B. von einer Rolle eingelegt werden kann und beim Verdrehen der Nockenwelle in entgegengesetzter Richtung erst die Klemmschiene von den Federhebeleinheiten geschlossen und danach die Spannschiene von den Federelementen in Spannstellung verschoben wird. Bei dieser Lösung ist das Betätigen lediglich einer Nockenwelle erforderlich, wobei diese manuell oder von Stellmitteln betätigt werden kann. Weiterhin ist sowohl das Klemmen als auch das Spannen der biegsamen Druckplatte während des Betriebs der Maschine durch Federelemente gewährleistet, so daß eine konstante Klemm- und Spannkraft wirkt ohne daß hierfür Kräfte von außerhalb zugeführt werden müssen. Wird nun die Nockenwelle 9 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn verdreht, so wird über die Nockenrolle 13 zunächst die Spannschiene 6 mit der Klemmschiene 7 nach links bewegt und somit die Druckplatte entspannt. Danach wird über das zweite Nockenpaar 11 und die Zapfen 17 die Klemmschiene 7 geöffnet, wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist. Hierbei befindet sich die Spannschiene 6 in ihrer linken Ausgangsposition. Wird nun eine neue Druckplatte 5 auf dem Plattenzylinder 2 aufgelegt, so wird diese zunächst von der Klemmeinrichtung 3 an ihrem vorderen Ende eingespannt und durch Drehen des Plattenzylinders 2 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn durch feststehend an den Seitengestellen gelagerte Rollen 23 auf die Mantelfläche des Plattenzylinders 2 aufgedrückt. Hat der Plattenzylinder nach etwa einer Umdrehung die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Position erreicht, so drücken die Rollen 23 das nachlaufende Plattenende 24 in die wiedergegebenen Stellung, so daß die weit öffnende Klemmschiene 7 geschlossen werden kann und das Plattenende 24 einspannt, wie dies in Fig. 1 gezeigt ist.
