Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bolt lock for door, window or the like.
  • Sash with a bolt guide part to be fastened to the sash of a bolt that is longitudinally displaceable by undercuts, with a bolt receiving part fastened to the fixed frame, on which the bolt moved in the bolt position prevents pivoting opening movements of the sash, and with a locking cylinder, which locks the bolt in the bolt position allowed.
  • a bolt lock with the aforementioned features is generally known.
  • the bolt consists of a parallelepiped-shaped part which is longitudinally displaceably guided in a bolt guide part designed as a C-profile and has a round bolt which is locked into a bore in the bolt-receiving part.
  • This well-known bolt lock is comparatively multi-part and not very compact.
  • the coupling between the bolt guide part and the bolt receiving part which is effected by the round bolt of the bolt and which is cross-shaped against pivoting opening of the leaf is mechanically safe, but does not give a corresponding impression at first glance.
  • the well-known bolt lock offers many dirt corners and its appearance seems to be in need of improvement.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of improving a bolt lock with the features mentioned at the outset in such a way that it is compact without neglecting the security aspect and has an attractive appearance.
  • the bolt is essentially designed as a plate which completely covers the bolt guide part in the open position of the bolt, and which completely covers the bolt guide part and the bolt receiving part in the bolt position of the bolt.
  • the bolt designed as a plate With the aid of the bolt designed as a plate, it is possible to completely cover the bolt guide part and the bolt receiving part in the locking position of the bolt, the bolt being arranged from the viewing direction above the two parts mentioned and partially covering them.
  • the bolt makes access to all other components of the lock more difficult and improves security.
  • the security of this bolt lock is increased in that all fastening points can be covered if the bolt completely covers the bolt guide part and the bolt receiving part.
  • the visual impression of the bolt and thus of the lock can be designed to the desired extent, even in the case of partial coverage.
  • the bolt designed as a plate also completely covers the bolt guide part in its open position, so that even then there is minimal impairment of the overall impression of the bolt lock.
  • the bolt lock can be designed to be mechanically stable. This applies in particular if the bolt receiving part and the bolt guide part each have a centrally arranged dovetail-shaped guide projection which can be covered from the outside by the bolt.
  • the bolt can only perform limited longitudinal movements on the bolt guide part and the bolt receiving part.
  • the bolt and the bolt guide part have mutually facing engagement means which limit the longitudinal movement of the bolt to the area delimited by the open and the bolt positions.
  • the arrangement of the engagement means in those areas of the bolt and the bolt guide part that face each other allows a simple construction, e.g. by simple pin engagement, since the bolt and the bolt guide part hold together positively in the slot direction.
  • the bolt lock can be developed so that the bolt is resiliently supported on the bolt guide part. This ensures the position of the bolt in the open position and it is not necessary to move the bolt into this open position after unlocking by moving by hand, since this movement is brought about by spring force.
  • the spring force excludes misalignment of the bolt.
  • the bolt lock In the sense of a high level of security imparted by the bolt lock, it is advantageous to design the bolt lock so that the bolt guide part and the bolt receiving part have fastening holes which are at least partially covered by the bolt in the bolt position. Fixing screws screwed into the frame through the fixing holes are then not operable, so that unscrewing the bolt lock is not possible.
  • the bolt is provided with through-holes which are to be aligned with the fastening holes when the bolt lock is installed. This enables the bolt to be assembled in the factory with the bolt guide part and also permits simplified assembly in that the bolt receiving part is assembled with the bolt via the undercut and then fastened, so that special alignment of the bolt receiving part with the bolt guide part or with the bolt is not required.
  • the bolt lock can be developed in such a way that a limitedly relatively movable bolt holding part is fastened to the bolt receiving part, and that the bolt engages in a transversely locking manner in a gap opening position between the open and bolt positions.
  • the wing can be opened in gaps, e.g. to ventilate without jeopardizing the security to be conveyed. It is only necessary to ensure that the fastening of the bolt holding part on the bolt receiving part is sufficiently stable.
  • the aforementioned bolt lock can be further developed in that the relatively movable bolt holding part can be tilted about an axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of movement of the bolt. It is particularly suitable as a tilt bearing lock if it is attached so that the axis of the relatively movable bolt holding part is aligned with the tilt axis of the wing.
  • the bolt lock can be designed in such a way that the locking cylinder is arranged in the area of the bolt end facing away from the bolt holding part in the middle perpendicular to it and pressed in cooperates with at least one bore in the bolt guide part, which has a recess in a guide projection which allows the movements of the locking cylinder when the bolt is moved.
  • the bolt lock or its lock cylinder is easy to use. Its central arrangement in the bolt at one end makes it easier to make the lock solid, so that it is unproblematic to achieve the required stability values.
  • the bolt lock shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 essentially consists of a bolt guide part 11, which guides a bolt 12 in a longitudinally displaceable manner, and a bolt receiving part 13.
