Ferner ist es denkbar, eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung vorzusehen, die beispielsweise durch einen Drehknopf, der an der Kühlschranktüre vorgesehen ist, betätigt wird. Mit diesem Drehknopf können Verriegelungselemente betätigt werden, die wiederum an zwei Verriegelungspositionen in entsprechende Aussparungen am Kühlschrankgehäuse angreifen. Bei diesen Verriegelungselementen kann es sich beispielsweise um hakenartige Elemente handeln, die um eine Achse drehbar gelagert sind.The described relatively simply constructed device can of course be modified. Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Seitenschnittansicht eines allgemein mit Bezugszeichen 1 versehenen Kühlschranks, insbesondere zur Verwendung in Kraftfahrzeugen. Erkennbar ist ein Gehäuse 2, welches an einem an der Oberkante vorgesehenen ersten Vorsprung 3 einen zylindrischen Stift 4 trägt. Der zylindrische Stift 4 umfaßt an seinem oberen Ende einen konisch sich erweiternden Kopf 5. Der zylindrische Stift 4 ist in dem ersten Vorsprung in einer hierin vorgesehenen Bohrung verschiebbar aufgenommen. Ferner ist an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses 2 eine Kühlschranktüre 6 vorgesehen, welche mit einem Dichtungsgummi 7 am Gehäuse anliegt. Die Kühlschranktüre 6 umfaßt eine Stange 8, welche in Führungen 9 verschiebbar aufgenommen ist. Die Stange 8 umfaßt ferner einen Absatz 10 gegen die eine Druckfeder 11 vorgespannt ist. Die Funktion der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wird insbesondere in Zusammensicht der Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 deutlich. Hierbei ist die Verriegelungsvorrichtung im verriegelten Zustand dargestellt. Der zylindrische Stift 4 wird zu diesem Zweck durch Druck auf den Knopf 5 bis zum Anschlag an dem ersten Vorsprung 3 heruntergedrückt. Der zylindrische Stift 4 greift somit in die für die Stange 8 in der Türe vorgesehene Führung 9 ein. Gleichzeitig wird die in axialer Fortsetzung des zylindrischen Stifts 4 verschiebbar aufgenommene Stange 8 nach unten gedrückt, so daß ihr unteres Ende gegen die Wirkung der Druckfeder 11 nunmehr über die Unterkante der Kühlschranktüre 6 hinausragt und in die Bohrung 13 des zweiten Vorsprunges 12 einfädelt.
