Definitions

  • a burglar-resistant additional locking device of the aforementioned type is already known, as can be seen, for example, from DE 38 34 373 A1 and DE 38 44 627 A1. It is characterized by the fact that it is largely independent of the espagnolette fittings conventionally installed between the sash and the frame and can therefore be adapted in terms of its structure and mode of operation without problems - and even subsequently - to different needs or different requirements.
  • this known burglar-resistant additional locking is parallel to the connecting rod fitting, but at a different location than this, the wing and the frame associated with an additional connecting rod fitting with its own actuator, in such a way that the actuator of the additional connecting rod fitting and the actuator of the connecting rod fitting only a common control handle are coupled together.
  • the additional connecting rod fitting has only locking members and locking member abutments, which can be set in mutual support engagement with one another in the closed switch position of the usual connecting rod fitting. If the usual connecting rod fitting is a tilt and turn fitting, some of the locking members can still engage with the associated locking member abutments even in the tilt-open switching position.
  • Up and down locking rods emerge from the housing of the actuating gear placed on the end face of the wing on the room side, which have to be mounted in a visible arrangement on the wing and thereby extend over its entire height.
  • An additional locking device designed in this way affects the appearance of the window, the door or the like considerably because the locking rods protruding from the housing as additional locking bars have to be made relatively bulky if they are to fulfill the intended function of burglar resistance.
  • a disadvantage of the burglar-resistant additional locks according to DE 38 22 343 A1 and according to DE 89 06 629 U1 is, however, that in the event of retrofitting, that is, when already installed windows, doors or the like are to be equipped with an additional lock that matches the existing connecting rod fitting, in particular turn-tilt fitting, assigned operating hand lever with bearing rosette removed and overall must be replaced by the additional lock equipped with its own operating hand lever.
  • a disadvantage of all burglar-resistant additional locks of the type dealt with above is that the engagement and disengagement of the additional bolts relative to the inclusion parts anchored on the face-side end face of the frame is inevitably dependent on the actuation of the operating hand lever which adjusts the connecting rod fitting, in particular a tilt and turn fitting . That is, the additional bolts of the additional locking mechanism are always brought into engagement position with the cover part on the frame side when the shifting of the connecting rod fitting into its closed switch position takes place via the operating hand lever. On the other hand, they are also in the Release position moves as soon as the operating lever of the connecting rod fitting is shifted from its locking switch position.
  • the invention aims to provide a device for burglar-resistant additional locking of the sash of windows, doors or the like with the generic features mentioned at the outset, which enables interaction with the operating hand lever of an espagnolette fitting, in particular a turn-tilt fitting, which is usually seated in a bearing rosette, but at the same time ensures that the additional bolt or bolts can be brought into the engaged position and the disengaged position independently of this operating hand lever.
  • a design of the burglar-resistant additional locking system has proven particularly useful, which, when the additional locking bar is in the engaged position, allows the unhindered switching of the operating lever for the espagnolette fitting into any possible functional position, but which only enables the additional bolt to be moved from its engaged position to the disengaged position after the operating hand lever has been operated beforehand of the espagnolette fitting from its basic switch position - primarily the lock switch position - into the next or subsequent switch position - the rotary opening switch position - and which, when the additional bolt is disengaged, switches the operating lever back into its basic switch position - the lock switch position - blocked, its further movement into the end switch position - in particular the tilt opening switch position - but allows.
  • the slider can be placed in the path of movement of the cam disc via the additional handle which engages at one end when the additional bolt is moved into its disengaging position, while its other end is in the engaged position when the additional bolt is in engagement position acting cam disk is placed blocking in the path of movement of the additional handle.
  • the additional bolt and / or the additional handle is assigned in the housing in a particularly advantageous manner a switch lock which is held in a release position against a restoring effect of an energy accumulator, for example a spring, when a sash is in the closed position on the frame against a restoring effect of a force accumulator, for example a spring, while it is at sash lifted from the frame under the effect of the energy accumulator against the additional bolt is biased, in such a way that the additional bolt in its disengaged position can be blocked by the shift lock.
  • an energy accumulator for example a spring
  • Each additional bolt expediently consists of a hook bolt which is pivotally mounted about a fixed axis in the housing and which is positively coupled to the additional handle by means of a driver attachment.
  • the additional handle also carries an eccentric cam, which is effective on the one hand as an actuator for the slide and on the other hand as a blocking projection for the additional bolt in the engaged position.
