Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a telescopic Vacuum cleaner suction tube with an outer tube, a one axially extending locking bar carrying inner tube, at least one with the recesses of the Locking bar interacting locking body, the inside one arranged on the outer tube, partly that The inner tube is held, and that the guide bush from an actuating sleeve is surrounded, which at least one escape room for has the locking body, between the guide bush and actuating sleeve to ensure the Locked position is arranged at least one spring element.
Such a telescopic vacuum cleaner suction pipe is already known from US-A-3,351,363. In this publication there is a vacuum cleaner suction pipe described, which next to an inner annular Plastic body also an outer annular Has plastic body, the actuator wearing. Between the inner and outer Plastic bodies are also two compression springs arranged. However, this known solution has the essential Disadvantage that they are relatively difficult to assemble.
The object of the invention is therefore to a new telescopic tube adjustment arrangement for vacuum cleaner suction tubes to create which decreased Has assembly effort.
The solution to this problem arises from the Features of claim 1, after which on the outer tube groundbreaking end of the actuating sleeve with the latter arranged ring cap associated with movement which is displaceable relative to the guide bush is and that between the actuating sleeve and the Ring cap a groove for receiving one on one Outer surface of the guide bush arranged spring element is present, which in at least one axial direction provides restoring forces.
The device according to the invention has the essential Advantage that they are particularly easy to assemble is. So the device actually only has three Main components, namely the guide bush, the Actuating sleeve and the ring cap on, all on arranged very easily on the telescopic tubes can be. So first the guide bush is opened the outer tube is clamped, after inserting of the locking body, the actuating sleeve on the guide bush is postponed. After the subsequent one Fastening the spring element can ultimately already the ring cap is motionally connected to the actuating sleeve be so that the device is operational is.
In addition, the device according to the invention the advantage that they are ergonomically favorable Is usable because the entire outer surface of the Actuating sleeve is available as a grip surface.
From DE-C-39 16 531 is already the Use of a ring or bar spring in connection basically with telescopic vacuum cleaner suction pipes known, but this is heterogeneous, not generic prior art.
An embodiment of the invention can also do this be characterized in that the spring element as ring-shaped curved bar spring is formed, which on The outer circumference of the guide sleeve at least partially is set.
In an advantageous embodiment there are actuating sleeves and ring cap cannot be detached from each other locked, this for example by a sawtooth Locking can happen, their interlocking points in the postponement direction.
Of course it would also be possible Actuating sleeve and ring cap releasably together connect. This can be done, for example, by means of a thread happen.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment the invention has in the guide bush arranged recess for the locking body a device for mounting and for at least radially movable Lead the locking body. this makes possible a complete pre-assembly of the adjustment device because it is ensured that the locking body not during the pre-assembly from the adjustment device can fall out.
For example, such a device be designed to hold the locking body, that the guide bush in the area of the recess facing guides is provided in which the one with a guide pin on both ends Locking body is held.
Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus

Grundsätzlich wird zunächst in die Ausnehmung 21
der Führungsbuchse 12 der Sperrkörper 22 eingelegt,
wobei dieser aufgrund der taschenartigen Führungen 23
darin gehalten wird. Dann kann die Betätigungshülse
13 in x-Richtung auf die Führungsbuchse 12 soweit
aufgeschoben werden, bis daß eine Anlageschulter 34
an einen gegenüberliegende Schulter 35 der Führungsbuchse
12 anstößt. In dieser Stellung (s. Fig. 21)
Basically, the

In addition, an actuating sleeve 13 '
facing the
Ultimately, the actuating sleeve 13 'still instructs an extension 43 of its inner peripheral surface that acts as a sling. The extension 43 namely an inadmissible wide shift of the Prevent actuating sleeve 13 'in the y direction.
In this embodiment there is still one
further simplification of assembly. Because of the changed
Construction of guide bushing 12 'and actuating sleeve
