Claims (9)

  1. Cage de laminoir, en particulier cage de laminoir à plusieurs rouleaux, comprenant des tôles de protection (15, 21), lesquelles sont disposées de manière jumelée et opposée, au-dessus et au-dessous de la bande (B) traitée dans la cage de laminoir dans une région d'entrée (E) et de sortie (A) de la cage de laminoir et s'étendent respectivement approximativement jusqu'aux rouleaux de travail (1, 8) supportés par les cylindres et/ou rouleaux (2-6a, 9-13a) de support de la cage de laminoir dans celle-ci, dans lequel les tôles de protection inférieures (21) sont reliées respectivement avec la partie inférieure (14) de la cage de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un arbre (22) disposé parallèlement aux rouleaux de travail (1, 8), caractérisée en ce que les tôles de protection supérieures (15) sont reliées respectivement avec la partie supérieure (7) de la cage réglable en hauteur de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un arbre (16) également parallèle aux rouleaux de travail (1, 8) et présentent respectivement des moyens (19) de support à leurs extrémités associées aux rouleaux de travail (1, 8), qui entraînent le rouleau de travail supérieur (1) dans le cas où les tôles de protection supérieures (15) sont pivotées en direction de la partie supérieure (7) de la cage.
  2. Cage de laminoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les tôles de protection (15, 21) sont partagées respectivement en une partie intérieure associée aux rouleaux de travail (1, 8) et en une partie extérieure (15', 15'', 21', 21''), la partie intérieure (15'', 21'') et la partie extérieure (15', 21') étant respectivement reliée de manière à pouvoir pivoter et reliée de manière fixe avec la partie supérieure ou inférieure respective de la cage (7, 14).
  3. Cage de laminoir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les tôles de protection (15, 21) sont réalisées comme des tôles de refroidissement présentant des canaux (17) et des buses de sortie (18) pour un milieu de refroidissement à amener sur la bande (B).
  4. Cage de laminoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les tôles de protection (15, 21) présentent respectivement sur leurs côtés associés aux cylindres ou rouleaux de support (2-6, 9-13) dans la région des rouleaux ou cylindres qui leur sont directement voisins (3, 3a, 5, 5a, 11, 11a, 12, 12a) des parties de rembourrage (20).
  5. Cage de laminoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les parties de rembourrage (20) sont réalisées comme des garnitures en bronze.
  6. Cage de laminoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (19) de support pour le rouleau de travail supérieur (1) sont réalisés comine des pièces en bronze.