  • the cam disk assigned to the rotary drive mandrel of the operating hand lever can be used on the one hand as an actuator for the slide if the additional bolt is in its engaged position. On the other hand, it is effective as a locking member for the rotary drive mandrel of the operating hand lever as soon as the additional bolt takes its disengaging position.
  • the shift lock is formed by a slide guided in the additional bolt housing, which on the one hand comes into active connection with the stop on the frame side via its end protruding from the housing, while on the other hand it carries a locking cam which, when the additional bolt is in the disengaged position, is underneath the effect of the energy accumulator in the movement path of a blocking nose on the additional bolt is adjustable.
  • the additional bolt housing can be provided on its side provided with the outlet opening for the additional bolt and the outlet opening for the slide of the shift lock with a stop edge projecting over the bottom surface, which comes into operative connection with the longitudinal edge of the wing flap as an alignment means.
  • the additional bolt housing in the passage areas for the drive mandrel of the operating hand lever and also in the passage areas of the anchor bolts for its bearing rosette each have three oblong holes directed transversely to the stop edge, both in its cover and in its base, the middle elongated holes in the housing cover and -ground Take up the collar of the cam disc, while the two outer elongated holes in the housing cover form holding and guiding interventions for fixing pins, which are located on the rear of the bearing rose of the operating lever.
  • the cam disk can be sheared off by lugs on the bearing collars in the elongated holes of the ceiling and floor of the additional locking device housing with a predetermined turning and Sliding position is fixed.
  • the shearable lugs which act as predetermined breaking points, can be easily overcome, after which the cam disc positively follows the movement of the operating hand lever or its rotary drive mandrel.
  • the bearing axis of the additional bolt in the additional bolt housing is at a fixed distance from the housing boundary provided with the stop edge for the sash flap, which is smaller than all axial distances of the elongated holes from this stop edge. This ensures that the additional handle for actuating the additional bolt always remains freely accessible, regardless of the center distance of the operating hand lever or its rotary drive mandrel from the stop edge of the additional bolt housing.
  • the burglar-resistant additional locking device can be used as - within specified limits - together with espagnolette fittings, the actuating gear of which have different backset dimensions.
  • the device according to the invention for burglar-resistant additional locking is primarily intended for use in conjunction with tilt-and-turn fittings, the actuating gear of which can be moved via the operating hand lever in incremental angles of 90 ° in each case from a locking switch position via a rotary opening switching position to a tilt opening switching position.
  • the cam disc which can be coupled to the drive mandrel of the operating hand lever, has cam surfaces on the one hand to be provided, via which the engagement position of the additional bolt is blocked by the slider in the closed switching position of the operating hand lever, while the cam disk, on the other hand, has cam surfaces, via the switching path of the operating hand lever located in the rotary opening switching position in the direction of disengagement of the additional bolt is blocked towards the closed switch position.
  • FIG. 4 of the drawing of a window or a door 1 of the upright spar of the frame 2 on the lock side and the upright spar of the wing 3 on the lock side are each shown in cross section.
  • a drive rod fitting 4, namely an engagement turn-tilt fitting, of conventional type is concealed in the wing 3, of which only a drive rod 5, a faceplate 6 and the housing 7 of an actuating gear can be seen.
  • a - not shown rotary drive member for example in the form of a pinion, with the drive rod 5 in drive engagement, with which the rotary drive mandrel 8, primarily a square mandrel, is brought into a form-fitting plug-in engagement, which by an operating hand lever 9 in angular steps of each Can be rotated 90 °.
  • the operating hand lever 9 and rotary drive mandrel 8 are seated in a bearing rosette 10 which is to be connected to the housing 7 of the actuating gear via anchor bolts 11 which pass through the spar of the wing 3.
  • the espagnolette fitting 4 with rotary drive mandrel 8, operating hand lever 9, bearing rosette 10 and anchor bolts 11 is part of the standard equipment of a window, a door or the like, in particular also when the sash 3 forms a tilt-and-turn window or a tilt-and-tilt door with the window frame 2.
  • Windows and doors 1 with this normal espagnolette fitting are relatively susceptible to unauthorized external influences on the espagnolette fitting, particularly when used on the lower floors or floors of buildings; i.e., with relatively simple tools, the espagnolette fittings can be influenced from the outside in such a way that the wing 3 can be opened relative to the frame 2 for entry.
  • the additional lock 13 is placed on the room-side end face 14 of the wing 3, as a retrofit and / or supplementary element, which under the bearing rosette 10 of the usual operating lever 9 for the actual drive rod fitting 4 is set.
  • This additional locking device 13 has an essentially rectangularly delimited and relatively flat housing 15 which is closed by a base plate 16, as can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 7.
