Claims (25)

  1. Steuertastenfeld für elektrische oder elektronische Systeme, insbesondere für Anti-Diebstahlsysteme für Kraftfahrzeuge, umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse (100, 200), enthaltend:
    . eine gedruckte Schaltung (500)
    . eine Membran (300) aus Kunststoff, versehen mit leitenden Bereichen (328), um auf Befehl zugeordnete leitende Bereiche (528) zu verbinden, und
    . eine einen Diffusor bildende optische Prismenplatte (400), angepaßt um die Beleuchtung des Tastenfelds sicherzustellen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Prismenplatte (400) und die gedruckte Schaltung (500) in das Gehäuse (100, 200) eingerastet sind, die Silikon-Membran (300) zugleich den optimalen Sitz der Prismenplatte (400) und der gedruckten Schaltung (500) gewährleistet, und die genannten zugeordneten Bereiche (528) auf der gedruckten Schaltung (500) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Tastenfeld nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem eine Abdichtungsmembran (700), Silikontyp, auf der Vorderseite der mit leitenden elektrischen Bereichen (328) versehenen Membran (300) umfaßt.
  3. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse eine Verkleidung (110) umfaßt, versehen mit Zahnungen (160) zum Einrasten der Platte (400).
  4. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (100) eine Verkleidung (110) umfaßt, versehen mit Zahnungen (170) zum Einrasten der gedruckten Schaltung (500).
  5. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (100) außerdem Innenstifte (116) zur Zentrierung der Platte (400) umfaßt.
  6. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (300) eine Struktur umfaßt, die die Abdichtung an den Zentrierstifte (116) sicherstellt.
  7. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (300) vorstehende Stützen (340) besitzt, die den optimalen Sitz der gedruckten Schaltung (500) sicherstellen.
  8. Tastenfeld nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens bestimmte der Stützen (343, 344) angepaßt sind an die Aufnahme von Kontrolleuchten.
  9. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (300, 700) Umfangslippen besitzt, die so gestaltet sind, daß sie die auf der Vorderseite des Gehäuses ausgebildeten öffnungen (112) verschließen, um dort jeden Lichtaustritt zu verhindern.
  10. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (400) versehen ist mit wenigstens einer zylindrischen öffnung, vorgesehen zur Aufnahme einer Beleuchtungslichtquelle (580).
  11. Tastenfeld nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beleuchtungsquellen durch kleine Glühfadenlampen gebildet werden.
  12. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (400) an ihrem Umfang mit einem dachförmigen Prisma (412, 414) versehen ist.
  13. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (400) an ihrem Umfang versehen ist mit vorstehenden Lappen (460), angepaßt um in Eingriff zu kommen mit komplementären Einschnapp- bzw. Einrastzahnungen (160), vorgesehen an dem Gehäuse (100).
  14. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (400) Durchgangslöcher (426) aufweist, vorgesehen zur Aufnahme der Finger (326), die mit jeder in der Membran (300) ausgebildeten Taste (320) fest verbunden sind.
  15. Tastenfeld nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der auf jeder der Tasten (320) der Membran (300) vorgesehenen Finger (326) größer ist als die Dicke der Platte (400), so daß das elektrisch leitende Ende (328) jedes Fingers (326) aus der Rückseite der Platte (400) herausragt.
  16. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (400) Durchgangslöcher (440) zur Aufnahme von zusätzlichen Stützen (340) aufweist, die aus der Rückseite der Membran (300) herausragen.
  17. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen (340) angepaßt sind, um aus der Rückseite der Platte (400) herauszuragen und die gedruckte Schaltung (500) zu stützen.
  18. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (400) an der Peripherie jeder zur Aufnahme eines Fingers (326) der Tasten (320) vorgesehenen Öffnung (426) eine zum Querschnitt der Tasten komplementäre ringförmige Vertiefung (422) umfaßt.
  19. Tastenfeld nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Vertiefung (422) von einem Absatz (429) umgeben ist, komplementär zu einer Verstärkung (329), vorgesehen auf der Rückseite der Membran (300).
  20. Tastenfeld nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (300) eingeklemmt ist zwischen der Innenseite des Gehäuses (100) und der Platte (400), in Höhe der Verstärkungen (329).
  21. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit elektrisch leitenden Bereichen (328) versehene Membran (300) auf ihrer Vorderseite mit einem pigmentierten Überzug versehen ist.
  22. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit elektrisch leitenden Bereichen versehene Membran (300) außerdem automatisch das Verschluß- bzw. Zusammenbau-Spiel zwischen einem vorderen Deckel und einem hinteren Boden ausgleicht, die das Gehäuse bilden.
  23. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrastzahnungen (160, 170) mit Anzeigeeinrichtungen (164) versehen sind, die ermöglichen, das Einrasten zu kontrollieren.
  24. Tastenfeld nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnungen (160, 170) seitlichen, in dem Gehäuse ausgebildeten Fenstern (151) gegenüberstehen und an ihrem freien Ende mit einem Anzeige-Absatz (164) versehen sind, der in das Fenster (151 zugeordnet) hineinragt, wobei die Länge dieses Absatzes (164) so angepaßt ist, daß seine Endfläche (166) in der Einraststellung mit der Außenfläche (153) des Gehäuses (100) fluchtet und, umgekehrt, der Absatz (164) aus der Außenfläche (153) des Gehäuses (100) herausragt, wenn die Einrastung nicht richtig erfolgt ist.
  25. Tastenfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine bedruckte Vorderseite (600) und/oder das Gehäuse (100) und/oder die Membran (300) hergestellt wird (werden) mittels eines gemeinsamen Gießens oder eines Auf- bzw. Übereinandergießens von zwei oder drei Materialien.