  • the latter has a base plate 30, shown in FIG Frame is attached. It bears against the contact surface 30 'and is screwed down with fastening screws, not shown, which are screwed in through fastening holes 21.
  • the plate 30 carries a guide projection 18, which is profiled in a dovetail shape according to FIG.
  • a fastening bore 31 for a fastening screw is shown, which can be screwed into a fixed frame in the longitudinal direction of the guide projection 18 and transversely to the fastening screws screwed through the fastening holes 21, in order to improve the fixing of the bolt receiving part 13.
  • the bolt guide part 11 is profiled like the bolt receiving part 13. It therefore has a dovetail-shaped guide projection 17, on which the bolt 12 is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable.
  • the guide projection 17 there is a recess 29 which merges into a bore 32 which receives one end of a compression spring 33, the other end of which is supported on a centering projection 34 of the bolt 12.
  • the bolt 12 is resiliently supported on the bolt guide part 11 and pressed into the open position 16 shown by spring force.
  • the longitudinal displaceability of the bolt 12 is ensured by the profiling shown in FIG. 3, in which the dovetail-shaped guide projection 17 is encompassed by the legs 12 ', 12 ", which together form a dovetail-shaped guide groove for the bolt 12 with the plate 12 '''.
  • the base plate 35 of the guide part 11 is screwed flat lying on a wing, not shown, the fastening screws, not shown, being screwed through fastening holes 21.
  • the bolt 12 is provided at its bolt end 26 with a locking cylinder 15 which is displaceable in an oval cylinder housing 36.
  • the locking cylinder 15 is arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of movement of the bolt 12 and perpendicular to the base plate 35 of the bolt guide part 11. Its inner end or near the base plate can engage in the locking position 14 in a bore 27 of the base plate 35 and thus prevent a displacement of the bolt 12 in its longitudinal direction of movement.
  • the bolt 12 with its area including the locking cylinder 15 can be moved without hindrance by the guide projection 17, the latter has the recess 29 which is adapted to the shape 36 of the bolt 12 in its area adjacent to the guide projection 17.
  • the bolt 12 can only be moved longitudinally to a limited extent with respect to the bolt guide part 11, mutually facing engagement means 19, 20 are present which define the open position 16 and the bolt position 14 of the bolt 12 and at the same time limit its mobility accordingly.
  • the bottom plate 35 of the bolt guide part 11 can have a slot as the engagement means 20, while the leg 12 ′′ of the bolt 12 as the engagement means 19 has a pin which in each case strikes the slot ends.
  • the bolt 12 can be designed so that it has through bores 23 in order to be able to screw the fastening screws through the fastening holes 21 when the bolt 12 is assembled with the bolt guide part 11.
  • the through bores 23 can also be aligned with the fastening holes 21 of the bolt receiving part 13. It is then possible to assemble the bolt receiving part 13 in such a way that the bolt 12 is moved into its gel position 14 so that the bolt receiving part 13 with its guide projection 18 can be inserted into the bolt 12. The fastening point of the bolt receiving part 13 can then be marked through the through bore 23 of the bolt 12 in the bolt position 14 or the fastening is carried out immediately. A very simple and precise assembly is therefore possible.
  • the bolt lock 10 shown in FIGS. 7 to 12 is essentially constructed like the bolt lock 10 of FIGS. 1 to 6. The same parts are therefore provided with the same reference numerals and reference is hereby made to the associated description.
  • the configuration of the bolt receiving part 13, which is provided with a relatively movable bolt holding part 22, is essentially different.
  • the bolt receiving part 13 is provided with a dovetail-shaped guide projection 18 which, however, only extends in the longitudinal direction of movement of the bolt 12 over approximately half the length of the base plate 30.
  • an identically profiled guide projection 18 ' is the relatively movable one Bolt holding part 22 is arranged, which engages with an axis 25 in a tiltable manner on the bolt receiving part 13.
  • the bolt lock 10 of Figures 7 to 12 is advantageously used so that the axis 25 is aligned with the tilt axis of a wing. It is then possible to tilt the wing, e.g. to secure a window sash, i.e. to move the window sash into the tilt-open position. Nevertheless, the sash is secured against unauthorized opening when the fitting's olive is accessed.
  • the bolt 12 of the bolt lock 10 of FIGS. 7 to 12 also has through holes 23 which can be used for mounting the bolt guide part 11, as can be seen in FIG. 7, where these through holes 23 cover the fastening holes 21 of the bolt guide part 11 in alignment.
  • the assembly of the bolt receiving part 13 can also be simplified using the bolt 12, the fastening screw for the upper fastening hole 21 either being screwed through the through hole 23 if the engaging elements 19, 20 permit this in deviation from the illustrated embodiment, or by the Bolt 12 only moves into its gap opening position and only the bolt holding part 22 is plugged together with the bolt 12. After fixing the bolt receiving part 13 With the upper fastening hole 21, the fastening screw can be screwed into the lower fastening hole 21 of the bolt receiving part 13 by moving the bolt 12 into its open position 16 and the bolt part 22 being folded down.
