Definitions
- the invention relates to a building board according to the preamble of claim 1 and a Method for producing a building board according to the preamble of claim 6.
- a generic building board is from the German patent application DE-A-25 20 199 known. This building board comprises two essentially rectangular superimposed Elements, where one element has a smaller footprint than the other element such that the larger element has all four edges over the smaller element survives.
- a component which has a tongue and groove design connected to an adjacent component along the longitudinal sides becomes.
- the component is covered with a surface layer of cardboard or fabric, which protrudes over the side edge so that the between two components formed resulting joint is essentially covered.
- the object of the invention is to provide a building board and a method for simple manufacture a building board and an easy-to-use building board to indicate the Particularly suitable for impact sound and / or thermal insulation.
- the building board according to the invention can either be laid so that several building boards to be laid over the entire surface laterally adjacent to each other or that each second building board with an upper base down and vice versa becomes. With the same orientation of the building boards next to each other, they point to the same Recesses or recesses at a height in which a nail bar can be placed Can be found. In the building board according to the invention there are two opposite side edges with level fold aligned at the same height and the other two opposite Side edges with step folds oriented opposite to each other Mistake.
- the building boards according to the invention with the same format and the same connecting fold can be used in a wide variety of areas. Because of the uniformity of all building boards is the logistic effort, freight effort, storage effort and capacity, Maintenance costs, construction site area, consulting effort and processing effort greatly reduced compared to conventional building boards.
- the connection with step fold is also for DIY enthusiasts, who only have simple tools at their disposal stands to be handled well.
- the building boards with connecting fold are in their Edge stability clearly superior to that with tongue and groove system.
- the building board has an overall length of 1.2 m and a total width of 0.8 m. With this matched to Euro pallets Dimensions of the building board is very easy to transport and through the Euro pallet also provides good edge protection for the stacked building boards given. Such a format is also very easy to use.
- the Building board elements glued to a building board. This is both a safe one as well inexpensive connection technology.
- FIG. 1 shows a substantially rectangular building board 1, which consists of two superimposed building board elements 2.3 composed.
- the two building board elements 2,3 are offset from one another to form a building board 1 connected that on all four side edges of the building board 1 a step fold is created. Due to the cuboid shape of the two building board elements 2, 3 is the step fold - like from 2 and 3 emerges -, with a protruding cheek 4,6 and a right-angled groove 5.7.
- the lower, first building board element 2 has a larger base area than the upper, second building board element 3.
- the lengths of the building board elements 2, 3 are the same and the width of the building board element 2 is greater than that of the building board element 3.
- the building board 1 preferably has an overall length L G of approximately 1.2 m and an overall width B G of approximately 0.8 m. Both building board elements 2, 3 are of equal thickness (about 2.5 cm), so that the overall thickness of building board 1 is 5 cm.
- the length of each building board element 2.3 is about 1.16 m and the width of the wider building board element 2 is about 0.8 m and that of the narrower building board element 3 is about 0.72 m.
- the building board elements 2, 3 are connected to one another in such a way that the wider building board element 2 forms a cheek that protrudes by about 4 cm on three side edges, and the upper building board element 3 - as can be seen above all from FIG. 3 - a projecting cheek on one side edge ( in Fig. 1 above) also of about 4 cm.
- Fig. 4 shows several placed side by side in the same direction Building boards 1, the side cheeks of which meet at the same height, so that the arranged at the same height rectangular grooves together create a groove in a nail bar 8 is added.
- the building boards 1 can, for example, for impact sound insulation be advantageous, as is usually the case under wooden floorboards, Soil or the like is applied.
- the easy inserted nail bar 8 is a full-surface insulation effect taking advantage of the insulation possibility at the total height reached. It is also possible to use the planks to fix.
- every other building board 1 is arranged upside down. Thereby grip the respective cheek along the long side edges the building board 1 in the respective groove of the neighboring Building board 1 a. This creates a continuous surface without through joint.
- Fig. 6 shows an enlarged view of the interlocking Connection folds of two building boards 1 as they for example when laying according to FIG. 5 along the Longitudinal edges or along the latitude side edges of the Building boards 1 is present.
- the Nail bar 8 in its cross-sectional dimensions somewhat smaller than the groove formed between the two building boards 1 too dimension so that manufacturing inaccuracies e.g. at slight curvature of the nail bar 8 or subsequent one-sided Shrinkage of the nail bar 8 can be compensated.
- the base size and the plate thickness can also be different as proposed here, depending on the requirements and the purpose of the building board.
- This manufacturing process of building boards and the joint fold can also be used for gypsum fibreboards become.
- the step fold along two opposite Alternatively, side edges can be blunted be carried out.
- the building board element 3 can also do so be dimensioned such that it is shortened in length in such a way that the previous, upper cheek 6 by a lower cheek 4 (in Fig.
- the upper building board element 3 on both sides the building board element 2 be designed so that the cheek 4 shown in Fig. 3 of the lower building board element 2 is replaced by an upper cheek 6.
