  • e) das Schneidgehäuse weist in seinem tiefsten Bereich eine nach unten offene Austragöffnung für einen kontinuierlichen Fleischkörnung-Austrag unter Schwerkrafteinwirkung auf;
  • f) dem Schneidgehäuse ist in axialer Richtung gesehen eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Zufuhreinrichtung für die Fleischstücke vorgeschaltet, die den Fleischstücken eine gegen die Umlaufebene des ersten Messersatzes gerichtete Förderkomponente verleiht.
