  • the support elements 10 are positioned in positions symmetrical with respect to said plane including the axes of the two rotatable disks and the latter are arranged in the positions adapted to carry out the bend in the opposite direction, as shown in figure 5D.
  • shapes of the type shown in figure 5E which have bends in the two opposite directions, do not require the operator to rotate the bar around its axis over 180 degrees once the bends in a same direction have been carried out, before carrying out the bends in the opposite direction.
  • the preferred embodiment of the invention which is described herein, also comprises a third slide 19 which is exactly similar to slides 19 associated with the two bending machines 4, but is guided on a support structure 30 fixed to the bed 11 in a central position with respect to the length thereof.
  • the apparatus allows an automatic and rapid loading of the bars to be shaped on the bending machines without requiring the manual intervention of the apparatus and nullifying the dead times which are typical of the known apparatus.
  • the apparatus is also able to perform bendings in opposite directions on a same bar without requiring the intervention of the operator and without requiring a rotation of the bar around its axis during the operating cycle.

Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Formen von Stangen, insbesondere Stangen für Stahlbeton (3), die umfaßt:
    ein längliches Bett (1), das die Stangen (3) aufnimmt,
    eine erste und eine zweite Biegemaschine (4), die in Bezug zueinander in einer Richtung parallel zur Längsrichtung des Bettes (1) an eine Seite (11) desselben angrenzend bewegt werden können, wobei jede Biegemaschine (4) eine Biegevorrichtung aufweist, die eine angetriebene drehbare Scheibe (7) mit einem Mittelbolzen (8) und einem versetzten Bolzen (9) umfaßt,
    Stangenauflageeinrichtungen, die an der den beiden Biegemaschinen (4) zugewandte Seite des Bettes (1) in einer Höhe angeordnet sind, die nicht über der planen Fläche des Bettes (1) liegt, und Stangenaufnahmeschlitze (12a, 13a, 14a) aufweisen, die nach oben offen sind und mehrere Stangen (13) übereinander angeordnet in einer vertikalen Ebene parallel zur Längsrichtung des Bettes aufnehmen, und
    eine Einrichtung zum automatischen Auflegen der Stangen auf die Biegemaschinen (4), die wenigstens ein Greifelement (19) umfaßt, das zu jeder Biegemaschine (4) gehört und zwischen einer Position zum Aufnehmen der Stangen (3) von den Auflageeinrichtungen (12a, 13a, 14a) und einer Position zum Ablegen der Stangen (3) auf die Biegemaschinen (4) verschoben werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung weiterhin umfaßt:
    ein Halteelement (10), das an jeder Biegemaschine (4) vorhanden ist und zwei unterschiedliche Funktionspositionen einnehmen kann, die auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten in bezug auf eine Ebene liegen, die die Achsen der beiden drehbaren Scheiben (7) der Biegemaschinen einschließt, wobei die Scheiben (7) horizontal sind und jede Funktionsposition ihrerseits in der Richtung quer zu der Ebene verstellt werden kann, und dadurch, daß das Greifelement aus einem Schlitten (19) besteht, der vertikal auf einem Wagen (16) bewegt werden kann, der in bezug auf eine Tragestruktur (15), die an dem Bett (1) befestigt ist, horizontal bewegt werden kann, wobei der Schlitten (19) an seinem oberen Teil mit einem vertikalen Schlitz (20) versehen ist, der nach oben geöffnet ist und die Stangen (3) aufnimmt und trägt und mit einer Backe (21) zum Arretieren der Stangen in dem Schlitz (20) versehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageeinrichtungen wenigstens zwei Auflagearme (12, 13) umfassen, deren Position in der Längsrichtung des Bettes (1) verstellt werden kann und die entsprechenden Schlitze (12a, 13a) aufweisen, die die Stangen aufnehmen und tragen, wobei die Oberseiten der Auflagearme (12, 13) nicht über der oberen planen Fläche des Bettes (2) angeordnet sind, so daß die Stangen (3) in die Schlitze (12a, 13a) eingeführt werden können, indem man sie auf der oberen planen Fläche (2) des Bettes (1) rollen läßt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageeinrichtungen zwei Paare von Auflagearme (12, 13) umfassen, deren Position verstellt werden kann, und einen Auflagearme (14), der an dem Bett (1) in einer mittigen Position in bezug auf seine Längsrichtung befestigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Haltewinkel (12, 13), die an ein Ende des Bettes (1) angrenzend angeordnet sind, mit einer Bezugsplatte (13b) quer zur Längsrichtung des Bettes versehen ist, die als Anschlagelement für ein Ende der Stangen wirkt und so einen Bezugspunkt für die ordnungsgemäße Positionierung der letzteren in der Längsrichtung bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiteres Greifelement von einer Tragestruktur (30) getragen wird, die an dem Bett (1) in einer mittigen Position in bezug auf seine Längsrichtung befestigt ist, wobei das weitere Greifelement ebenfalls aus einem Schlitten (19) besteht, der in bezug auf einen Wagen (16), der horizontal auf der stationären Tragestruktur (30) geführt wird, vertikal beweglich ist, wobei der Schlitten (19) darüber hinaus an seinem oberen Teil mit einem Schlitz (20) versehen ist, der nach oben offen und mit einer Arretierbacke (21) versehen ist.
