Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verschließen von Flaschen mit Kronenkorken entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a device for closing bottles with crown caps according to the preamble of the claim.

Vorrichtungen zum Verschließen von Flaschen mit Kronenkorken oder ähnlichen Bördelkappen werden insbesondere in der Getränkeindustrie verwendet, wo sie Füllvorrichtungen nachgeschaltet sind. Die Verschließvorrichtungen weisen meist mehrere Verschließorgane auf, die in der Art eines Karussels umlaufend angeordnet sind und während des Umlaufs mit Kronenkorken beschickt werden. Das Verschließen der Flaschen mit den Kronenkorken erfolgt dann, wenn die Verschließorgane zu den Mündungen der Flaschen, die auf einer mit der Kreisbahn der Verschließorgane übereinstimmenden Bahn befördert werden, ausgerichtet sind.
Dazu ist eine gattungsgemäße Vorrichtung (DD 272 056) zum Verschließen von Flaschen mit Kronenverschlüssen bekannt, bei der Verschließorgane, die mit einer rotierenden Verschlußübergabevorrichtung mit gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit in Verbindung stehen, an einem rotierenden Verschließmaschinenoberteils angeordnet sind. Am Umfang des Verschließmaschinenoberteils sind Führungsbuchsen befestigt, in denen höhenbeweglich je ein Verschließorgangehäuse mit Zentrierkopf und Verschließkonus und mit einem Rollenhalter mit in einer ortsfesten Kurvenbahn geführten Führungsrolle gelagert ist. Im Verschließorgangehäuse ist weiterhin ein in Buchsen gelagerter federbelasteter an seiner unteren Stirnseite einen Magneten aufweisender zylindrischer Niederhalter zentrisch angeordnet, wobei der Niederhalter mehrere Teilstücke mit verschiedenen Durchmessern aufweist. Diese Teilstücke stehen mit Buchsen, Kugeln, Federn und dgl. in Verbindung. Sie bezwecken, den Bewegungsablauf des Niederhalters im Verschließorgan derart zu gestalten, daß sowohl die zur Zentrierung des Kronenverschlusses erforderliche relative Aufwärtsbewegung des Niederhalters im Verschließorgangehäuse als auch die Lösung der starren Verbindung mit dem Verschließorgangehäuse nach dem federbelasteten Aufsetzen des Niederhalters auf dem Kronenverschluß beim weiteren Absenken des Verschließorgangehäuses zu gewährleisten. Dieser Niederhalter besitzt zur Höhenbegrenzung bei der Bewegung des Verschließorgans ein durch den Verschließorgangehäusedeckel hindurchragendes Niederhalterkopfstück, welches in der oberen Stellung des Niederhalters durch die Kraft einer Druckfeder an dem am Verschließmaschinenoberteil angebrachten Höhenbegrenzungsteller anliegt.

Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist folgende:

Der durch die Übergabeeinrichtung unter den Niederhalter 10 gebrachte Kronenkork wird durch den Magnet 11 des Niederhalters 10 an der unteren Stirnseite des Niederhalters 10 festgehalten. Durch die Abwärtsbewegung des Verschließorgans 1 bei gleichzeitigem Verharren des Niederhalters 10 in der Ausgangslage verändert sich die Lage der unteren Fläche des Zentrierkopfes 8 zum Mundstück der unter dem Verschließorgan 1 stehenden Flasche. Der an der unteren Stirnfläche des Niederhalters 10 haftende Kronenkork wird bei weiterer Abwärtsbewegung des Verschließorgans 1 auf das Flaschenmundstück aufgesetzt. In der weiteren Folge verändert sich bei der Abwärtsbewegung des Verschließorgans 1 die Lage der unteren Fläche des Zentrierkopfes 8 zur unteren Stirnfläche des Niederhalters 10. Der an der unteren Stirnfläche des Niederhalters 10 haftende Kronenkork wird dadurch in die konische sich nach oben verjüngende Bohrung des Zentrierkopfes 8 bewegt und zentriert. Gleichzeitig wird die unter dem Verschließorgan 1 stehende Flasche zentriert. Beim weiteren Absenken des Verschließorgans 1 wird die Flasche mit dem aufgesetztem noch nicht verformten Kronenkork in den Verschließring 9 eingeführt und im Verlauf der weiteren Absenkbewegung wird der Kronenkork bleibend verformt. Der Verschließvorgang ist damit beendet. Während des gesamten Verschließprozesses von der Flaschenzuführung bis zur Flaschenabführung befindet sich die Flasche auf rotierenden Flaschenträgern. Nach dem Beenden des Verschließvorganges bewegt sich das Verschließorgan 1 nach oben und gibt damit die Flasche frei. Zur Verhinderung des Festklemmens im Verschließring 9 wird das Ausstoßen zwangsgesteuert, indem der Niederhalter 10 mit seinem Niederhalterkopfstück 13 an der Steuerkurve 4 anliegt und nicht gleichzeitig mit dem Verschließorgangehäuse 6 nach oben bewegt wird. Die verschlossene Flasche wird somit zwangsweise aus dem Verschließring 9 herausgedrückt. Ein Festklemmen der Flasche mit Kronenkork im Verschließring 9 ist demzufolge nicht möglich.

Vorrichtung zum Verschließen von Flaschen mit Kronenkorken, bei der Verschließorgane, die mit einer rotierenden Korkenübergabevorrichtung mit gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit in Verbindung stehen, an einem rotierenden Verschließmaschinenoberteil angeordnet sind und am Umfang des Verschließmaschinenoberteils Führungsbuchsen befestigt sind, in denen höhenbeweglich je ein Verschließorgangehäuse mit Zentrierkopf und Verschließring und mit einem Rollenhalter mit in einer ortsfesten Steuerkurve geführten Führungsrolle gelagert ist, und im Verschließorgangehäuse ein in einer Niederhalterfuhrung gelagerter federbelasteter an seiner unteren Stirnseite einen Magneten aufweisenden zylindrischer Niederhalter zentrisch angeordnet ist, wobei der Niederhalter an seinem oberen Ende ein Niederhalterkopfstück aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter (10) mittels des Niederhalterkopfstückes (13) unmittelbar nach Abschluß des Verschließprozesses durch Anliegen an einer ortsfesten Steuerkurve (4) Gleitbahn für den Fall des Festklemmens einer verschlossenen Flasche im Verschließring (9) an seiner Aufwärtsbewegung in Form einer erzwungenen Relativbewegung mit dem Verschließorgangehäuse (6) gehindert wird.Device for closing bottles with crown corks, in which capping devices, which are connected to a rotating cork transfer device with the same circumferential speed, are arranged on a rotating capping machine upper part and guide bushes are attached to the circumference of the capping machine upper part, in each of which a capping organ housing with centering head and capping ring and is mounted with a roller holder with a guide roller guided in a fixed cam, and in the closing organ housing a spring-loaded cylindrical spring retainer, which is mounted in a hold-down guide and has a magnet on its lower end face, is arranged centrally, the hold-down device having a hold-down head piece at its upper end, characterized in that the hold-down device (10) by means of the hold-down head piece (13) immediately after completion of the closing process by contacting one place fixed control curve (4) slideway in the event of jamming of a closed bottle in the locking ring (9) from its upward movement in the form of a forced relative movement with the locking member housing (6) is prevented.
