Claims (4)

  1. Device for the locking of a grate onto a frame or the like comprising at least two beams (8) onto which a grate (1) may be mounted in a removable manner and locked with the assistance of at least one piece forming a lock (9) slidably mounted onto the said grate and adapted to penetrate into one beam (8), characterized in that the piece forming a lock (9) is made from an elastically deformable natural or synthetic material and consists of a shoe (10) slidably mounted between two adjacent bars (3,4) of the grate (1) and comprising side grooves (12) with a profile corresponding to that of the bars (2,3,4,5,6) of the said grate which shoe prolongs itself with a hook-shaped portion (11) adapted to co-operate with a slot (13) forming a catch formed in the beam (8).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that each beam (8) comprises at least one stud (17) likely to co-operate with a notch (18) formed in the grate (1) for positioning and immobilizing the grate on the beams (8) in the horizontal plane.
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that each aforesaid beam (8) comprises a seating surface (14) for the grate (1), which surface is provided with the aforesaid stud (17) and is extended on one side by an upper edge flange (15) and on the other side by a lower edge flange (16) including the aforesaid slot (13).
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that each beam (8) comprises on its seating surface (14) two studs (17) equally spaced from the ends, respectively, of the beam, whereas the aforesaid slot (13) formed in the lower edge flange (16) of the beam (8) is offset with respect to either stud (17).
