Abstract

Claims (8)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de construction (1) creux en bois ou en matériaux de remplacement du bois, qui consiste à évider sur l'une de leurs faces deux panneaux partiels (3,4) pleins de départ de manière à créer des mortaises (5) en forme de goulotte entre des moulures qui subsistent, à encoller ensuite les surfaces frontales des moulures (6) des panneaux partiels (3,4) et à presser ces derniers l'un contre l'autre par leurs moulures (6) dirigées en sens opposé, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à tailler en biseau jusqu'au bord au moins un panneau partiel (3,4) le long de l'un au moins de ses bords de manière à créer des moulures (6) de hauteurs différentes, puis à déformer en flexion la partie des panneaux partiels affaiblie par le biseau pour l'amener contre les moulures (6) du panneau partiel (3,4) opposé et ensuite à encoller les panneaux partiels (3,4) et à les presser l'un contre l'autre pour former un panneau de construction (1) creux d'épaisseur variable.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, dans le cas d'une déformation en flexion s'effectuant transversalement à l'axe longitudinal des moulures (6), à encocher (13) ou à interrompre d'une autre manière le long de la courbe flexion, les moulures (6) des panneaux partiels (3,4) à la transition entre la partie obiseautée et la partie de la moulure qui reste non déformée.
3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à tailler en biseau les panneaux partiels ( 3, 4 ) le long de tout le pourtour du panneau ou d'une partie de celui-ci.
4. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à mortaiser au moins une paire de goulottes (5) opposées dans le panneau de construction creux, et à insérer dans cette paire de goulottes (5) un profilé (15 à 19) de section transversale adaptée et à le relier aux panneaux partiels (3,4).
5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser le profilé (15 à 19) inséré comme ferrure pour une liaison par enfichage de panneaux de construction (1) creux voisins.
6. Procédé suivant la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à munir le profilé (15 à 19) inséré de taraudages ou de moyens de fixation ou analogues.
7. Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser le profilé (15 à 19) inséré comme armature.
8. Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à constituer le profilé (15 à 19) inséré en métal, notamment en métal léger, ou en un bois dur constitué de manière stratifiée (par exemple en Delignite (marque de fabrique)).
