Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner or the like according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such suction nozzles are known in the prior art.
- a suction nozzle has a suction pipe which can be connected to a vacuum cleaner.
- the suction pipe ends in a suction head, the bottom surface of which is surrounded by a bristle.
- the protrusion of the bristles over the bottom surface of the suction head can be adjusted to adjust the effective hardness of the bristles.
- an actuating member is provided, the actuation of which allows the bristles to be moved in and out.
- suction nozzles are known in the prior art, which essentially consist of a reduced-section suction tube. Such suction nozzles are used in particular when suction is to be carried out in poorly accessible places or when a high suction air flow is necessary.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of developing a generic suction nozzle in a manner which is advantageous for use.
- the invention proposes the solution specified in claim 1.
- the position of the bristle curtain can be adjusted with the suction nozzle specified there, on the other hand, the effective cross-sectional area can be considerably reduced by extending the suction snorkel by further actuation of the actuating member.
- the suction snorkel retracts when the actuator is actuated again.
- the actuating member is designed as a tubular section which can be displaced in the axial direction relative to the suction head.
- the intake manifold has a double function. On the one hand, it maintains the function as a connecting link to the vacuum cleaner, on the other hand it is used to extend the snorkel.
- the pipe section is advantageously guided in a pipe socket which is firmly connected to the suction head.
- the bristles form a bristle ring which is connected via a deflection gear to a slide which is displaceably inserted in the pipe socket.
- the slide can be coupled to the actuator for moving the bristle curtain.
- a tab is preferably provided on the displaceable pipe section. The tab interacts with a switching element with the slide. The reduction or enlargement of the bristle projection then goes hand in hand with a slide displacement, which is coupled to a section of the actuator displacement.
- the switching element can be rocker-shaped and have two opposite projections.
- the projections can protrude into the rider's trajectory to form the dome position.
- the projections protrude for decoupling in radially outward recesses of the pipe socket.
- the changeover element is preferably formed by a leaf spring. As a result of the spring tension, the projections mentioned can protrude into the recesses in the pipe socket and thus release the movement path of the slide. It can further be provided that the actuating member or the tube section locks in the end positions and the intermediate position. An arrangement in which the snorkel passes through the suction head bottom surface at an acute angle is advantageous.
- the snorkel can form the straight extension of the tube section.
- the deflection gear by means of which the actuator displacement of the bristle ring is shifted, preferably consists of an angle lever.
- the first lever arm is coupled to the slide and the second lever arm to the bristle ring.
- the pipe section can be pulled out of the pipe socket.
- the deflection gear must first be uncoupled in the area of the snorkel.
- the snorkel can then be pulled out through the pipe socket.
- the rider glides over the end piece of the leaf spring that is moved into the recess and emerges through an opening in the pipe socket.
- the tab then releases from the spring. This makes it easy to mount the suction nozzle.
- the snorkel can be pulled out of the pipe socket, it can be put back in during assembly. The rider glides through the front Opening and runs over the spring end springed into the recess and thus couples with the spring.
- the suction nozzle of the embodiment consists of a suction head 2, from the back 2 'of which a pipe socket 6 protrudes at an acute angle.
- the pipe socket 6 has a corrugation 21 for better grip.
- a bristle curtain 1 protrudes from the edge-side bottom 4 of the suction head 2.
- a pipe section 3 is inserted into the pipe socket 6, the free end of which connects with a Vacuum cleaner can be coupled.
- the pipe section 3 forms the actuator.
- the pipe section 3 is displaceable relative to the pipe socket 6.
- the tube section 3 has a circular cross section and ends at its end opposite the free end 3 'in the suction snorkel 5, which has an essentially triangular cross section.
- the bottom surface 4 also has a similar cross section. The area of the bottom surface 4 is, however, substantially larger than the cross-sectional area 19 of the suction snorkel 5. While the pipe socket 6 essentially takes up a circular inner cross-section, the opening in the floor 4 through which the suction snorkel 5 is pushed is for receiving the round area of the pipe section 3 can, the cross-sectional contour of the suction snorkel 5 adapted.
- the pipe support 6 has an inner diameter such that it receives the pipe section 3.
- a movement path 18 formed in the pipe socket 6 for the rider 12 of the pipe section 3 forms a shaft-shaped recess with the inserted pipe section 3.
- the rider 12, which is fixedly connected to the tube section 3, can be displaced into this movement path 18 formed by the recess.
- the rider 12 projects into this recess.
- a slide 11 is arranged parallel to the direction of displacement of the pipe section 3.
- the slide 11 is connected at one end to the axis 25 with a deflection gear 8.
- the deflection gear 8 consists of an angle lever 9. With its other end, the slide 11 protrudes into the pipe socket 6. Between this end of the slide 11 and the An inner wall of the recess 18 is provided with a leaf spring 15 which can be displaced together with the slide 11.
