Description
Claims (2)
- Zylinderkopfanordnung eines Dieselmotors mit einer Haltevorrichtung für ein Kraftstoffeinspritzventil, bei der für jeden Zylinder des Dieselmotors ein Düsenhalter (10) von oben her jeweils in eine im Zylinderkopf (1) befindlichen Kammer (9) eingesetzt, in dieser durch zylindrische Flächen zentriert und durch Spannmittel mit einem Dichtbund auf eine Dichtfläche (12) der Kammer (9) gepreßt ist und bei der eine von einer Kraftstoffpumpe kommende Kraftstoffzufuhrleitung (53) seitlich am Zylinderkopf (1) an den Düsenhalter (10) geführt ist, wobei sich der Düsenhalter (10) axial bis zu einem unterhalb einer Nockenwelle (6) quer zur Mittelachse des Düsenhalters (10) angeordneten Spannbügel (29) erstreckt, an seiner oberen Stirnseite (15) einen Dichtkonus aufweist, von dessen Zentrum aus ein Druckkanal (17) zu einer Einspritzdüse (11) führt und von dessen Randbereich eine Leckölbohrung (20) zu einem Leckölbereich führt, der Spannbügel (29) sich mit einem zwischen seinen Enden angeordneten Kugelstutzen (30) auf dem Dichtkonus des Düsenhalters (10), mit einem seiner Endbereiche in einer seitlich am Zylinderkopf (1) befindlichen Aufnahmeöffnung (28) und mit seinem anderen Endbereich über eine Spannschraube (31) am Zylinderkopf (1) abstützt, vom Zentrum des Kugelstutzens (30) ein Druckkanal (33) und vom Randbereich (21) des Kugelstutzens (30) eine Leckölbohrung (40) in den Bereich einer Stirnseite des Spannbügels (29) führen, der Randbereich zwischen Dicht konus des Düsenhalters (10) und Kugelstutzens (30) des Spannbügels (29) nach außen hin durch eine elastische Dichtung begrenzt ist und im Bereich der Stirnseite des Spannbügels (29) der Druckkanal (33) mit einer Einspritzleitung und die Leckölbohrung mit einer Sammelleitung verbunden sind sowie einer Halterung für eine auf ein so gehaltertes Kraftstoffeinspritzventil wirkende Einzeleinspritzpumpe (47), die in Höhe der Nockenwelle (6) und mit ihrer Mittenachse im wesentlichen parallel zu dem Spannbügel (29) verlaufend jeweils seitlich am Zylinderkopf (1) angeordnet und befestigt ist, deren Pumpenkolben (49) jeweils von einem Nocken der Nockenwelle (6) beaufschlagt und deren Druckraum (51) über einen Kanal (52) direkt mit dem Druckkanal (17) im Spannbügel (29) verbunden ist.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse der Einzeleinspritzpumpe (47) und der Spannbügel (29) einen gemeinsamen Flansch (46) bilden, welcher seitlich am Zylinderkopf (1) befestigt ist, wobei der Spannbügel (29) gegenüber dem Flansch (46) und der an ihm befindlichen Einzeleinspritzpumpe (47) unter der Kraft der Spannschraube (31) biegeelastisch auf den Düsenhalter (10) hin verformbar ist.
