Claims (8)

  1. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique, comprenant une partie inférieure (1) et un couvercle (2) qui sont mutuellement reliés par une articulation solidaire dans la région des parois d'enveloppe superposées (10, 11) de la partie inférieure et du couvercle, et comprenant aussi au moins un élément intermédiaire (3) produisant l'effet de déclic, caractérisée en ce que l'articulation est constituée d'au moins deux axes de pivotement (6) qui ne se coupent pas, un élément de basculement (7) résistant à la pression étant chaque fois disposé, en plus de l'élément intermédiaire (3), entre deux axes de pivotement voisins (6), de sorte qu'on obtient chaque fois successivement, pendant le processus de fermeture ou d'ouverture, un pivotement partiel autour de l'axe de pivotement (6) entre la partie inférieure (1) et l'élément de basculement (7), et un autre pivotement partiel autour de l'axe de pivotement (6) entre l'élément de basculement (7) et le couvercle (2), l'élément de basculement (7) présentant une surface d'appui (15) de chaque côté et, à l'état fermé de la fermeture, l'une des surfaces d'appui (15) s'appliquant sur une contre-surface (16) sur la partie inférieure (1), tandis que l'autre surface d'appui (15) s'applique sur une contre-surface (17) sur le couvercle (2).
  2. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux axes de pivotement (6) présentent au moins des tronçons respectifs s'étendant en parallèle, entre lesquels est disposé l'élément de basculement (7) résistant à la pression (figure 3).
  3. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux axes de pivotement (6) s'étendent, à l'état fermé de la fermeture, symétriquement par rapport au plan de séparation (T).
  4. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de basculement (7) présente une section en forme de triangle isocèle.
  5. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de basculement (7) présente une section en forme de trapèze isocèle.
  6. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de basculement (7) dépasse vers l'intérieur par rapport à la périphérie de la fermeture à charnière à déclic en matière plastique.
  7. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'état totalement ouvert de la fermeture, l'angle entre l'une des surfaces d'appui (15) de l'élément de basculement (7) et la contre-surface (16) sur la partie inférieure (1), ainsi que, d'autre part, l'angle entre l'autre surface d'appui (15) et la contre-surface (17) sur le couvercle (2), sont chacun égaux à 90°.
  8. Fermeture à charnière à déclic en une seule pièce de matière plastique selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'angle entre les deux surfaces d'appui (15) de l'élément de basculement (7) est inférieur à 90°.
