Claims (12)

  1. Straßenleitplanke (1) mit veränderbarer Gestalt und Aufprallenergieverteilungsmitteln, wobei die Leitplanke eine Grundplatte (3) aufweist, die am Boden befestigt werden kann, wobei die Grundplatte einen schwenkbar mit der Grundplatte (3) verbundenen Pfosten (2) aufweist und an ihrer der Bodenoberfläche gegenüberliegenden Seite mit Mitteln zum Ankuppeln an ein Leitplankenelement (4) versehen ist, darüber hinaus an der der Leitplanke (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Pfostens eine Strebe (5) an dessen oberem Endteilstück am Pfosten (2) und an dessen unterem Endteilstück an der Grundplatte (3) schwenkbar angebracht ist, wobei der Pfosten (2) darüber hinaus zwischen seinem gegenüber der Strebe (5) schwenkbar angebrachten und seinem gegenüber der Grundplatte (3) schwenkbar angebrachten Bereich mit Mitteln zur Veränderung der nutzbaren Länge des Pfostens (2) versehen ist, um dem Pfosten eine teilweise Drehung im Verhältnis zur Grundplatte (3) in Richtung der Strebe (5) zu ermöglichen; wobei in der Nähe der die Pfostenlänge verändernden Mittel darüber hinaus Aufprallenergieverteilungsmittel vorgesehen sind, die der Längenveränderung des Pfostens (2) entgegenwirken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die die nutzbare Länge des Pfostens verändernden Mittel einen Gelenkbolzen (6) aufweisen, der den Pfosten (2) schwenkbar mit der Grundplatte (3) verbindet und durch einen durch die Grundplatte (3) hindurchgehenden Schlitz (7) mit länglicher Konfiguration hindurchgeht, der sich entlang einer Richtung mit einem vertikalen Bauteil erstreckt, wobei die Aufprallenergieverteilungsmittel an einem Bereich des Schlitzes (7), der nicht von dem Gelenkbolzen (6) belegt ist, wenn sich der Pfosten in unbelastetem Zustand befindet, Mittel (8) zur Verengung des Schlitzes auf eine Größe aufweisen, die geringer als der Durchmesser des Gelenkbolzens ist; wobei die Verengungsmittel (8) so angepaßt sind, daß sie plastisch verformbar sind, um es dem Gelenkbolzen (6) zu ermöglichen, in den Schlitz (7) zu gleiten, wenn der Pfosten (2) so beansprucht wird, daß er sich teilweise um den Gelenkbolzen (6) in Richtung der Strebe (5) dreht.
  2. Straßenleitplanke nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Verengungsmittel (8) eine an dem Schlitz auf der Grundplatte (3) angebrachte Verteilungs- bzw. Dissipationsplatte (8) umfassen.
  3. Straßenleitplanke nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Verteilungsplatte (8) auf ihrer dem Gelenkbolzen (6) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem abgeschrägten Einführungsbereich (9) versehen ist.
  4. Straßenleitplanke nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Verteilungsplatte (8) von ihrem dem Gelenkbolzen (6) gegenüberliegenden Ende ausgehend mit einem ersten Bereich (10) und einem zweiten Bereich (11) versehen ist, wobei der erste und zweite Bereich (10,11) unterschiedliche Dicken aufweisen.
  5. Straßenleitplanke nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der zweite Bereich (11) der Verteilungsplatte (8) eine Dicke aufweist, die größer ist als diejenige des ersten Bereiches (10).
  6. Straßenleitplanke nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die die nutzbare Länge des Pfostens verändernden Mittel einen Gelenkbolzen (26) umfassen, mit einem oberen Teil (22b) des Pfostens (22) verbunden, und in einer Längsrichtung gleitbar mit einem unteren Teil (22a) des schwenkbar mit der Grundplatte (23) verbundenen Pfostens (22) verbunden sind, wobei der Stift (26) durch einen durch den unteren Teil (22a) hindurch ausgebildeten Schlitz (27), der einen länglichen Schlitz entlang einer Richtung mit einem vertikalen Bauteil in einem Bereich aufweist, der nicht von dem Gelenkbolzen (26) belegt ist, wenn sich der Pfosten (22) in unbelastetem Zustand befindet, Mittel (28) zur Verengung des Schlitzes (27) auf eine Größe aufweist, die geringer als der Durchmesser des Stiftes (26) ist, wobei die Verengungsmittel (28) so angepaßt sind, daß sie federnd verformbar sind, um es dem Stift (26) zu ermöglichen, in den Schlitz (27) zu gleiten, wenn der Pfosten (22) so belastet wird, daß er sich teilweise um den Stift (26) in Richtung der Strebe (25) dreht.
  7. Straßenleitplanke nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Verengungsmittel (28) eine an dem Schlitz (27) auf dem unteren Teil (22a) des Pfostens (22) angebrachte Verteilungsplatte (28) umfassen.
  8. Straßenleitplanke nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Verteilungsplatte (28) auf ihrer dem Stift (26) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem abgeschrägten Einführungsbereich versehen, und mit dem oberen Teil (22a) des Pfostens (22) verbunden ist.
  9. Straßenleitplanke nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Verteilungsplatte (28) von ihrem dem Stift (26) gegenüberliegenden Ende ausgehend mit einem ersten Bereich und einem zweiten Bereich versehen ist, wobei der erste und zweite Bereich unterschiedliche Dicken aufweisen.
  10. Straßenleitplanke nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der zweite Bereich der Verteilungsplatte (28) eine Dicke aufweist, die größer ist als diejenige ihres ersten Bereiches.
  11. Straßenleitplanke nach einem beliebigen der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    sich die Geometrie der Straßenleitplanke (1) in Abhängigkeit von der Aufprallenergie verändert, wobei das in der Leitplanke vorhandene Aufprallenergieverteilungsmittel die Leitplanke dazu veranlaßt, sich in Abhängigkeit von dem Aufprall allmählich vertikal und horizontal zu verlagern, wobei das AufprallenergieVerteilungsmittel so angepaßt werden kann, daß es als Sicherheitsgrenzwertmittel fungiert.
  12. Straßenleitplanke nach einem beliebigen der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Leitplanke (1) so konzipiert ist, daß die auf das Bodenbefestigungsmittel der Leitplanke aufgebrachten Kräfte ein zuvor festgelegtes Muster annehmen.
