Claims (8)
- Bobinoir pour tissus nettoyants de machines à imprimer qui, dans une unité de nettoyage (30), sont enroulés pour passer d'un rouleau de tissu propre (18) sur un rouleau de tissu sale (34) et qui, ce faisant, sur leur parcours entre les deux rouleaux, retirent la poussière de la surface périphérique (35) d'un corps rotatif (14), qui peut être un cylindre, un rouleau ou un tambour de la machine à imprimer concernée, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :1.1. un premier dispositif formant palier (8), servant au montage rotatif d'un rouleau de réserve (10) pour tissu nettoyant (12), dont la largeur correspond sensiblement à la largeur du corps rotatif (14) à nettoyer et dont la longueur est un multiple de la longueur d'un tissu nettoyant (20) enroulé sur un rouleau de tissu propre (18) ;1.2. un deuxième dispositif formant palier (22) servant au montage rotatif d'un rouleau de tissu propre (18) parallèlement et de façon espacée vis-à-vis du rouleau de réserve (10) ;1.3. un premier dispositif d'entraînement (24) pour faire tourner le rouleau de tissu propre (18), afin d'enrouler une certaine longueur de tissu nettoyant en le faisant passer du rouleau de réserve (10) sur le rouleau de tissu propre (18) ;1.4. des moyens (26) permettant de séparer la longueur de tissu nettoyant (20) enroulée sur le rouleau de tissu propre (18) de la réserve (12) de tissu enroulé restant sur le rouleau de réserve (10) ;
caractérisé en ce qu'1.5. est prévu un dispositif d'étalonnage (82) destiné à des unités de nettoyage (30), qui présentent respectivement un support (46) pour leur fixation sur des cadres latéraux (42) d'une machine à imprimer grâce à des moyens de fixation (40), au moins un élément d'appui (32) appuyant élastiquement le tissu nettoyant (20) contre le corps rotatif (14), et un organe de maintien (50), maintenant l'élément d'appui (32), qui est monté réglable (52, 58) par rapport au support (46), en ce que le dispositif d'étalonnage (82) comporte un premier point de référence (86) à la place du corps rotatif (14) et un deuxième point de référence, se présentant sous la forme de moyens de positionnement (40/2), à la place des moyens de fixation (40) des cadres latéraux (42) de la machine à imprimer, de telle sorte que, pour un nombre quelconque d'unités de nettoyage (30), la position de l'organe de maintien (50) d'élément d'appui par rapport au support (46) puisse être réglée de telle sorte que l'élément d'appui (32) de toutes les unités de nettoyage (30) appuie avec une même pression prédéterminée contre le premier point de référence (86). - Bobinoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les unités de nettoyage (30) comportent chacune au moins une chambre d'air comprimé (36) permettant d'appuyer l'élément d'appui (32), au moyen d'air comprimé, sur le corps rotatif (14) ou sur le premier point de référence (86), et en ce que, pour toutes les unités de nettoyage (30), l'organe de maintien (50) d'élément d'appui est réglé, par rapport au support (46), de telle sorte que, lorsque règne une certaine pression dans la chambre d'air comprimé (36), la même pression de l'élément d'appui (32) contre le premier point de référence (86) est produite pour toutes les unités de nettoyage (30).
- Bobinoir selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposé, sur lui, un raccord d'air comprimé (92), sur lequel la chambre d'air comprimé (36) de l'unité de nettoyage (30) et une source d'air comprimé (94) sont susceptibles d'être branchées.
- Bobinoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu, au premier point de référence (86), un dispositif de mesure (88, 90) servant à mesurer la pression exercée par l'élément d'appui (32) sur le premier point de référence.
- Bobinoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un dispositif de maintien (62) pour le maintien d'un rouleau de tissu sale (34), sur lequel est enroulé un tissu nettoyant (37) sale ; en ce que sont prévus des moyens de découpe (66, 67, 68) servant à découper le tissu nettoyant enroulé (37) sale le long du rouleau de tissu propre (34), pendant que celui-ci est maintenu par le dispositif de maintien (62) ; en ce qu'un dispositif récepteur (70) de tissu nettoyant est prévu sous le rouleau de tissu sale (34) maintenu, qui recueille les morceaux de tissu nettoyant enroulé sales qui se détachent du fait de leur découpe du rouleau de tissu sale (34).
- Bobinoir selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de découpe (62, 67, 68) présentent une lame de découpe (66) susceptible de se déplacer le long du rouleau de tissu sale (34) et des moyens d'entraînement à moteur (67, 68) permettant de déplacer la lame de découpe (66) le long du rouleau de tissu sale (34).
- Bobinoir selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (62) destiné au rouleau sale (34) est un troisième dispositif formant palier pour le montage rotatif d'un rouleau de tissu sale (34), en ce qu'un quatrième dispositif formant palier (76) pour le montage rotatif d'un rouleau collecteur (78) est prévu à distance et parallèlement au rouleau de tissu sale (34) du troisième dispositif formant palier (62), en ce qu'est prévu un deuxième dispositif d'entraînement (80) pour faire tourner le rouleau collecteur (78), afin d'enrouler le tissu nettoyant sali (64) du rouleau de tissu sale (34) sur le rouleau collecteur (78), le dispositif étant conçu de telle sorte qu'une pluralité de tissus nettoyants salis sont enroulés sur le rouleau collecteur (78).
- Procédé de montage d'unités de nettoyage (30) de machines à imprimer pour le nettoyage de corps rotatifs (14) dans des machines à imprimer, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines des unités de nettoyage (30), avant d'être montées dans la machine à imprimer, sont étalonnées, à l'extérieur de celle-ci, dans un dispositif d'étalonnage (82) de telle sorte qu'elles produisent toutes une même pression d'appui sur les corps rotatifs (14), lorsqu'une pression d'air de même valeur est exercée sur les éléments d'appui (32) des unités de nettoyage (30), au moyen d'air comprimé.
