Claims (6)

  1. Ferrure de fermeture pour fenêtre oscillante coulissante (13), munie d'une barre mobile (11), coulissante et qui par son coulissement déplace le battant de fenêtre (14) selon différentes positions dont l'une est une position de fermeture, et d'une serrure (10) susceptible d'être actionnée par une clef pour bloquer en position la barre mobile (11), et se composant d'un boîtier de serrure (15) inséré dans le cadre du battant de fenêtre (14), d'un cylindre de serrure rapporté et profilé (20), enfiché dans le boîtier de serrure (15), et qui présente une barbe de serrure (19) susceptible d'être actionnée par la clef, et d'un pêne dormant (16) mobile perpendiculairement à la barre mobile (11), qui est susceptible d'être actionné par la barbe de serrure (19) du cylindre de serrure rapporté et profilé (20) et qui, dans sa position de verrouillage, fait saillie hors du boîtier de serrure (15) par un prolongement décalé (17) et qui s'engage avec ajustement de forme dans une découpe (18) de la barre mobile (11), le cylindre de serrure rapporté et profilé (20) étant fixé dans le boîtier de serrure (15) par une vis, qui est disposée transversalement à l'extension longitudinal du cylindre de serrure inséré et profilé (20), mais qui court parallèlement à la direction de déplacement du pêne dormant (16) et s'engage dans un trou fileté (23) du cylindre de serrure rapporté et profilé (20). caractérisé en ce que la vis servant à fixer le cylindre de serrure rapporté et profilé (20) est constituée par une broche filetée (24) susceptible d'être actionnée par une clef de vissage pour à introduire dans une cavité, et qui comporte une cavité correspondante (26) pour l'introduction de la clef de vissage, et en ce que la barre mobile (11) comporte une découpe (25) à travers laquelle la clef de vissage est susceptible d'être insérée dans la cavité (26) de la broche filetée (24), uniquement dans la position de coulissement de la barre mobile caractérisant la position de fermeture du battant de fenêtre (14).
  2. Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la broche filetée (24) est disposée, dans sa position retirée, en situation de transmission de force. par son extrémité libre (27), à une butée (28) du boîtier de serrure (15).
  3. Ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la broche filetée (24) est guidée. par son extrémité (29) tournée vers la clef de vissage. dans une pièce de sécurité (30) insérée dans le boîtier de serrure (15).
  4. Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la broche filetée (24) taraude elle même son trou fileté (31) dans la pièce de sécurité (30) en matière plastique, dans laquelle elle est vissée.
  5. Ferrure selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la broche filetée (24) est susceptible d'être dévissée, pour montage et démontage, jusqu'au retrait hors du cylindre de serrure rapporté et profilé (20). et ensuite d'être engagée par son extrémité extérieure (29) dans la découpe (25) de la barre mobile (10) placée en position de fermeture.
  6. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la broche filetée (24) comporte une cavité réalisée en six pans-creux.
