Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Wiedergewinnung von aus Ethylen, Propylen und Gemischen hiervon ausgewähltem Alken aus einem gecrackten Kohlenwasserstoffstrom, mit folgenden Schritten:a) Trennen eines gasförmigen Stroms aus dem gecrackten Kohlenwasserstoffprodukt,b) Abkühlen des gasförmigen Stroms, wodurch ein kondensierter Kohlenwasserstoffstrom und ein aus Wasserstoff und Methan bestehender und gewisse Mengen Alken und Alkan enthaltender Gasstrom erzeugt werden, wobei das Alkan aus Ethan, Propan und Gemischen hiervon ausgewählt wird,c) Unterziehen des genannten Gasstroms einem zyklischen Adsorptionsprozeß in einem Adsorptionsmittelbett, das Alkene selektiv adsorbiert, wodurch eine nicht adsorbierte Wasserstoff- und Alkan-angereicherte Komponente und eine adsorbierte Alken-angereicherte Komponente erzeugt wird, undd) Desorbieren der genannten Alken-angereicherten Komponente aus dem Adsorptionsmittel,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zyklische Adsorptionsprozess eine Druckwechseladsorption, Temperaturwechseladsorption oder eine Kombination von diesen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Adsorptionsschritt bei einer Temperatur oberhalb 50°C durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Adsorptionsmittel aus Aluminiumoxyd Zeolith Typ 4A, Zeolith Typ 5A, Zeolith Typ X, Zeolith Typ Y und Gemischen hiervon ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Adsorptionsmittel ein Kupfer-modifizierter Zeolith Typ 4A, ein Kupfer-modifizierter Zeolith Typ 5A, ein Kupfer-modifizierer Zeolith Typ X, oder ein Kupfer-modifizierter Zeolith Typ Y ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Adsorptionsmittel Zeolith Typ 4 A ist, das andere austauschbare Kationen als Natriumionen, jedoch in einem unzureichenden Umfang enthält, um dem Adsorptionsmittel seinen Typ 4A-Charakter zu nehmen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der genannte Gasstrom aus dem genannten kondensierten Kohlenwasserstoffstrom durch Entspannungsverdampfung, Destillation oder einer Kombination hiervon getrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Alken-angereicherte Komponente Ethylen und Propylen enthält und mit dem kondensierten Kohlenwasserstoffstrom kombiniert wird.
