évidée (12) dans le contre-cylindre (4) de la paire.
  8. Forme de structure de construction d'un matériau de type plaque selon le procédé sdécrit dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, avec des nervures formées à froid (10) caractérisé en ce que des bandes aplaties (14) dont l'épaisseur correspondante de matériau est réduite localement, sont prévues et situées parallèlement aux nervures (10).
  9. Forme de structure de construction de type chemin de câble pourvue d'une partie de fond (2) et de deux parois longitudinales (5) s'étendant le long de cette partie de fond (2), caractérisée en ce que la partie de fond (2) est pourvue de nervures transversales (10) formées à froid perpendiculairement aux parois longitudinales (2) et des bandes aplaties (14) parallèles à ces dernières, et dont l'épaisseur correspondante de matériau est réduite localement.
