Claims (13)

  1. Maschine zum automatischen Senkrechtschneiden von Textilien, insbesondere von Stoffstreifen in Längs- und Querrichtung, bestehend aus einem Rahmengestell (1) an dem ein um eine die theoretische Schneidachse (20) schneidende senkrechte Schwenkachse (40) drehbares, geradliniges und schräg zur Waagrechten verlaufendes und die Waagrechte mit dem darauf befindlichen und zu schneidenden Stoffstreifen (2) schneidendes Schneidmesser (5) angebaut ist, dessen Schneidkante (50) nach oben gerichtet ist, wobei das Schneidmesser (5) und der Stoffstreifen (2) eine Relativbewegung zueinander und parallel zur theoretischen Schneidachse (20)ausführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einerseits das Schneidmesser (5) über einen waagrechten Arm (4) fest mit der Schwenkachse (40) verbunden ist, durch dessen eines Ende die Schwenkachse (40) verläuft und der zeitweilig mit ausfahrbaren Haltevorrichtungen (43, 44) in einer Stellung festgehalten werden kann, in der sich das Schneidmesser (5) in derselben senkrechten Ebene befindet wie die theoretische Schneidachse (20) und daß sie andererseits Mittel (10, 11, 14) zum Erkennen des Abstands zwischen dem Schneidmesser (5) und der Schneidachse (20) sowie Mittel (13) zum Verlagern des Stoffstreifens (2) hinter die Schneidachse in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse (40) des Schneidmessers (5) senkrecht zur besagten Schneidachse (20) besitzt, wobei diese Verlagerung von den Mitteln (10, 11, 14) zum Erkennen des Abstandes des Schneidmessers (5) nachgesteuert wird.
  2. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (10, 11, 14) zur Abstandserkennung aus zwei hinter der Schneidachse (20) links und rechts von dieser angebrachten und zum Schwenkarm (4) hin ausgerichteten optoelektronischen Zellen (10, 11) bestehen, wobei der Schwenkarm (4) an seinem einen Ende eine zu den Zellen (10, 11) gerichtete Maske (14) besitzt.
  3. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Achse (41) parallel zur Achse (40), an deren Ende eine lose Rolle (42) fest angebracht ist, durch den waagrechten Arm (4) verläuft, wobei die Rolle (42) mit leichtem Spiel zwischen den ausfahrbaren Haltevorrichtungen (43, 44) eingeführt werden kann, die zwei auf einer waagrechten Ebene schwenkbare Führungen links und rechts von der die Schneidachse (20) bildenden senkrechten Ebene darstellen.
  4. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (40) fest mit einem waagrecht parallel zur Schneidachse (20) verfahrbaren Schlitten (3) verbunden ist, wobei der Stoffstreifen (2) vor sowie links und rechts der Schneidachse von zwei beweglichen, voneinander abstehenden Klammern (120, 121) und hinter der Schneidachse von zwei beweglichen, voneinander und von den beiden anderen Klammern (120, 121) abstehenden Klammern (130, 131) festgehalten wird.
  5. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammern (130, 131) hinter der Schneidachse (20) auf einer waagrechten Ebene und in derselben Richtung senkrecht zur Schneidachse (20) beweglich sinq sowie von den Zellen (10, 11) nachgesteuert werden.
  6. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten ebenfalls auf einer waagrechten Ebene und senkrecht zur Schneidachse (20) beweglich ist sowie von den Zellen (10, 11) nachgesteuert wird.
  7. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (40) des Schneidmessers (5) fest mit dem Rahmengestell (1) verbunden ist, wobei der Stoffstreifen (2) zwischen zwei Rollen - einer Rolle zum Abwickeln und einer Rolle zum Aufwickeln - gespannt ist.
  8. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle zum Abwickeln auf einer waagrechten Ebene und senkrecht zur Schneidachse (20) beweglich ist und von den Zellen (10, 11) nachgesteuert wird.
  9. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (40) des Schneidmessers (5) auf einer waagrechten Ebene und senkrecht zur Schneidachse (20) beweglich ist und von den Zellen (10, 11) nachgesteuert wird.
  10. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (50) des Schneidmessers (5) eine geringe Schärfe sowie zwei in demselben Winkel angebrachte Schrägen (53, 54) aufweist.
  11. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schräge des Schneidmessers (5) verstellbar ist.
  12. Maschine nach Patentanspruch 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (5) hinter den die Schneidkante (50) bildenden Schrägen (53, 54) zwei Schultern (51, 52) besitzt.
  13. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (5) mit einem Motor (60) verbunden ist, mit dem es wie eine Stichsäge in eine Hin- und Herbewegung versetzt wird.
