Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et un agencement d'alimentation en ébauches (1) d'emballage, montées dans un appareil de montage, à partir d'une position d'éjection (22) sous une chambre de formage (3) située dans l'appareil. Dans cette position, un piston de montage (4), qui se trouve à l'intérieur de l'ébauche, libère celle-ci afin de la transférer vers un transporteur d'alimentation sous-jacente (5) qui va la transporter horizontalement vers un poste de remplissage et de scellement. Pratiquement au moment même où elle est libérée, l'ébauche montée (1) est saisie par un transporteur (8) à vide, connu en soi, qui comprend au moins une bande (9) à déplacement vertical. Une paroi latérale (6), et, éventuellement, un couvercle (7) fixé à la verticale à la paroi de l'ébauche, sont poussés contre la bande afin d'être déplacés de manière régulée vers le bas, jusqu'à ce que le fond (11) de l'ébauche entre en contact avec la surface supérieure (12) du transporteur d'alimentation (5) presque en même temps que l'ébauche est automatiquement libérée du transporteur (8) à vide, afin d'être transportée à l'horizontale par le transporteur (5) vers un poste de remplissage et de scellement.