  • At least one additional bolt 17 is movably mounted between the base plate 16 and the ceiling 17 of the housing 15, at a distance from the passage area for the rotary drive mandrel 8 of the operating hand lever 9.
  • This additional bolt 8 consists of a pivotable in the housing 15 about a fixed axis 19 19 Hook bolt, which can be shifted between its disengagement position according to FIG. 1 and its engagement position according to FIG. 2 with the aid of an additional handle 20.
  • the additional handle 20 can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4 of the drawing and is arranged on the top of the ceiling 17 of the housing 15. It rests with a neck 21 in the ceiling 17 and with a pin 22 in alignment in the bottom 18 of the housing 15.
  • a driver lug 23 of the additional handle 20 positively penetrates a driver cutout 24 in the additional bar 8, on which turn in turn to the pin 22 against rotation an eccentric cam 25 connects.
  • a cam disk 26 which can be coupled with it in a rotationally fixed manner, is mounted in the passage area for the rotary drive mandrel 8 of the operating lever 9, as can be seen on a larger scale alone in plan view and side view from FIG. 5 of the drawing .
  • This cam disk 26 has two laterally offset collars 27, one of which is in an elongated hole 28 of the ceiling 17 of the Housing 15 and the other engages in a corresponding slot 29 in the base plate 16.
  • the cam disk 26 is provided with a polygonal passage 30 - for example a square passage, the cross-sectional dimension of which coincides with the rotary drive mandrel 8 of the operating hand lever 9, so that this passage 30 in the direction of the housing 7 of the actuating gear for the connecting rod fitting 4 can positively and non-rotatably enforce.
  • the cam disk 26 On its circumference, the cam disk 26 has a plurality of cam surfaces 31 and 32 which are offset from one another by an angle of rotation and at least partially rectilinearly limited, namely at least two.
  • the cam surface 31 has a large radial distance 34 from the axis of rotation 33 of the cam disk 26, while the cam surface 32 has a smaller radial distance 35 therefrom.
  • the angular distance between the two cam surfaces 31 and 32 is fixed at 90 °, the rectilinear cam surface 31 adjoining the rectilinear cam surface 32 via an arc piece 36 concentric with the axis of rotation 33. From the rectilinear cam surface 32, an arc piece 37, which is concentric with the axis of rotation, is guided over an angular range of 90 °.
  • FIG. 1 of the drawing shows the angular position of the cam disk 26 about its axis of rotation 33, which corresponds to the switching position following the basic switching position, namely the rotary opening switching position, of the operating hand lever 9.
  • This has a rotational position offset by 90 ° to the basic or closed switching position, as can be seen from a comparison of the dash-dotted lines provided with the reference number 9 in FIGS. 1 and 2.
  • the distance or the distance between the Working area of the eccentric cam 25 of the additional handle 20 for actuating the additional bolt 18 and the working area of the cam disk 26 is bridged within the housing 15 by a slide 38.
  • This slide (38) is provided in the housing 15 between its base plate 16 and the additional bolt 18 on a normal plane both to the fixed axis 19-19 of the additional handle 20 and to the axis of rotation 33 of the cam disc (26) to a limited extent.
  • the slide (38) interacts with the eccentric cam 25 of the additional handle 20 via the transverse edge 39 of its lower end, while the transverse edge 40 of its upper end is held in operative connection with the cam disk 26.
  • the operating hand lever 9 for the connecting rod fitting 4 in particular a tilt and turn fitting, can be brought only after the additional latch 18 of the additional locking device 13 has been previously used with the additional handle 20 has been brought into its engagement position, as can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 4.
  • the additional bolt 18 designed as a hook bolt is then inserted into an inclusion part 41 which is placed on the face-side end face of the frame 2 and anchored there, as can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 4.
  • the eccentric cam 25, which can be adjusted by the additional handle 20, assumes a swivel position in which the slide 38 reaches its lowest end position and is supported on it with its transverse edge 39 (FIG. 2).
  • the cam disk 26 has a rotational position in which its cam surface 31, which has the large radial distance 34 from the axis of rotation 33, faces the upper transverse edge 40 of the slide 38 and this offers a rigid support system. Since consequently the slider 38 cannot be displaced upward within the housing 15, the additional handle 20 and with it the additional latch 18 is blocked against pivoting out of its engaged position (FIGS. 2 and 4) via the eccentric cam 25.
