Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Einbruchssicherung von Türen eines Kastenförmigen geschlossenen Behälters, insbesondere von Container- bzw. LKW-Aufbautüren, wobei der Behälter vorzugsweise an seiner rückseitigen Stirnseite zwei Flügeltüren aufweist, die durch jeweils einen stangenförmigen, mittels an den Türen befestigten Führungslaschen in einem vorgegebenen Abstand zu den Türen geführten und in am Behälter angeordnete Befestigungselemente eingreifenden Riegel verschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Sicherung der Türen (1, 2) beide stangenförmigen Riegel (3, 4) im Bereich von zwei benachbarten Führungslaschen (5) jeweils von einem an den Türen (1, 2) befestigten Befestigungsblock (6 bzw. 7) umgriffen sind, und daß an beiden Befestigungsblöcken (6, 7) eine angenähert senkrecht zu den Riegeln (3, 4) angeordnete Sicherungsstange (9) mechanisch befestigt ist, die ordnungsgemäß nur nach dem Öffnen eines Verschließmechanismus (8) von den Befestigungsblöcken (6, 7) abnehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Befestigungsblock (6) eine Durchgangsöffnung aufweist, die nach der Montage des Befestigungsblockes (6) parallel zur Oberfläche der zugeordneten Tür (1) verläuft und in die die Sicherungsstange (9) derart einschiebbar ist, daß die Sicherungsstange (9) über die Seiten des Befestigungsblocks (6) übersteht, und daß der andere Befestigungsblock (7) eine nach seiner Montage parallel zur Oberfläche der zugeordneten Tür (2) angeordnete Sackbohrungen aufweist, in die ein Ende der Sicherungsstange (9) bis zum Anschlag einschiebbar und in eingeschobener Lage mittels eines in eine in der Sicherungsstange (9) befindliche Bohrung (10) eingreifenden Bolzens (11) eines Druckzylinders in diesem Befestigungsblock (7) arretiertbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsstange (9) im arretierten Zustand durch eine Nut-Feder-Anordnung gegen ein gewaltsames Verdrehen in den die Sicherungsstange (9) aufnehmenden Bohrungen gesichert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsblock (6, 7) eine u-förmige Platte (14) aufweist, die zwischen der zugeordneten Tür (1 bzw. 2) und dem zugeordneten Riegel (3 bzw. 4) angeordnet ist und die mit ihren Schenkeln (15) eine Führungslasche (5) des Riegels (3, 4) umfaßt, und daß der Befestigungsblock (6 bzw. 7) auf die u-förmige Platte (14) aufgesetzt und an dieser mittels Gewindeschrauben (12), die in in der u-förmigen Platte (14) angeordnete Gewindebohrungen eingreifen, derart befestigt ist, daß der Befestigungsblock (6, 7) gegen die Tür (1 bzw. 2) und die u-förmigen Riegel (3 bzw. 4) geklemmt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsblock (7) eine Montageplatte (16) mit mindestens einer zu ihrer Oberfläche senkrechten, in ihrem freien Ende mit jeweils einer Gewindebohrung (18) versehenen Hülse (17) aufweist, daß die Montageplatte (16) auf der Innenwand der zugeordneten Tür (2) derart befestigt ist, daß die Hülse (17) durch eine in der Tür (2) angeordnete Bohrung durchgreift, und daß der Befestigungsblock (7) mittels einer in einer Durchgangsbohrung des Befestigungsblockes (7) geführten und in die Gewindebohrung (18) der Hülse (17) eingreifenden Gewindeschraube (12) an der zugeordneten Tür (2) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Gewindeschrauben (12) aufnehmenden Durchgangsbohrungen (13) der Befestigungsblöcke (6, 7) derart angeordnet sind, daß nach eingeschobener und arretierter Sicherungsstange (9) die Gewindeschrauben (12) von außen unzugänglich sind.
