Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de coupure électrique de sécurité entouré par un boîtier (1), avec un poussoir (3) actionnable au moyen d'une clé (2) introduite dans le boîtier (1), monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser axialement suivant son axe longitudinal, lequel poussoir est en liaison active avec un interrupteur électrique (4), coupant un moteur de machine, de manière que, suivant la position du poussoir (3), l'interrupteur (4) est fermé ou ouvert, et avec un dispositif de blocage (6) actionnable électromagnétiquement, la clé (2) ne pouvant être extraite du boîtier (1) qu'après excitation de ce dispositif de blocage (6), du fait que le dispositif de blocage (6) bloque une roue de commande (5, 19) et le poussoir (3) articulé sur celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que la roue de commande (5, 19) est déplaçable par le poussoir (3) et peut être immobilisée au moyen d'un levier de blocage (8), relié au dispositif de blocage (6), et en ce que l'interrupteur (4) peut être actionné par la roue de commande (5, 19), le levier de blocage (8) et l'interrupteur (4) étant en liaison directe avec la roue de commande (5, 19).
  2. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la roue de commande est conformée en disque à came (5) ou en arbre à came (19).
  3. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité du levier de blocage (8), opposée au dispositif de blocage (6), il est prévu un interrupteur de surveillance (7) relié électriquement avec un contacteur côté machine, le levier de blocage étant monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur un axe de pivotement (11), fixé entre l'interrupteur de surveillance (7) et le dispositif de blocage (6).
  4. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier de blocage (8) présente un crochet (9), qui passe derrière un ergot (10) de la roue de commande en position de blocage.
  5. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir est pourvu, à son extrémité tournée à l'opposé de la clé (2), d'un tenon (14) qui est guidé dans un trou oblong (15) du disque à came (5).
  6. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commutation (13) de l'interrupteur (4) se trouve à l'intérieur d'un évidement (12) du type d'une courbe du disque à came (5).
  7. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur (4) et/ou l'interrupteur de surveillance (7) et/ou le dispositif de blocage (6) sont disposés transversalement à l'axe longitudinal du poussoir (3).
  8. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage (6) est raccordé dans la région, voisine du crochet (9), du levier de blocage (8).
  9. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage est raccordé dans la partie d'extrémité du levier de blocage (8), tournée à l'opposé du crochet (9).
  10. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur (4) est relié à la roue de commande par une manivelle (20).
  11. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur de surveillance (7) et l'interrupteur (4) sont placés en relation superposée.
  12. Dispositif de coupure de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un axe à ressort (21) par lequel le levier de blocage (8) peut être pressé sur la roue de commande.
