Description

Verpackung für ZündkerzenPackaging for spark plugs
Stand der TechnikState of the art
The invention is based on a packaging for spark plugs according to the preamble of claim 1. Such packaging is mainly used for packaging ampoules, bottles or the like containing pharmaceutical products. used. It is obvious that such packaging for other objects, such as To use spark plugs. In the case of the packaging known from DE-GM 90 17 110.1, for example, it is disadvantageous that, due to the single-layer structure between the two hollow walls, it has little stability, so that it is preferably used as an insert in a folding box and therefore has no insight into the type and number of the packaged items. It is therefore necessary to open the contents of the packaging to check them. Furthermore, adequate protection against theft is not ensured, since individual objects can easily be removed from such packaging.
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
The packaging according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage that only one side of the packaging material blank is visible to the outside through an intermediate piece arranged between the hollow walls and integrally connected with them, so that a cardboard coated on one side can be used for the packaging material cutting . Furthermore, the stability of the packaging is increased by the intermediate piece.
ERSATZBLÄrT(REGEL26) Durch die in den Unteransprüchen ausgeführten Weiterbildungen sind Verbesserungen der in Anspruch 1 ausgeführten Verpackung möglich.SPARE BLÄRT (REGEL26) The further developments set out in the subclaims make improvements to the packaging set out in claim 1 possible.
A defined fit and targeted guidance of the spark plugs in the packaging is achieved by the features specified in claim 2, which ensures a clear positional securing. The configuration according to one of claims 4 to 6 enables use as a display hanging pack. In particular, the stability of the packaging is increased by the feature of claim 7. A special theft protection is guaranteed by claims 8 and 10. With this design, it is only possible to remove spark plugs from the packaging by obviously destroying the packaging. After removing the tear-open tabs defined in claims 12 and 13 and limited by perforation, spark plugs can be removed from the packaging in a simple manner.

A packaging material blank 10 (FIG. 1) consists of an elongated, essentially rectangular cardboard which is coated and printed on one side. This packaging material blank 10 is divided by folding over a transverse folding line 11 into a section serving as a rear wall 12 and into a front wall 13, so that the coated and printed side of the carton always points outwards. Two side tabs 14 are formed laterally on the rear wall 12. The front wall 13 is divided by a plurality of transverse folding lines 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 into sections which are folded into two hollow walls 24 and 25 (FIG. 2, FIG. 3). The one cavity wall 24 adjoining the fold line 11 has two wall sections 26 and 27 projecting perpendicularly from the rear wall 12 and a wall section 28 parallel to the latter. Via an intermediate piece 30, the second cavity wall 25 is integral with the first cavity wall 24 at the fold lines 18 and 19 connected. It has two mutually inclined wall sections 31 and 32 and a wall section 33 connecting them and running parallel to the rear wall 12. The second hollow wall 25 has a preferably trapezoidal cross section. The packaging as described above is in itself suitable for receiving and selling spark plugs 40. In order to ensure protection against theft, the hollow walls 24 and 25 of the front wall 13 are additionally covered. For this purpose, a cover 46 (FIG. 4) is used, which covers the front sides of the two hollow walls 24 and 25, their wall sections 26 and 32 facing away from one another and the side flaps 14 folded over from the rear wall 12 to the end faces 47 of the hollow walls 24 and 25. The cover 46 has integrally formed transverse straps 48 and longitudinal straps 49, the inner surfaces of which are glued to the wall sections 26 and 32 of the hollow walls 24 and 25 facing away from one another and the side straps 14.
Zur einfacheren Entnahme der Zündkerzen 40 aus der Verpackung ist mindestens eine durch Perforation 51In order to recognize the type and number of packaged spark plugs 40, the cover 46 has a viewing window 50, the height H of which extends from the fold line 17 of the hollow wall 24 to the fold line 21 of the hollow wall 25. For easier removal of the spark plugs 40 from the packaging, there is at least one through perforation 51
Weiterhin ist zur Kontrolle über der Elektrode 54 jeder Zündkerze 40 ein Fenster 55 angeordnet, dessen Umriß bevorzugt halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist.ERSATZBL Ä TT (REGEL26) limited tear-open tab 52 is arranged in the section of the cover 46 delimiting the viewing window 50 at the height of the seat 41 of the spark plugs 40. A pull tab 52 is advantageously arranged over the threaded part 39 of each spark plug 40, so that individual spark plugs 40 can be removed from the packaging without impairing the protection of the spark plugs 40 remaining in the packaging. Furthermore, a window 55 is arranged above the electrode 54 of each spark plug 40, the outline of which is preferably semicircular.
Instead of the cover 46, a sleeve 56 (FIG. 5) can also be used as theft protection. The sleeve 56, which, in contrast to the cover 46, also covers a region of the rear wall 12, is firmly connected to the packaging by the side flaps 14 which are folded over and glued to the end faces 47 of the hollow walls 24 and 25. As with the cover 46, a viewing window 57, tear-open tabs 59 and windows 60 delimited by perforation 58 are also formed in the sleeve 56. Through the same training of the above Features, a uniform appearance of the packaging provided with the cover 46 or the sleeve 56 (FIG. 6) is achieved.
