Die Erfindung betrifft einen Lamellenring sowie eine aus einzelnen Lamellenringen zusammengesetzte Einrichtung zur Führung bahnförmiger Materialien, beispielsweise Papier-, Textil- oder Folienbahnen und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.The invention relates to a lamellar ring and a device composed of individual lamellar rings for guiding web-shaped materials, for example paper, textile or film webs, and a method for their production.
Derartige Einrichtungen, auch Breitstreckwalzen genannt, gibt es in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen. Bekannt sind die sogenannten "Bananenwalzen", die bananenartig gewölbt ausgebildet sind, wobei die Walzen in einzelne verformbare Abschnitte unterteilt sind, damit sich die Walze, wenn ein bahnförmiger Stoff über sie geführt wird, unter Ausbildung eines im wesentlichen zylinderabschnittförmigen Oberflächenabschnittes verformen kann. Diese Art der Walzen ist aber sehr wartungsintensiv. Weitere Formen sind Walzen mit einem verformbaren Breitstreckbelag, der üblicherweise mit schräg zur Achse angeordneten Nuten versehen ist, so daß der Belag in einzelne Segmente unterteilt ist, welche bei Druckbeaufschlagung links und rechts zu den Walzenenden hin kippen. Durch das Kippen der Segmente werden ihre Oberflächen ,die im unbelasteten Zustand parallel zur Walzenachse stehen, geneigt, wodurch die Parallelität verloren geht und die Walze eine gewellte Oberfläche bekommt. Durch die Haftkräfte wird auch eine über eine derartige Walze laufende Bahn zu den beiden Enden hin gestreckt. Nachteilig ist hier jedoch die ungleichmäßige Oberfläche, da insbesondere bei sehr dünnen oder empfindlichen Bahnen z.B. Folien oder Seide, durch die Nuten bedingte Abdrücke oder Falten entstehen können, wodurch das Endprodukt praktisch wertlos und somit Ausschuß wird. Auch im Farbbereich von Textilmaschinen haben diese Walzen Nachteile, da die Farbe in die Nuten eindringt und bei einem Farbwechsel die Textilien mit der zuvor verwendeten Farbe streifenförmig zeichnen würde. Es ist bekannt, daß Walzen solcher Art bei mechanischer Beschädigung einzelner Segmente komplett abgedreht und neu aufgebaut werden müssen, was für den Endverbraucher sehr aufwendig und kostenintensiv ist.Such devices, also called spreader rolls, are available in different versions. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der Belag der einzelnen Lamellenringe unterschiedliche Shore-Härten auf, wobei von der Mitte ausgehend zu den Walzenenden hin die Shore-Härte abnehmen kann. An einem am Rohr angebrachten Saugstutzen wird nun Vakuums angeschlossen und die Luft zwischen Schlauch und Rohrwand entzogen, wobei sich der Schlauch im Durchmesser dehnt und an die Rohrinnenseite angepreßt wird. In diesen, im Durchmesser erweiterten Schlauch wird nun eine mit Lamellenringen versehene Walze eingeführt und positioniert. Nach Abschalten des Vakuums zieht sich der Schlauch wieder zu seinem ursprünglichen Durchmesser zusammen, wobei die Innenprofilierung in die dafür vorgesehenen Zwischenräume am Umfang der Lamellenringe einrastet. Durch dieses Verfahren wird eine Beschädigung der Lamellenringe oder des Schlauches ausgeschlossen. This method prevents damage to the lamellar rings or the hose. After the roller has been removed from the tube, the protruding hose ends are cut to size on the end faces of the roller.

