Description
Claims (6)
- Rührwerksbehälter zum Trocknen und ggf. Granulieren von schüttfähigen Produkten, insbesondere für pharmazeutische Produkte, mit die Behälterbodenwand (1) durchquerenden Gaseinlaßöflnungen (2), in die je eine Gasführungspatrone (3) einsetzbar ist, die an der dem Behälterinnenraum zugewandten Seite und gegenüber ihrem Innenraum (5) durch ein Siebgewebe (4) abgeschlossen ist, wobei in die Isoliermantelkonstruktion des Behälters Rohrstutzen (6) eingesetzt sind, die an ihrer zum Behälterinnenraum hin gerichteten Seite die Gaseinlaßöffnung definieren und die über die Behälteraußenseite nach außen vorstehen und zur Aufnahme der Gasführungspatronen (3) dienen, und wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem Inneren der Gaszuführungsleitung (7) und dem Inneren der Gasführungspatrone (3) über in dem Mantel der Gasführungspatrone (3) vorgesehene Gasöffnungen (12) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Siebgewebe (4) aus Edelstahl besteht und eine Siebweite von etwa 10 µm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu jedem Rohrstutzen (6) eine Gaszuführungsleitung (7) führt, die in den Innenraum des Rohrstutzens (6) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Gasführungspatrone (3) aus einem Zylinderkörper besteht, der an seinem einen Ende durch das Siebgewebe (4) abgeschlossen ist, wobei sich dieses Ende der Gasführungspatrone abdichtend im Bereich der Gaseinlaßöffnung (2) an der Innenseite des Rohrstutzens (6) abstützt und das andere Ende der Gasführungspatrone (3) sich mittels eines Ringkragens (8) abdichtend abstützt und hier festlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtung der Gasführungspatrone (3) innerhalb des Rohrstutzens (6) über Ringdichtungen (9 und 10) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Festlegung der Gasführungspatrone (3) innerhalb des Rohrstutzens (6) durch einen Schnellverschluß (Spannring 11) erfolgt.
