Claims (1)
- Emballage comportant une boíte (1) et au moins deux rabats (95, 96),
ladite boíte étant constituée d'une pluralité de parois latérales (2-5) et d'un fond (6) associé auxdites parois latérales pour délimiter avec elles un volume (7) apte à contenir des objets, lesdites parois latérales délimitant en outre une ouverture d'entrée (8) dudit volume, ladite boíte étant réalisée dans une plaque en un matériau relativement rigide et d'une épaisseur d'une valeur "e", et comprenant:une partie centrale carrée (60) de côté ayant une valeur égale à "L",quatre éléments latéraux (61-64), chaque élément latéral étant constituéde deux première (71) et seconde (72) parties rectangulaires superposables de longueur sensiblement égale à "L-e" et de largeur sensiblement égale à "L-2e", etde premiers moyens de charnière (77) pour associer en rotation autour d'un premier axe (78) lesdites première (71) et seconde (72) parties de façon qu'une première largeur (74) de la première partie (71) soit sensiblement confondue avec une largeur de la seconde partie (72) et que l'axe de rotation (78) soit défini à l'intersection de deux faces de la première et de la seconde partie de façon que, lorsque les deux parties sont disposées pour former un angle plat, elles sont toutes les deux d'un même côté du plan passant par une face de l'une des deux parties,des moyens (65) pour associer chaque élément latéral à ladite partie centrale, lesdits moyens pour associer chaque élément latéral à ladite partie centrale étant constitués par des deuxièmes moyens de charnière (80) pour associer en rotation la première partie (71) d'un élément latéral à un côté (73) de la partie centrale (60) de façon qu'une longueur de ladite première partie (71) soit confondue avec un premier côté de ladite partie centrale (60) suivant une droite définissant l'axe de rotation (81) entre cette première partie (71) et la partie centrale (60), que la seconde largeur (82) de ladite première partie (71) et un deuxième côté (83) de ladite partie centrale (60) soient contenus dans un même plan (84) perpendiculaire audit axe de rotation (81) entre ladite première partie (71) et ladite partie centrale (60), et que lesdits quatre axes de rotation des premières parties (71) des éléments latéraux (61-64) par rapport a la partie centrale (60) et lesdits quatre axes de rotation entre les premières (71) et secondes (72) parties des éléments latéraux (61-64) soient tous dans un même plan lorsque la partie centrale et les éléments latéraux, ainsi que les premières et secondes parties desdits éléments latéraux, sont disposés pour former des angles plats,
les deux dits rabats (95, 96) étant montés pivotants sur deux côtés opposés de ladite ouverture (8) de la boíte pour obturer ladite ouverture,
CARACTERISE PAR LE FAIT QUE ladite plaque est constituée par au moins deux couches, l'une en un matériau rigide et l'autre en un matériau souple, solidarisées l'une sur l'autre et que les moyens de charnière (77, 80) sont constitués par une découpe dans ladite couche en matériau rigide, sur toute son épaisseur et jusqu'à ladite couche en matériau souple, que les dimensions des deux dits rabats sont défines pour qu'ils recouvrent sensiblement toute l'ouverture quand ils se trouvent tous deux sensiblement dans le plan de ladite ouverture, l'un des deux rabats (96) comportant dans son plan et sur l'un de ses bords une partie mâle (97), l'autre (95) des deux rabats comportant dans son plan et sur l'un de ses bords une partie femelle (98) complémentaire de ladite partie mâle de façon que ces deux parties mâle et femelle puissent coopérer l'une dans l'autre par emboítement quand les deux rabats viennent, en pivotant, dans le plan de ladite ouverture, et qu'il comporte en outre:un couvercle (10) apte à s'adapter à ladite boíte pour recouvrir au moins partiellement ladite ouverture d'entrée (8),au moins une patte (11) associée audit couvercle de façon que cettedite patte plonge dans ledit volume (7) quand ledit couvercle (10) recouvre au moins partiellement ladite ouverture (8), etune partie en saillie (14) comportant une surface de butée (15), ladite partie en saillie étant solidaire de ladite patte de façon que la surface de butée (15) et le fond (16) dudit couvercle soient situés de part et d'autre du plan (17) de ladite ouverture (8) quand ledit couvercle recouvre ladite ouverture, lesdits rabats montés rotatifs sensiblement sur le bord (22) de ladite ouverture (8) étant conformés de façon que, lorsque ledit couvercle recouvre ladite ouverture et que ladite patte plonge dans ledit volume, au moins une partie (23) des rabats soit située entre le fond (16) dudit couvercle (10) et ladite surface de butée (15).
