Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Biegen eines Rohres mit länglichem Querschnitt für Wärmetauscher, das die Schritte:
    verursachen einer relativen Drehung um im wesentlichen 180° zwischen zwei Gliedern (2a, 2b) des Rohres (2) um eine Achse (8) parallel zu der längeren Achse (4) des Querschnittes des Rohres, um zwei gerade Glieder mit längeren Achsen (4) der jeweiligen Querschnitte zu erhalten, die parallel zueinander und miteinander durch einen gekrümmten Verbindungsteil (2c) verbunden sind; und
    verursachen einer relativen Drehung zwischen jedem der oben genannten, geraden Glieder (2a, 2b) und dem Verbindungsteil (2c) um eine Achse, die mit der Längsachse der geraden Glieder zusammenfällt oder zu ihr parallel ist; umfaßt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relative Drehung zwischen jedem der geraden Glieder (2a, 2b) und dem Verbindungsteil im wesentlichen 90° beträgt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (2) durch einen im voraus in das Rohr (2) eingesetzten, verstärkenden Kern (6, 6') gebogen ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verstärkende Kern ein flexibles Element (6, 6') ist, das in dem Rohr (2) frei rutschen kann.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verstärkende Kern (6, 6') aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das bei einer Temperatur schmilzt, die im wesentlichen geringer als die Schmelztemperatur des Materials ist, aus dem die Rohre aufgebaut sind und daß das Material in flüssigem Zustand in das Rohr (2) eingebracht wird und zum Erstarren gebracht wird bevor das Biegeverfahren durchgeführt wird, wobei das geschmolzene Material in flüssigem Zustand durch Aufheizen des Rohres (2) aus dem Rohr (2) entfernt wird.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers, der einen Satz Rippen, die an einer Mehrzahl von einen länglichen Querschnitt aufweisenden Rohren (2) befestigt sind, wobei jedes Rohr (2) zwei gerade Glieder (2a, 2b) aufweist und einen gekrümmten Verbindungsteil (2c) hat, die längeren Achsen der jeweiligen Querschnitte der zwei geraden Glieder (2a, 2b) jedes Rohres (2) in einer geraden Linie oder parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind und der Verbindungsteil (2c) einen länglichen Querschnitt hat mit einer längeren Achse in einem rechten Winkel zu der längeren Achse der Querschnitte der geraden Glieder (2a, 2b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohre nach einem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 5 gebogen sind.
