Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein mit Mulden (14) ausgebildetes Tablett (12) zur Aufnahme einer Mehrzahl von Behältern, Tuben und dgl. deren Schraubdeckel in den Mulden Aufnahme finden. Das Tablett enthält ein Zusatzteil (24). Bei dem Zusatzteil (24) handelt es sich um ein Element, das einerseits in die Mulden (14) des Tabletts (12) paßt und andererseits innen so ausgebildet ist, daß die Behälter mit ihren Schraubdeckeln dort Aufnahme finden können. Besteht nun ein Zusatzteil (24) aus zwei Mulden, die über Stege (25) miteinander verbunden sind, so können entsprechend zwei Behälter in den Mulden des Zusatzteiles Aufnahme finden, wobei der Zusatzteil wiederum als Einheit in zwei benachbarten Mulden eines Tabletts Aufnahme findet. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein mit Mulden ausgebildetes Tablett zur Aufnahme einer Mehrzahl von Behältern, Tuben und dgl. deren Schraubdekkel in den Mulden Aufnahme finden.
  • Es ist bekannt, derartige Tabletts als Kunststofftiefziehteile herzustellen, wobei in die Mulden eine entsprechende Anzahl von Tuben mit nach unten gerichtetem Schraubdeckel eingesteckt werden. Die Tuben, es kann sich hierbei beispielsweise um Zahnpastatuben handeln, werden in dieser Form in Regalen zum Verkauf angeboten. Der Käufer entnimmt dabei die von ihm gewünschte Anzahl der Tuben. Die leeren Tabletts können entweder zum Hersteller zurückgebracht werden und erneut befüllt werden, oder sie werden entsorgt. Heutzutage werden sie meist aus einem solchen Kunststoff hergestellt, der eine Recyclierung zuläßt.
  • Derartige Tabletts werden auch häufig als "Trays" bezeichnet und sind ineinander stapelbar ausgebildet, so daß sie nach dem Kunststofftiefziehen auf engstem Transportraum zum Abfüller transportiert werden können.
  • In jüngster Zeit ist man jedoch dazu übergegangen, Tuben nicht nur als Einzelstück zu verkaufen, sondern zu zweit, zu dritt oder in einer größeren Anzahl. Wenn man beispielsweise Zahnpasta in zwei unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen verkaufen will, nämlich die eine Paste für den Gebrauch am Tag und die andere für den Gebrauch am Abend, so ist es zweckmäßig, diese beiden zusammengehörigen Produkte nicht räumlich separat in Verkaufsregalen anzubieten.
  • Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit dem Problem, ein Tablett der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß mehrere Behälter oder Tuben mit einem einzigen Handgriff dem Tablett entnommen werden können.
  • Erreicht wird dies durch ein Zusatzteil gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1.
  • Bei dem Zusatzteil handelt es sich um ein Element, das einerseits in die Mulden des Tabletts paßt und andererseits innen so ausgebildet ist, daß die Behälter mit ihren Schraubdeckeln dort Aufnahme finden können. Besteht nun ein Zusatzteil aus zwei Mulden, die über Stege miteinander verbunden sind, so können entsprechend zwei Behälter in den Mulden des Zusatzteiles Aufnahme finden, wobei der Zusatzteil wiederum als Einheit in zwei benachbarten Mulden eines Tabletts Aufnahme findet. Dadurch können immer nur zwei Tuben gleichzeitig entnommen werden, und zwar auch dann, wenn ein Käufer nur eine Tube aus dem Tablett nimmt. Durch die innige Verbindung der beiden Mulden des Zusatzteils wird nämlich auch in diesem Fall die zweite zugehörige Tube zusammen mit dem Zusatzteil aus dem Tablett entnommen. Vor Gebrauch wird sodann der Zusatzteil entfernt, so daß die beiden eine Einheit bildenden Tuben voneinander getrennt werden können.
  • Es ist zweckmäßig, den Zusatzteil gemäß der Erfindung als Tiefziehteil aus Kunststoff herzustellen, da es sich hierbei um das preiswerteste Herstellverfahren handelt, bei dem zudem relativ geringe Wandungsdicken erzeugt werden können, so daß auf engstem Raum eine große Anzahl von Behältern untergebracht werden können.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise erläutert.
  • Die Figur zeigt perspektivisch ein Tablett zusammen mit einem einzigen Zusatzteil, der etwas oberhalb des Tabletts angeordnet ist.
  • In der Figur ist mit 12 ein Tablett bezeichnet, welches insgesamt zwölf Mulden aufweist, wenngleich nur die rechte obere Mulde mit dieser Bezugszahl versehen worden ist. Das Tablett ist als Tiefziehteil hergestellt worden, es weist besondere Teile zur Entstapelung mehrerer Tabletts auf, es ist mit Absenkungen versehen worden, die als Stanzrand dienen und ist weiterhin mit Stapelnasen sowohl für eine Leerstapelung als auch eine Stapelung mit eingesetzten, gefüllten Behältern geeignet. Da ein solches Tablett als "Tray" bekannt ist, ist dies hier nicht weiter beschrieben worden.
  • Die Mulden 14 sind mit Stapelrändern 10 ausgebildet, die wiederum mit dem Äußeren von Mulden eines Zusatzteiles 24 zusammenwirken können.
  • In der Figur ist mit 24 ein Zusatzteil bezeichnet, welcher zwei Mulden aufweist, die über zwei Stege 25 miteinander verbunden sind. Am Boden sind die beiden Mulden des Zusatzteiles 24 mit Versteifungsrippen ausgestaltet, an ihren oberen Rändern sie mit Stapelrändern 20 versehen.
  • Die Pfeile 30 deuten an, daß der Zusatzteil 24 mit seinen beiden Mulden in die Mulden des Tabletts 12 eingesetzt werden kann und entsprechend auch wieder entnommen werden kann. Damit der Zusatzteil 24 einen festen Halt im Tablett 12 findet, sind zusammenwirkende Schnappnasen vorgesehen, und zwar Schnappnasen 13 am Tablett 12 im Bereich der Übergänge zwischen den einzelnen Mulden und Schnappnasen 23 im Bereich der Stege 25 benachbarter Mulden eines Zusatzteiles 24. Mit 21 sind Dehnungsfugen an den Mulden des Zusatzteiles 24 bezeichnet.
  • In der Figur ist ein Tablett 12 mit zwölf Mulden 14 gezeigt, es können sich eine größere oder eine niedrigere Anzahl von Mulden in einem Tablett 12 befinden. Der Zusatzteil 24 ist mit zwei Mulden gezeigt, er könnte ebensogut drei und mehr Mulden aufweisen.

Claims (3)

1. Mit Mulden ausgebildetes Tablett zur Aufnahme einer Mehrzahl von Behältern, Tuben und dgl. deren Schraubdeckel in den Mulden Aufnahme finden, gekennzeichnet durch zusätzliche Einsatzteile (24) mit zwei, drei und mehr Mulden, die an ihrem Äußeren zu den Mulden (14) des Tabletts (12) und in ihrem Inneren an die Schraubdeckel der Tuben passend ausgebildet sind.
2. Tablett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsatzteile (24) als dünnwandige Kunststoff-Tiefziehteile ausgebildet sind.
3. Tablett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsatzteile (24) napfförmig ausgebildet sind und einander benachbarte Mulden über Stege (25) miteinander verbunden sind.