  • the cam disk can be (26), however, a pivoting movement relative to the upper transverse edge 40 of the slide 38, which is directed clockwise in FIG. 2. Therefore, the operating hand lever 9 for the connecting rod fitting 4 is not blocked against a corresponding pivoting movement (clockwise) in the active position of the additional locking device 13 shown in FIG. 2. It can therefore not only be brought from its basic or closed switching position by 90 ° into the rotary opening switching position according to FIG. 1, but if necessary it can also be shifted by 180 ° to the tilt opening switching position, as is the case with a tilt and turn Fitting is usually also present.
  • a special feature of the additional locking device 13 is that the additional locking device 18 can be fixed in its disengaged position according to FIG. 1 via a switching lock 42 as long as the wing 3 of the window or the door 1 is not yet in its closed position on the frame 2 . Consequently, the operating hand lever 9 for the connecting rod fitting 4 is then blocked against resetting from its rotary opening switching position into the basic or locking switching position until it is possible to move the additional bolt 18 from its disengaged position according to FIG. 1 into its engagement position according to FIGS To bring 2 and 4.
  • the shift lock 42 has a slide 43 which can move transversely in the housing 15 between the ceiling 17 and the base plate 16 and which, with a trailing end 44, protrudes continuously from an opening 45 in a longitudinal side wall 46 of the housing 15.
  • the end of the slide 43 opposite the trap-like end 44 is under the constant action of an energy store 47, e.g. a spring that pushes the trap-like end 44 out of the housing 15.
  • a locking cam 49 of the slide 43 is thereby moved out of the movement path of a blocking nose 50, which is located on the additional bolt 18.
  • the additional bolt 18 can now be moved from the disengaged position according to FIG. 1 into the engagement position according to FIGS. 2 and 4 with the aid of the additional handle 20.
  • the shift lock 42 causes the additional bolt 18 to be fixed in the manner shown in FIG. 1, ie , It not only prevents the additional bolt 18 from switching incorrectly via the additional handle 20, but also prevents the operating lever 9 from being reset for the connecting rod fitting 4 into its basic or locked switching position.
  • Another important training criterion of the additional locking 13 designed as a retrofit and / or supplementary element is that it can be easily assigned to leaves 3 of the windows or doors 1, even if these have different profile cross sections within certain limits. In particular, it is about the possibility of assigning one and the same additional locking device 13 to profile cross sections of the wings 3, which have different width dimensions in the area of the wing flap.
  • the housing 15 of the additional locking device 13 has the elongated hole 28 in the ceiling 17 on the one hand in the passage area for the rotary drive mandrel 8 of the operating hand lever 9 and the elongated hole 29 in its base plate 16, both elongated holes 28 and 29 being transverse to Extend the longitudinal direction of the housing 15.
  • the housing 15 is provided in its ceiling 17 with elongated holes 52a, 52b and in its base plate 16 with elongated holes 53a, 53b, which also have a transverse dimension 51.
  • the elongated holes 52a and 52b in the ceiling 17 of the housing 15 are dimensioned such that they are suitable for receiving fixing pins 54a and 54b, which each protrude in the passage area of the anchor bolts 11 from the rear of the bearing rosette 10, as shown in FIG Drawing shows.
  • the elongated holes 53a and 53b in the base plate 16 are only matched to the shaft diameter of the anchor bolts 11 with sufficient play.
  • the stationary axis 19-19 of the additional bolt 18 and the additional handle 20 in the housing 15 has a distance 55 from the front longitudinal side wall 46 of the housing 15, which is in any case smaller than that across the transverse dimension 51 in the elongated holes 28 and 29 variable distance of the axis of rotation 33 of the cam disk 26, which can be coupled via its polygonal passage 30 to the rotary drive mandrel 8 of the operating lever 9.
  • the easy accessibility of the additional handle 20 below the operating lever 9 is maintained at all times.
  • the cam disk 26 On the circumference of its two bundles 27, the cam disk 26 carries a radially directed, shearable nose 56, which is suitably fixed in a notch 57, which is located on the edge of the elongated holes 28 and 29 in the housing cover 17 and in the base plate 16.
  • the cam disk 26 is fixed in the housing 15 with a predetermined turning and sliding position until it stops on the wing 3 of a window or a door 1.
  • the additional locking device 13 is moved on the end face 14 of the wing 3 on the room side until one over the floor surface its housing 15 protruding stop edge 58 comes to rest against the rollover circumferential surface of the wing 3, as is clear 4 of the drawing can be seen. Only then are the anchor screws 11 for the bearing rosette 10 tightened in order to clamp the housing 15 of the additional locking device 13 between the bearing rosette 10 of the operating lever 9 and the end face 14 of the wing 3 on the room side.