Fig. 1 zeigt die Walze der Erfindung in einem Schnitt dargestellt. Sie besteht aus einem Walzenkern (1), der üblicherweise aus Metall, insbesondere aus Stahl gefertigt ist. Darauf befinden sich die Lamellenringe (2), die von der Mitte ausgehend nach links und rechts verlaufend, gegensinnig aneinandergereiht angeordnet sind. Am äußeren Umfang sind die Lamellenringe (2) so ausgebildet, daß sich an den Berührungsflächen zwischen den einzelnen Ringen ein in der Grundform dreieckiger Zwischenraum (9) entsteht (siehe Detail Z). Diese Zwischenräume (9) verlaufen radial zur Achse der Lamellenringe (2). Über den Lamellenringen (2) ist der flexible Schlauch (3) mit innenliegender Profilierung aufgezogen. Die innenliegenden Vorsprünge (10) rasten dabei in die Zwischenräume (9) ein. Der Vorsprung (11) liegt in der Mittelebene der Walze und fixiert den Schlauch (3) in seiner Position. Der Schnitt A-A zeigt den Aufbau der Walze im Querschnitt.Fig. 1 shows the roller of the invention shown in a section. Die Breitstreckfunktion der Walze ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt. Die Warenbahn (5) wirkt durch Umschlingung und Zugspannung einen Flächendruck (4) auf die durch den flexiblen Belag (3) gebildete Oberfläche der Walze aus, wodurch sich die Lamellenringe (2), von der Mittelebene aus gehend gegensinnig, axial nach außen biegen. Diese von der Mitte ausgehende und nach rechts und links in Richtung der Pfeile (12) verlaufende Auslenkung der Lamellenringe (2) wird auf dem mit innenliegender Profilgebung ausgeführten Schlauch (3) übertragen. Über den Kraftschluß der Warenbahn (5) und der Oberfläche des Schlauches (3) wird die Warenbahn in axialer Richtung gestreckt. So werden vorhandene Falten entfernt bzw. eine Faltenbildung vermieden. Durch die Drehbewegung (13) der Walze (1) richten sich die Lamellen der Lamellenringe (2) nach Verlassen der Berührungsfläche (7) wieder auf und die Walzenoberfläche schrumpft in diesem Bereich wieder auf ihre Fertigungslänge. Dieser Vorgang wiederholt sich kontinuierlich, solange die Walze durch die Warenbahn angetrieben wird. Um die Lamellenringe (2) auf dem Walzenkern (1) zu fixieren werden an den Walzenenden entsprechende Ringe aufgeschrumpft bzw. aufgeklebt. Dadurch kann als Grundkörper ein Walzenkern mit glatter Oberfläche verwendet werden.The spreading function of the roller is shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 3 und 4 stellen die schematische Darstellung des Doppelsystems und dessen Funktion dar. Es werden hierfür zwei Walzen des oben beschriebenen Systems je nach Bahnführung übereinander oder nebeneinander angeordnet, wobei eine der beiden Walzen mechanisch abgehoben bzw. angepreßt werden kann. Durch den beim Zusammenfahren entstehenden Liniendruck werden die unter dem profilierten Schlauch (3) liegenden Lamellenringe (2) axial von der Mitte ausgehend links und rechts verlaufend nach außen, d.h. zu den Walzenenden hin, gelenkt, wobei sich der Schlauch (3) der beiden Walzen (1) axial dehnt und die dazwischenliegende Warenbahn (5) in der Breite gestreckt wird. Fig. 5 a und 5 b zeigen die Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Walze nach der Erfindung. Die Vorrichtung besteht dabei aus einem Rohr (15) mit einem Luftanschluß (16). Durch anlegen eines Vakuums am Luftanschluß (16) in Richtung (17) wird der Belag (3) an der Innenseite des Rohres angesaugt und auseinander gedehnt. Anschließend wird eine konventionelle Breitstreckwalze (1) in Achsrichtung in das Rohr eingeführt und positioniert. In weiterer Folge kann in Richtung (19) ein Druckausgleich durchgeführt werden, worauf sich der flexible Belag (3) um die Walze (1) fest anlegt. Nach Lösen der Befestigungen (18) wird die fertige Einrichtung dem Rohr (15) entnommen und der überstehende Belag (3) abgetrennt. Grundsätzlich kann auch der flexible Belag durch Druckluft in seinem Inneren an das Rohr gepreßt werden und nach Einführen der Walze (1) wieder Normaldruck hergestellt werden, wodurch sich der Belag ebenfalls an die Walze preßt.5 a and 5 b show the device for producing a roller according to the invention.