- the leaf spring 15 has a substantially W-shaped shape. It forms projections 13 and 14, which are assigned to the sprung angular ends of the leaf spring.
- the angular ends of the leaf springs can protrude into recesses 16, 17 of the movement path 18. If one of the angular ends protrudes into such a recess 16, 17, the associated projection 13, 14 is sprung out of the movement path 18. Otherwise, the projections 13, 14 each pass through recesses 23, 24 of the slide 11. This ensures the coupling to the slide 11.
- the angle lever 9 has two lever arms 9 ', 9' '. They form a common pivot axis 26.
- the lever arm 9 ' is coupled to the bristle ring 7, from which the bristles 1 extend.
- the lever arm 9 ′′ is coupled to the axis 25 with the slide 11. By displacing the slide, the angle lever 9 pivots so that the bristle ring 7 pivots from a first position shown in FIG. 3 to a second position shown in FIG.
- the bristle ring 7 is drawn into a chamber 22 assigned to the outer edge of the bottom surface. This reduces the bristle length standing over the bottom surface 4.
- the switching position shown in FIG. 4 is achieved by an axial displacement of the pipe section 3 in the direction of the suction head 2. Since, in the position shown in FIG. 3, the projection 14 of the spring 15 projects into the movement path 18 of the slide 12 and additionally through an opening 23 of the slide 11, a displacement of the slide 11 takes place along with the partial displacement of the pipe section 3 Slider displacement, the bristle ring 7 is drawn into the chamber 22. In the position shown in Figure 4, the projection 14 reaches the recess 17, so that the angular end springs into the recess 17 so that the projection emerges from the path of movement 18. The path of movement 18 is now free.
- the pipe section 3 is moved further in the axial direction out of the suction head 2, the snorkel 5 emerges from the bottom surface 4.
- the end edge 5 'of the snorkel 5 has shifted from a position (FIG. 3) spaced apart from the bottom surface 4 into a position (FIG. 4) approximated to the bottom surface 4.
- the snorkel 5 protrudes from the suction head bottom surface 4 with a length that corresponds to the largest diameter of the bottom surface 4.
- the snorkel 5 and bristle ring 7 are moved back in the reverse order by actuating the pipe section 3, which forms the actuating member. First, it slides out of the third in the second switching position of the rider 12 on the slide 11 until it abuts the projection 13, which protrudes through the opening 24 into the movement path 18. Due to the simultaneous coupling of the spring 15 with the slider 11, the slider 11 is also displaced into the position shown in FIG the movement path 18 of the rider occurs. Locking is effected by the spring ends entering the recesses.
- the suction head 2, pipe socket 6 and pipe section 3 are made of plastic.
- the recess 27 has the cross-sectional contour of the tab 12.
- the rider 12 can consequently slide out through the recess 17 or enter the movement path 18 through this recess 27 when mounting the suction nozzle.
- the movement path 18 is free in the direction of the front opening 27.
- the bent end 13 of the spring 15 is pivoted into the recess 16 in this position (see FIG. 3). If the snorkel 5 is uncoupled from the deflection gear 8 in this state, the pipe section 3 together with the snorkel can be pulled out of the pipe socket 6, the rider 12 slides over the pivoted-in projection 13 and through the opening 27. As a result of the spring end 13 being folded down, the slide 11 is tied in the function shown in FIG. 3.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner or the like according to the preamble of
Such suction nozzles are known in the prior art. Such a suction nozzle has a suction pipe which can be connected to a vacuum cleaner. The suction pipe ends in a suction head, the bottom surface of which is surrounded by a bristle. The protrusion of the bristles over the bottom surface of the suction head can be adjusted to adjust the effective hardness of the bristles. To adjust the bristle position, an actuating member is provided, the actuation of which allows the bristles to be moved in and out.
In addition, suction nozzles are known in the prior art, which essentially consist of a reduced-section suction tube. Such suction nozzles are used in particular when suction is to be carried out in poorly accessible places or when a high suction air flow is necessary.
Switching from one suction nozzle to the other suction nozzle is disadvantageous.
The invention is therefore based on the object of developing a generic suction nozzle in a manner which is advantageous for use.
To achieve the object, the invention proposes the solution specified in
The subclaims represent advantageous developments of the invention.
According to the invention specified in

The suction nozzle of the embodiment consists of a
The
The
The
The
The
Der Vorsprung 13 der Blattfeder 15 ragt dabei in eine endseitige radiale Aussparung 16 des Rohrstutzens 6.In the first switching position of the
The switching position shown in FIG. 4 is achieved by an axial displacement of the
If, starting from the switching position shown in FIG. 4, the
In the third switching position shown in FIG. 5, in which the
The
Due to the acute-angled position of the
At the front end of the
