Description
Claims (10)
- Pince débrayable d'accouplement d'un véhicule (18) à un câble tracteur (11) d'une installation de transport à voie (10) en site propre, comprenant un mécanisme de commande (27) de la pince fixé au fond du véhicule, une quille (22) solidaire du mécanisme de commande (27) et ayant une branche verticale (23), qui s'étend verticalement vers le bas en direction du câble tracteur (11) en étant décalée latéralement par rapport au plan vertical contenant le câble et une branche horizontale (24) qui prolonge en équerre la branche verticale (23) et s'etend transversalement à la voie (10), une paire de mors (25,26) portée par la branche horizontale (24) et dont au moins un mors mobile (26) est monté à coulissement pour venir sélectivement en une position fermé de serrage du câble (11) et en une position ouvert de libération du câble et un dispositif de transmission de mouvement (29-31) entre le mécanisme de commande (27) et le mors mobile (26) pour commander l'ouverture et la fermeture de la pince, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de transmission de mouvement comporte une tige rigide (29), montée à rotation sur la quille (22) et portant à son extrémité supérieure une manivelle (31) et que la manivelle (31) est attaquée par une genouillère (34) à ressort (38) dudit mécanisme de commande, (27) susceptible d'occuper une position d'extension et de dépassement du point mort, où la genouillère (34) exerce une force maximale de serrage du câble (11) et une position brisée de détente du ressort (38) et d'ouverture des mors (25,26).
- Pince selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que au moins l'un des leviers (33,35) de la genouillère (34) est télescopique et comprend un ressort à compression (38) sollicitant le levier en extension.
- Pince selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'une des extrémités de la genouillère (34) est articulée à ladite manivelle (31) et que l'extrémité opposée est articulée à un point fixe (36).
- Pince selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un vérin de commande (40) qui coopère avec la genouillère (34) pour provoquer sélectivement l'extension et la brisure de la genouillère.
- Pince selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le vérin (40) agit sur l'axe d'articulation (37) des deux leviers (33,35) de la genouillère (34).
- Pince selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la force exercée par le vérin (40) sur la genouillère (34), pour amener les mors (25,26) de la position ouvert à la position fermé, est, pendant le mouvement d'approche des mors du câble (11), quasi nulle, pour devenir maximale lorsque les mors viennent en appui du câble et pour décroítre par la suite et devenir nulle ou même inverse, lors du dépassement du point mort.
- Pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les deux leviers (33,35) de la genouillère (34) sont télescopiques et que chaque levier comporte un empilage de rondelles élastiques (38), qui sollicitent le levier en extension.
- Pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la tige rotative (29) porte une manivelle inférieure (30) articulée au mors mobile (26) pour transformer le mouvement de rotation de la tige (29) en un mouvement de coulissement du mors.
- Pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite branche horizontale (24) est conformée en mors fixe (25) et agencée en glissière et que le mors mobile (26) est conformé en coulisseau (28) guidé par ladite glissière.
- Pince selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une manivelle inférieure (30) dont l'une des extrémités est clavetée sur la tige rigide (29) et dont l'extrémité opposée est articulée sur un tourillon (32) porté par le coulisseau (28).
