Claims (3)
- Une machine d'impression sérigraphique pour feuille de verre plane (2) comprenant une structure de support (1) capable de se déplacer parallèlement au plan d'impression d'un cadre d'écran (3) et équipée d'une raclette d'étalement (8) et d'une racle d'impression (7), raccordées à une structure mobile (4) à la fois capable de se déplacer dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan du cadre d'écran (3) et indépendamment l'une de l'autre, dans laquelle ce cadre d'écran (3) présente des dimensions plus importantes que celles de la feuille plane (2) à imprimer comprenant un dispositif pour l'élimination automatique des résidus d'encre de ce cadre d'écran (3) se composant d'au moins une unité d'aspiration (10) rendue solidaire avec cette structure mobile (4) et capable de se déplacer dans une direction perpendiculaire par rapport à ce cadre d'écran (3) en même temps que cette raclette d'étalement (8), une tuyère d'aspiration (14) de cette unité étant raccordée à un collecteur d'aspiration (15) et placée en aval de cette raclette (8), sur sa direction (A) de course, afin de permettre l'aspiration continue des résidus d'encre et de toutes les impuretés susceptibles de boucher l'écran au cours d'un mouvement d'étalement, la course de cette unité d'aspiration étant déterminée pour couvrir une longueur au moins égale à la dimension longitudinale du cadre (3), caractérisée en ce que ce dispositif comprend un bras (11) parallèle au cadre d'écran (3) dont les extrémités opposées sont respectivement raccordées de manière rigide à la structure mobile (4) et à une pièce coulissante (12) supportant une tige (13) dont la translation vers/depuis l'écran (3) s'opère par des moyens pneumatiques, cette tige (13) et cette pièce coulissante (12) étant inclinées par rapport au plan vertical vers le plan d'impression.
- Une machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'intérieur de ce conduit d'aspiration (15) est prévu un élément de filtrage amovible et/ou remplaçable capable de retenir un éventuel surplus d'encre et d'éventuelles impuretés présents dans l'encre et/ou sur le cadre d'écran (3).
- Une machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la tuyère d'aspiration (14) de ce dispositif d'aspiration (10) a une dimension transversale au moins égale à la largeur du cadre d'écran (3).
