Definitions
- the subject of the invention is a retaining wall intended to be covered with vegetation, consisting of building elements and mounted dry, by nesting into each other, and by superposition on each other, each element being of the type consisting of a bottomless tank.
- the building element consists of two tanks adjacent made in one block.
- the complementary element which forms the upstream part of said construction element is extended by a notch on each edge of the tank forming a horizontal reservation; a wall median vertical, in line with the second wall vertical, delimits two cells or spaces which can make lost formwork office; beyond the notch, a wall vertical, extending the vertical walls, forms the two small spaces or cells.
- the current construction elements notably limit the applications at height.
- these retaining walls are made with dry-mounted construction elements filled with earth or partially of concrete, these elements can also be vegetated.
- the invention solves all these problems.
- the doubling of the interconnection elements makes it possible to change the angle of the retaining wall.
- Manufacturing reduces the manufacturing cost by making two elements joined by a vertical wall common cross. This heavy element makes it possible to build weight walls without intermediate space and presenting a set high resistance monolith.
- the invention therefore relates to a retaining wall intended to be lined with vegetation, and consisting of dry-mounted construction elements, by nesting of the elements in each other, and by superposition on each other, each element being of the type parallelepipedic consisting of a bottomless tank with two parallel external lateral vertical walls connected between them by each of their two ends by a vertical wall of any shape, said tank is provided, inside, with several vertical walls which delimit spaces of forms and different sizes, the outer side walls are provided with notches so as to allow the elements to fit into each other, characterized in that at the inside of the tank, delimited by the vertical walls parallel outer and vertical shaped walls any, the lower edges of the vertical walls interiors are fitted with at least two lugs, which cooperates with the vertical upper edges of the adjacent tank lower which, they, are flat, than the distance between two clutch dog pins carried by the lower edges corresponds to the thickness of a vertical wall interior, and that the distance between two vertical walls interior corresponds to the distance between the two opposite faces of two adjacent dog catches so that there is a
- the vertical walls of any shape which connect the parallel external lateral vertical walls are fitted at least one dog clutch pin.
- the building element is double made by two building elements linked together by the same partition transverse vertical.
- the vertical walls of any shape, which connect the two parallel external lateral vertical walls, are oriented towards the outside of the double building element.
- the vertical transverse partition common to the two elements of construction forming the double building element, comprises a breakable part.
- the vertical transverse partition common to the two elements once divided, lets appear on its outer face to each building element, a decorative facing.
- the transverse vertical partition forms a plane of symmetry vertical for the double building element.
- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a wall of support according to the invention.
- Figure 2 is a perspective view of an element of construction according to the invention, seen from above.
- Figure 3 is seen according to Figure 2, but where the element of construction is double and is seen from below so as to put in evidence the clutching pins of the vertical walls interior of the tank and the common transverse vertical partition to the two building elements.
- Figure 4 is a perspective view of an element of double construction highlighting the breakable part which allows to divide said element into two construction elements double.
- Figure 5 is an exploded view of various elements of construction assembled for a retaining wall.
- Figure 6 is a plan view of a building element "double", seen from above.
- Figure 7 is a view according to Figure 6, but seen from the side along the longitudinal axis.
- Figure 8 is a view according to Figure 6, but seen from the side along the transverse axis.
- Figure 9 is a view of several construction elements assembled one above the other.
- Figure 10 is a view of several elements of construction assembled one above the other. These elements are building elements that were obtained by division at the level of the transverse vertical partition of a "double" building element.
- Figure 11 is a view of several elements of different construction assembled to build a wall of support.
- Figure 12 is a plan view of another embodiment realization whose vertical connecting wall (between the walls parallel lateral outer lateral) is shaped rounded.
- Figure 13 is a plan view of another embodiment realization whose internal vertical walls delimit spaces of different shapes and sizes.
- Figure 14 is a plan view of another embodiment realization whose vertical connecting wall (between the walls vertical parallel lateral exterior) is shaped like point turned towards the outside of the tank.
- Figure 15 is a view of the assembly of different construction elements, seen from the side and of which the first element of construction forms an angle with the ground plane.
- Figure 16 shows a partial side view of two elements superimposed in a particular locking position.
- Figure 17 shows a view identical to the previous one in another particular blocking position.
- Figures 16 and 17 show in detail the layout mutual clutch dog and inner walls according to the invention.
- Figures 18 to 21 show another embodiment of an element according to the invention, that is to say consisting of two blocks separated by the same vertical partition forming a groove pre-cutting.
- FIG. 22 represents a perspective view of a wall of support made using construction elements according to the invention where certain elements in the foreground are truncated in order to visualize the internal structure of the wall.
- the retaining wall is of the type intended to be lined with vegetation and consisting of building elements 1, 2 dry mounted by nesting the elements into each other and by superposition on each other.
- Each element 1, 2 is parallelepipedic constituted by a bottomless container 3 with two vertical outside walls parallels 4, 5 interconnected by each of their ends by a vertical wall 6, 7 of any shape.
- the bottomless container 3 is provided, inside, with several vertical walls 8 which define spaces of shapes and different sizes, the outer side walls 4, 5 and 6, 7 are provided with notches 9 so as to allow the elements to fit into each other.
- edges lower 10 of the vertical walls 8 are equipped with at least a dog catch 11 which cooperates with the upper edges vertical 12 of said vertical walls 8 of the lower element 2, which are flat.
- the vertical walls of any shape 6, 7 which connect the parallel external lateral vertical walls 4, 5 are also provided with at least one dog catch or notch 9.
- the construction element 1, 2 is simple; see Figures 4, 10.
- the element of construction is double. It is achieved by two elements of construction interconnected by the same vertical partition transverse 7.
- this partition 7 which forms the plane of symmetry between the two elements of construction is straight while the other wall 6 which connects the two external vertical side walls parallel to a any shape depending on the desired aesthetic effect.
- the transverse vertical partition 7, common to both building elements forming the double building element, has a breakable part 13.
- This transverse vertical partition 7, common to the two construction elements allows by means of a chisel to break at level of the breakable part 13, the double element into two elements of construction; see figure 4.
- the outside of the wall transverse 7 is equipped with a decorative facing 14; for example, see figure 5, vertical grooves are provided on this decorative facing 14.
- the decorative facing 14 can be removed by chisel with certain breaking points to reveal a face 15 "exploded stone” style.
- the partitions verticals of any shape 6, which connect the two walls parallel lateral external verticals 4, 5 have on their outer face, a decorative facing 14.
- This same facing decorative 14 can be eliminated at break points 13 because it covers one side like an "exploded stone" 15.
- Construction elements are designed to self-lock between them thanks to dog clutch pins 11.
- the transverse vertical partition 7 forms a vertical plane of symmetry for the building element double.
- one of the two vertical walls of any shape 6 which connects the two parallel external vertical side walls 4, 5 of the building element delimits a null space which merges with the first internal vertical wall 8 of the container 3.
- the two adjacent lugs 11 are inserted between two adjacent interior walls 8, of a underlying item 1.
- the retaining wall includes many elements which each have two blocks connected together by a same transverse partition.
- the first block is a parallelepiped classic while the second is a parallelepiped whose two vertical angles not forming the transverse bulkhead have been truncated.
- the element has the non-truncated face as this is represented in the first three rows of elements, where the truncated face as shown in the rows of elements just the appearance of the wall may change.
- we break the elements at their transverse partition they will form two blocks that can present, if they are oriented properly, sides like "exploded stone".
